Which which police department are you with? >> Public safety for Pocono Country Police. >> You're not with the police department. >> Doesn't change anything, though. We can still pull you over. >> You're not supposed to be conducting traffic stops. >> We can. >> No. No, you cannot. >> The HOA. >> No, the HOA has no authority to to conduct traffic stops. >> I pulled you over today because I locked you on my radar doing 41 and a 25 and you also failed to come to a complete stop. License, registration, insurance? >> No. No, thank you. So, you're failing to provide me that information >> cuz you're you're not you're not law enforcement. Who who who exactly do you think you are? >> You're not law enforcement. Why are you stopping him? >> Does that have to do with anything? >> It has everything to do with everything. You're not supposed to turn on emergency lights and sirens. >> I don't take those tests. No. >> I invoke my fifth amendment right. >> Sir, put your car in. >> I got to get YOU, SIR. WHAT THE WHERE you coming from? >> I'm driving. This is not a traffic stop. Stop. Let's unviate my right. What's good, YouTube? It's BB Cass back in with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is a little different video today. You had this HOA security officer pull this guy over and try to conduct a Travis style. Like, this is something I ain't never seen before and I really want y'all's opinion on this. So, you had this security guard pull this guy over, said that he was speeding the community, and he was saying that, "Yeah, you know, in the community, I could pull people over." And he asked for his license and registration. And I'm sorry, man, but if I get pulled over by a security officer in the HOA community, I'm just going to keep driving. I'm not going to stop for you if you're not a police officer. Let me know what y'all think about this and tell me what y'all would do in this situation. Let's get into the video. Good evening, officer. >> Good evening, Officer Snider. Public safety. How are you? >> Good. >> Which which police department are you with? >> Public safety for Pocono Country Police. >> Oh. Oh, you're not you're not with the police department? >> No. Public safety. >> Oh, >> that doesn't change anything though. We can still pull you over. >> Oh, you can? >> We can. >> You You can you can legally pull me over? >> We can pull you over within the community. Yes, we can. >> Oh, really? You're allowed to conduct traffic stops as as a security officer? >> Yes, we can. >> Really? >> Yes. >> What gives you the authority to do that? >> Act 235 on the Pennsylvania. What is it? >> Act 235. >> Act 235? >> Yes. >> Really? I'm not familiar with that. >> That's fine. You can look it up when you're done with the stop. >> Okay. >> So, I pulled you over today because I locked you on my radar doing 41 and a 25. >> Okay. >> And you also failed to come to a complete stop at the stop sign on Brentwood and Country Place. >> Okay. >> License, registration, insurance. >> No. No thank you. >> So, you're failing to provide me that information? >> Yeah. Yeah, I am. Because you're you're not you're not law enforcement, dude. >> Who who who exactly do you think you are? I'm a public safety officer. >> Right. And you you you you are not supposed to be conducting traffic stops on public roads. >> We can No, you cannot >> by the HOA. >> No, the HOA has no authority to grant you p to to conduct traffic stops. What's your name? >> Officer Snider. >> Officer Snyder. What's What's your first name? >> What's your first name? >> It's Officer Snider. >> Officer Snyder. Yeah. Who's your Who's your supervisor? Officer Snider, >> supervisors, Lieutenant D. Francisco. >> D. Francisco. Yeah. And and and does D. Francisco authorize you to make traffic stops? >> Yes, he does. >> Yes, he does. >> He does. >> Okay, great. We're going to be talking to the police right now cuz I'm going to go file a complaint that you're intimidating in in impersonating police officers. How does that sound? >> You can go ahead. >> Yeah. Great. >> Police department allows us to do this within the community. >> No, no, no. The police department doesn't allow you to do that because you have no legal authority to do this. >> All right, that's your question. >> You are not allowed to turn on emergency flashing lights and sirens. You are not a police officer, sir. Have a good day. You're dismissed. >> What are you stopping him for? >> None of your business. Keep it pushing. >> No, no, I'm good. You're not law enforcement. Why are you stopping him? >> What does that have to do with anything? It has everything to do with everything. You're not supposed to turn on emergency lights and sirens and pull people over. >> What? >> It's a private community. >> You're not supposed to turn on e It's against PA law. >> We are emergency vehicles. We're all Ebot trained. >> The training has not You are not sworn law enforcement. >> Keep it pushing. >> Make me. >> Let's go. >> I guess if you had dreams to become a police officer and you don't pass a test, I guess you just get with a HOA and pretend to be a police officer. Because even in this interaction right here, once he said that he was a police officer, I'm sorry, man. I'm driving away. What department are you with? >> Public safety for Pocono Country Police. >> Oh. Oh, you're not you're not with the police department. >> No, public safety. >> And then when he said we could legally pull you over in the community. So like what happens if you just drive out the community? They going still going to follow you? >> You can you can legally pull me over? >> We can pull you over within the community. Yes, we can. >> Oh, really? You're allowed to con traffic stops as as a security officer? >> Yes, we can. >> And another thing that really threw me off, so if he's not a police officer, what the hell is he going to do with your license and registration? Like, I'm not just going to hand that to anybody. Okay. license, registration, insurance. >> No, no, thank you. >> So, you're failing to provide me that information? >> Yeah. Yeah, I am. Because you're you're not you're not law enforcement. >> Just seeing from his face expressions. I'm sorry. I'm not taking him serious. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. How you feel about this guy getting pulled over by the HOA police officer. Like I said, bro, this is like really weird. I ain't never seen nothing like this before, and you having this, I guess, security officer, whatever y'all want to call it, saying that, "Oh, yeah, we can make stops within the community." So, like, what happens if you just drive out of the community? They still going to follow you? And then like also he asking for the license and registration. Like what is he going to do with that? Like I'm not just going to hand over my license registration if you're not law enforcement because like what are you going to do with that information? You go to turn it to the HOA then I get a fine. No, I'm good. I'm just going to keep on going. And then also if you don't even live in the community, you're just like driving by. What are they going to do with that information? Like that's really weird. This just gives another reason why you should not move into a HOA because they would do some BS like this. HOAs are just as corrupt as police departments. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [music] >> [music]
