footage of the uh supervisor that comes and like talks to him and and y'all going to see like his reaction to it and basically telling him like bro like that that's not against the law so I'mma watch um my is I want to introduce myself I'm a Serge forner nice to meet you I'm a friendly person I'm just here to do a public records request under the Tennessee St you and want inquire about their policies and stuff that's it and I did film on the side of the DMV because that's something new that I never saw so I was like but I never went inside okay I stayed out side um I'm just exercising my first my right as a citizen yeah not breaking any laws like I don't know what's this I don't know what his secur I don't know what his deal is okay so it's my understanding that the clerk's office didn't ask her to leave she was outside the whole time but I guess one of them might have felt nervous turn it down that's that dude that was like blasting that music so loud was that dude over there and now he's not turn it down [Music] please I was trying to explain to him like Hey she can go in she can film what hey I just watch your back for that gu um no you're good um you're not doing anything wrong as long as you're outside inquire what the public records absolutely absolutely no U as long as you're not accessing restricted areas or anything like that yeah no you're good um I'm going have to talk to him yeah how's it going man you doing okay you doing good oh you know where the clerk's office is so go straight there so the clerk's office is right here okay um like I said I don't know anything about the process to uh do a public information I'm just afraid that he's going to put hands on me no he's not going to do that okay he's not going to do that no you're yeah you're fine yeah like I said you're not just as long as you don't access for restricted areas you're good to go yes all right and then it's going to be the part where the security guard comes in keep an eye on him CU you know like I told her or I told him you know like she's free to film wherever yeah she is absolutely but he's he's a little upset about it okay I was like cuz he he's saying that it's private property no it's no it's definitely not public property anybody could be anywhere yeah that's correct except for you know restricted but he's like well that's the rules I'm like that's what I'm telling him so yeah no we're good you're good how's it going man so what's going on what we got apparently the library has much different rules than a lot of the other place is in the library you cannot film without Express written consent you also who cannot film somebody in the Library without their personal consent okay apparently so here's the thing with that what this lady's doing is okay it is it is absolutely but here's the thing with that that's why I was saying even if the library probably not explaining it correctly even if the library says that yeah their policies are not going to Trump the law yeah I mean she can still be asked to leave but I mean certainly can't let her go into these buildings filming and disrupting well you can um because there's nothing you can do to stop it as long as she's not interfering well that's what restricted areas she doesn't have business in the office wants to walk around and film right but that's going to impede these people from doing their job well that's in the sense that's where they've got to fall back just like we do man he he a lot more common when that supervisor came bro he's not nowhere near turned up I mean he's still like a little bit red though like a tomato like this gentleman right here is filming right now I can't stop what I'm doing yeah yeah sure just because he's filming yeah I feel you so you've got which I don't think she yeah right but but I mean you start getting complaints well I don't want to be filmed that's not a valid reason that's not a valid reason I mean he like he can film he can turn around and film anybody in the public right now he wants to it's annoying to some people but it's there's nothing wrong with it you archives is records archives is actually down there I'm still going to have to go and make sure that you know there's not a problem down there well if there's a problem they'll call they will yeah I mean you're not going to have to follow around the whole time I'm look I'm going to tell you I I've when you do start doing that that's where the problem is going to be created let them do their thing I I still I'm doing my thing I understand doing my thing bro he he is so understanding now like he's like yeah I'll do my own thing bro first he's like you don't know what you talking about wait till your supervisor gets here supervisor Sergeant you know gets there now he's like yeah I understand I understand like he calmed down like a lot more cuz I think he realized how stupid he was sounding cuz he was like kind of just getting his feelings in way honestly in this whole like interaction with that auditor I understand I walk this place all day every day if I happen to walk in that direction I'm not following her I'm doing my job absolutely absolutely so that's all all right well if you need us give us a callop I just want to make sure F you're here all right man let's get out of here ain't no problem we all have a good one so that's the end of that uh interaction that was basically just the supervisor comment like after cuz I know y'all wanted to uh see that part of it I guess what the supervisor had to say to him so that's basically what he said and he was very understanding when this when that Sergeant came and he was like saying yeah you know just like basically he knew he got his feelings out the way and I think he realized that how stupid he was sounding and that's when he started like apologizing but um that's my take on it let me know what y'all think about the comment section how do y'all feel about him being kind of apologetic towards the end and like saying he understands and he not he's not as red I mean his ears are kind of red but he he's not as red as what he was in the other videos so something must have
