I'm heading to work. I've been pulled over for plate light. They've already been aggressive with me. >> Whenever you step out, just do me a favor. Face away. >> I'm easy, man. >> Pat you down real quick and and >> pat me down >> for weapons. Yeah. >> I thought this was going to be a simple stop. That's what you told me. You said no tickets, no nothing. We'll get you out of here. And now it's going to the vehicle being searched for drugs. No reason to suspect there's drugs in the car. I got pulled over for a plate. >> He ain't thinking about that car. He trying to run back to the grass. Okay. >> You have any questions for me? >> No, I don't. >> All right. Ready to go. Thank you. >> All right. Thank you. He's not done, man. He wants to find something so bad. The dog is steady trying to run back to the grass. >> Where'd you go to Kan? >> Hey, I got so many scratches on that door already, bro. What's good, YouTube? It's BBS back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Floyd County Sheriff's Office over there in Indiana where you had these Floyd County Sheriff deputies pull this guy over for a license play. Like this guy was on his way to work and he got stopped. These officers telling him, "So yeah, we going to make this real fast and we going to get you out of here." Throughout this whole traffic stop, they end up calling the K9. And he went from, "Hey, what happened? Y know y'all were going to see me on my way. Now y'all calling the K9." Mind y'all, they didn't smell no drugs, no weed, nothing. There was nothing suspicious going on. But y'all already know when officers call that K9, they just trying to fish for something. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> I'm heading to work. I've been pulled over [Applause] for a plate light. They've already been aggressive with me. New Albony. Two officers out here. Two officer vehicles for a plate light. >> All right, man. Just trying to get all your stuff wrapped up. >> Hey, can I step out so I can see what y'all see in the back? >> Yeah. Give me just a second so I can come over there for you. Okay. >> Just do me a favor. Face away. >> I'm easy, man. I'm easy, man. Pat you down real quick and and >> pat me down >> for weapons. Yeah. >> I'm not searching you. Just patting you down for weapons. I just want to check your waistband, >> bro. I'm from Indianapolis. I'm used to aggressive police, but this is a little ridiculous. Bro, you pull me over aggressive. >> You pull me over. No, I'm saying you pull me over for a tail light. There's three officers here, right? So, two of us are in the same car together >> and then he he works for a completely different department. He's about to check on us. >> Okay. Well, yeah. Okay. Come on. You can pat you can pat me down. >> We can have conversations. >> You can pat me down. That's fine. I just want to see what you see. >> If you want to get out and look at it, I'm more than willing to let you step out. Just let me patch you down. Make sure you have no weapons or anything on you and you can come out here and hang out and talk with us as much as you'd like. All right. >> I ain't got that much time. I got to get to work, but I just want to see what you see. So, I >> Absolutely. Yeah, like I said, if you can just step out, face towards your vehicle. Uh, put your hands on top of the vehicle for me. I just got to check your waist and your hoodie real quick. Man, you look a lot shorter sitting down in that Mustang. All right. Make sure you got jack of pockets. All right. Perfect for me. Come on back right here. Two little lights you need to kind of help you out. But >> yeah, if you if you're getting right by it, man, you get some of that stuff sorted out. Oh, I got to buy it now. I done got in the wreck. >> Oh, you got in the wreck with it? >> Yeah. >> Oh, damn. Did someone hit you or did you just >> No, I'm not. See, I had an Audi. >> But I'm not used to the rear wheel. You spun out on me. >> Okay. >> Hey, man. If you're out, just stay out for now. Just get back in the vehicle. If you want, you come back here and just hang out and we'll get it wrapped up. We'll get you out of here. Just I just want you to go back and forth in and out of the vehicle, bud, just so we don't have to worry about it. All right, >> there's another officer. Man, this is nuts, man. >> Again, man, we're nice shift. We just stopped to check on each other. There's nothing. You've been cool with us. We're being cool with you. There could have been nobody out here with us. It's just kind of my chance to people come along. So, you want to come back here? Stay right here for me. I know y'all just carrying drugs. I'm headed to work. Thank you, man. [Applause] Now, what's your name, officer? >> Madison. >> Yeah. >> What's your badge number? Madison. >> My badge number 164. >> What's your name, officer? >> McDonald 845. >> What's your name offic? >> And I'll ask her when I see her. >> Just real quick, babe. >> He already patted me down. >> Yeah. >> Just so you understand, they these No, you're good. Not you. Well, I'm going to get um here's what I'm going to do, man. I I want you to come back here behind this car cuz I don't want my dog doing anything crazy. Okay. [Applause] >> Behind this car. >> What's that? Or like just just back here kind of off here by this garbage can. Maybe >> the two in the green >> gentleman and the lady in the car. They worked for the Floyd County Sheriff's Department. Yeah. >> We worked with Robin City Police. Just so you're clear. >> All right. cuz they probably don't have a badge on one property. >> So, you just want me to make sure that I know who it is that's being extra right now. >> All right. Well, that's your term, but Yeah. >> Yeah. >> So, you know who you're dealing with? >> Yeah. >> Agency. >> So, I thought this was going to be a simple stop. That's what you told me. You said no tickets, no nothing. We'll get you out of here, >> correct? >> And now it's going to the vehicle being searched for drugs. >> Yeah. Well, we're not extending this any longer than need to be. She's in there writing you the warning for it like we talked about, right? So, as soon as she's finished, if she finishes right now or or at the point before this starts, you will you will be allowed to leave at that point. We're not trying to extend this any longer than a normal traffic stop would do any >> saying they trying to treat this as a normal traffic stop, but you got three officers out here for a license plate light. >> No, you didn't smell any marijuana or anything. Correct. There is no reason for this to happen, >> right? That that's not correct. It it could >> No, there's no reason for this to happen. >> A normal traffic stop is it is permitted that this happen. >> There is no suspicion of narcotics in that car. You didn't smell anything. There's nothing leading you to suspect that there's something in this car. >> I I don't have to have a reason for it. >> Yes, you do. >> I do. I do not. >> Yes, you do. >> I I'm not >> Yes, you do. >> making a I'm not running this dog around currently. We haven't had this conversation. So he's about to run his dog through the car. >> We cannot extend the stop solely for the reason of doing that. Correct. >> Why would we know you from Google? I'm interested on that. >> Did you have a big case or something? >> I did. I had a national case. I had a national case and the officer was fired two hours after my video went viral. >> What happened? stuff. Something like this. >> Something like this. He got fired two hours ago. Yeah. Is that >> up? Yeah. For for for overstepping with no suspicion. >> His sus his only suspicion was because he didn't like the way I looked and he was hoping I had a warrant. So, he made unlawful orders that ended up costing him his job. He'll never wear a badge again. >> And he worked for Indie Metro or in that area? >> He worked for Lawrence Police Department. It was Metro that showed up and let me go. >> Metro showed up and let you go. >> Yeah. >> That is Metro Police up there. >> I don't know much about >> They They don't even do [ __ ] like this. >> They don't. >> They not petty. >> They don't like a lot of shootings. >> Yeah. They not petty. They got >> They're a busy agency. Probably a got time for stuff like this. >> They don't, bro. >> Nope. Now the vehicle is about to be searched. Even though there's no scent of marijuana, no sus, no reason to suspect there's drugs in the car. I got pulled over for a plate light. She's gung ho, too. The dog or the officer? >> The officer. >> They said they was going to make this a simple stop, bro. And it's turning into all this. >> I'm about to be late for work. I just got two points last week. >> Two points from a ticket. >> No, two points from being late. >> Where you worked at again? >> Versus Design. >> What's that? Charleston Road? >> No, it's off of uh Silver Street. Oh, >> what time you got to be there? >> Five. Five. I still don't think you're going to be late. >> Now he what? He thinks I threw something out. I didn't even let that window down until this officer came. This is getting ridiculous, bro. If you going to search the car, search the car. Look at this [ __ ] man. He ain't thinking about that car. He trying to run back to the gas to the grass. Look at him. >> You want to run him? >> You want to run him? Aaron? >> Yes, ma'am. >> All right. Here's all your information back. >> Just like you said, um it's just a red warning. Okay. Okay. >> Uh again, timing worked out for you. >> He's not down to the sniff. Here's your warning. I'm handed it to you. You are free to go. I do want to let you know just moving f further there's no expectation of privacy in the vehicle. So that's why that when a K9 comes there doesn't have to be any reason suspicion any probable cause. There's no reasonable expectation of privacy around the vehicle. >> So do y'all run a canine around every vehicle you pull over? But I'm saying do you >> I do not have a canine. So no. >> But I'm just wondering what made him choose to do it to me. That's all. >> If he if he's in the area and if he wants to he can >> it has nothing to do with discrimination. >> I'm sorry. Is he that bored that he wants to do that? I've had a help. >> I mean, we can go back and forth with what ifs or not? I I I did what I said. I treated respect. I said, "Do you want to make this nice?" Because >> Yes, you did. Thank you. >> You have any questions for me? >> No, I don't. >> All right. Ready to go. Thank you. >> All right. Thank you. [Music] >> He's free to go, but they still got that dog around his car. I can pop the trunk for you if you need me to. >> Told you you get to work on time. >> We don't know that yet. Watch. He's not done, man. He wants to figure he wants to find something so bad. The dog is steady trying to run back to the grass. If that if that is a a a dog, a drug sniffing dog, he's not listening to the dog right now. >> Where'd you go to K9 school? >> Hey, I got so many scratches on that door already, bro. Huh? >> Where'd you go to K9 school at? >> Where did I go to K9 school? >> Yeah, you know all this stuff, man. >> I'm from Indianapolis, bro. I've been through this a lot. >> You been to K9 school? I don't know what schools are out there in that area. >> How am I looking, officer? Am I good? >> What's that? >> Am I good? >> What's that up to me? >> Ah, she already told me I'm free to go. >> You're good to go, sir. Thank you. >> Thank you. Can I go, officer? >> I'm not the one that stopped you. They told you. >> You're good. Come on. Another definition of fishing because in the beginning you having this officer have him get out the car then when he's getting ready to go back in his car. He's saying no just stay out here man we'll make this real quick for you. Obviously that was a lie. >> Hey man if you're out just stay out for now just get back in the vehicle. You want to come back here and just hang out. We'll get it wrapped up. We'll get you out of here. >> Went from it was going to be fast to having them get the canine. Then when the K9 even came and you could just tell with the K9 that he was not interested at all when it comes to this car, >> he ain't thinking about that car. He trying to run back to the gas to the grass. Look at >> And even when officer said that he was free to go, you still having the other officer still having that K9 around his car. Even having that one officer said, "What K9 school did you go to?" >> Where'd you go? >> All right. Thank you. >> Where'd you go to K9 school? >> Hey, I got so many scratches on that door already, bro. Huh? >> Where'd you go to K9 school at? It just takes common sense to know that this dog's not interested in the car when he keeps running back into the bushes. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about these Floyd County Sheriff officers for pulling this guy over saying it was for a license play. But then you having the K9 come around started sniffing around his car after they saying that it was going to be a quick traffic stop. They going to send him on his way. Obviously that was a lie. They had to wait for that K9 to get done. And even when the officer said that he was free to go, you still having that other officer still running that K9 and that K9 was showing no interest when it comes to that car. Whenever officers trying to fish for something, they be trying their hardest to see if they could just catch anything. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [Music]
