Couldn't even explain why he pulled him over just to say, "Oh yeah, you know, they were talking to you and you drove off on them. We just want to know what you're doing." He wasn't answering their questions and you going to see that this is a pretty funny interaction when you don't give the officers what they want. I'mma watch it, give my reaction. No. This side. This side, right here. It doesn't work. Come this side. >> I can't come to that side. You're in the middle of traffic. >> Let me move. >> How you doing, sir? >> So, what's the reason for you stopping me? >> Uh we had two agents that said you were lights out over there hanging out on the side of the road. >> Okay. >> Uh, and they began to question you and they said you just took off on them. >> Yeah, I they weren't detaining me so. >> Oh, they didn't? >> No. >> Cuz they told me they were they were questioning you. >> Of course, yeah, anybody can question anyone, right? >> Yeah, no, no, no. >> Right, right, right. >> And then you're driving all over the road. >> No, I'm not. Why are you asking me personal questions? >> That's not a personal question. >> Yeah, that's personal, really. >> Why were you pulled over on the side of the road? >> That's a personal question. Do you Do you at least have reasonable suspicion to pull me over? >> Yes, I do. >> For what crime? >> There's no crime. >> Okay, then you don't have reasonable suspicion. You know how reasonable suspicion works? >> Yes, I do. All right. Have a good day. >> This border patrol officer seems kind of lost, man. I guess he got used to pulling people over for no reason and he's like, "Damn, I need a reason to pull them over cuz he already here like, huh, have a nice day." Like, bro, what? >> have reasonable suspicion. You know how reasonable suspicion works? >> Yes, I do. All right. Have a good day. >> How are you doing tonight? >> Who are you? >> It's all right, sir. You may leave now. >> I'm playing you, sir. All right, you're good to go. You can >> All right, you can leave. >> Do not step out of the vehicle. Do not step out of the vehicle. >> Am I detained or not? >> Step out of the vehicle. You can leave. >> Am I detained? >> No, you >> Leave. >> Do not step out of the vehicle. Sir, for your safety do not >> Stop touching my car. Stop touching my car. Stop touching my car. >> Who is touching your vehicle? >> Get in your vehicle and and and leave. >> It's all right. So right now we're telling you like right now this is a highway. We got >> Leave. Leave my car. You want what? You want what? Sir, am I still being detained? C2 237 >> Do not step out of the vehicle. Step back in the vehicle. >> Am I de >> Get back in the vehicle. You are not detained. You can leave. >> Move away from me. Move away from me. >> Am I de Get back in the vehicle. You are not detained. You can leave. >> Move away from me. Move away from me. Move away. >> out of the vehicle. >> Move away from me. Move away. >> out of the vehicle. >> Move away from me. >> I'm not detained. I'm not detained. >> I'm I'm completely safe. I'm completely safe. >> reach for the gun. >> You need to leave right now. >> Yeah, but you don't reach for the >> Bro, you can just tell these border patrol officers are scared, man, cuz they all here saying, "Don't don't reach for the gun." Like, not once did this dude even mention about the gun or anything. Like, it's not illegal to carry a gun, bro. We're in Texas. >> No, the You know where the gun is. Where are my hands? I'm not detained. >> No, you're not. You're free to go. >> Okay, you need to leave. You know where the gun is. Where are my hands? I'm not detained. >> Do not reach for the gun. >> You need to leave right now. >> Yeah, but you don't reach for the >> to leave right now. >> No, the You know where the gun is. Where are my hands? I'm not detained. >> No, you're not. You're free to go. >> Okay, you need to leave. >> Let me take me out of that. Right now you're going to put in danger traffic. That's We're trying to avoid that. >> I'm on the shoulder. I'm on the shoulder. >> So, you can pull over to the side if you want to, but I need to meet at the highway. Right now you're endangering the public. >> That's the end of that video. My take on that You can just tell that these border patrol officers felt some type of way from the beginning right here. You know, whenever they were trying to talk to him and they said, "Oh, yeah, you're not detained." And he said, "Okay, then." He left. You can just hear it in their voice. They ain't They ain't never had that done to them before. Like, right here. >> Hey, so >> All right, I'll go home. >> What do you mean, "Have a good one"? Where are you going? >> Yo, he hurt that border patrol officer's feelings so bad. That's why he called up this other border patrol agent to pull him over with no reason at all. Just say, "Hey, pull him over." And start asking questions. Like, right here. >> Do you Do you at least have reasonable suspicion to pull me over? >> Yes, I do. >> crime? >> There's no crime. >> Okay, then you don't have reasonable suspicion. Do you know how reasonable suspicion works? >> Yes, I do. >> All right. Have a good day. >> Like, this was literally just a waste of time because you had him harass this dude for no reason at all. And then whenever he's trying to get out of his car, that's when you hear one of these officers say, "Don't reach for the gun." Like, bro, he was not trying to reach for his weapon at all. Like, he didn't even mention his weapon at all. You having these officers be scared. Like, right here. >> Move away. >> out of the vehicle. >> Move away from the >> over there. You have a gun over there. >> I'm not detained. I'm not detained. >> Therefore, your safety and my safety >> I'm safe. I'm completely safe. I'm completely safe. >> reach for You need to leave right now. You need to leave right now. The You know where the gun is. Where are my hands? I'm not detained. Okay, you need to leave. I'm on the truck. Like that was just literally a waste of time. They over here saying about his safety being on the highway. Y'all pulled him over three times. I won't worry that much about it. But like I said, whenever you trample over their ego, you don't feed it to it like he did right here where he just drove home. That's what started it and they felt some type of way and they're like, "Yeah, let's harass him real quick." It just wasted time for no reason when they could have just left this dude alone, went about their day, and go worry about real stuff going on. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. How you feel about these Border Patrol agents in Laredo, Texas for harassing this dude, stopping him two times talking about, "Oh yeah, we just want to talk to you. You're not detained, but we just want to talk to you." Then when he drives off it becomes an issue for them and they just want to harass them more. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe. And y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
