emergency department for treatment by
black Black Rock City Medical the deputy
then located a woman named Carol who
claimed she was walking home from yoga
when an unknown female swung an object
and hit her on the right side of her
face however she didn't want to go to
Persian County for the court process so
the deputy doesn't return to arrest
Bonnie however the deputy would get an
unexpected surprise later that day when
he gets a call requesting assistance for
a combat a female okay she's in this
vehicle reach in shut the vehicle off
take the keys okay she's out of grab her
hooker bagger put her in this unit let's
get her back I'm trying to keep the BLM
guys out of this as much as possible so

Cell the deputy returns to explain why
she was placed under arrest so there was
an incident earlier that happened okay

arraignment hearing before things take a
startling turn according to reports it
was only a few minutes into the court

the report provided by persing County
Sheriff's Office states that Allison
Elizabeth Warner was booked into jail
for battery on a protected person
referring to law enforcement but doesn't
indicate that she was arrested or
charged in connection with the alleged
assault on Carol
deputies returned to collect photos of
Carol's injuries the day following the
alleged attack where they noted it
appeared she had burst capillaries they
learned that Carol lived in Canada and
was cautious about coming back for court
but was informed she may be able to
testify via Zoom the deputy advised her
they would ask the district attorney to
review the case for possible charges we
attempted to verify the charges with the
11th Judicial District Court but we were
unable to determine if charges were
formally filed against Allison Warner as
they were unable to locate any records
