kick him out she called the police and apparently things a't go way so I'm going watch you get my reaction let me know what y'all think about in the comment section and let's get into the video also this happened in uh burn at Texas with the Bernett Sheriff's County um the Bernett uh County Sheriff's Office get some um Dany daddy don't touch me don't get out of my hand don't touch me don't me get off my property I'm videotaping this for Wesley my property Wesley asked me to video get off my property don't touch me get off my property I will call the sheriff you already put your hands on him I that priv is this is a public meeting no it's not a public this is a private coration a private meeting and we're and we can move this over to my hanger if you would like if that offends you no I'm like if you don't like to be recorded just hide your face or something like they be pushing the issue way more than what it should be you know so I give it to this auditor bro cuz he does get the refused okay which gentleman is it he's inside there okay he did seven years in the State Penitentiary we just want him out of the [ __ ] meeting he doesn't own property here he's not a pilot he has no personal business here he comes here every time to instigate put this [ __ ] on YouTube CN who who's hanger is this mine your personally owned hanger I own it okay is it um it's real private property okay so the meeting is not public or anything no it's a privately held Corporation by the members of this airport okay it's not public it's it's all private okay private private no property okay all right I guess this is the auditor's video how you doing sir how are you doing what's going on they're having a board meeting and I'm videotaping it okay all right um though she's asked you to leave her privately own hanger this is a public meeting I know but it's a privately owned hanger so if they don't want you here then your buddy went down this road before yeah who's that yeah what's his name King King Chris King yeah and he had to apologize he had to apologize yes okay he didn't but he supposed to all right well I I get that it's a publicly owned meeting but if it's in a personally own hanger and they ask you to leave okay uh we have I I on also on the hanger and I'm on the board of directors and I've also I've offered to re locate the meeting to my okay because I don't have objections and then the lady of complain objects to that so okay and and per a court order they have to have these meetings in front of the membership okay um she has the okay so I I get with the public meeting and kind of throws a little wrench into it okay and the court order throws a monkey wrench into it too yeah for sure um the corporation is a 501c4 which is registered it's a non Pro and has a whole set of Texas laws around discrimination and things like that so that fits into this too as well okay all right and he is a director and he has asked me to videotape this meeting okay all right um well my Sergeant's over coming over here so I'll get with him try to figure out kind of what's going on perect um we'll kind of go from there okay yeah if we could just get them to move relocate the main I can't help with that it's I know it's one of those things so all right so one of the directors is the I guess auditor you know to do that's recording that's his friend so and he's offering to move it that lady just that lady just being petty with it bro like she she's talking like she's like the main character in it and kind of just saying [ __ ] everybody else this is how she feels and like maybe like two other ones you can tell this cop don't know what the [ __ ] to do either he got call he got to call his boy bro is this dude really looking up the laws what is he hold on what is he looking up I guess he like looking up the laws or like about the meeting or something cuz you could tell he honestly doesn't even really know either himself just the way he's even carrying himself through this whole interaction so this is a board meeting apparently this guy filming has done this before and maybe they tell I guess investigator King has been here before on patrol and he's had to apologize for the same thing cuz apparently has either kicked him out or did something I don't know if that's true or not but um the female out here owns it they're have trying to have a meeting but I guess he's been asked to come in here and film well I guess they don't like that cuz he's been causing issues before but I know there's certain laws with being in have a meeting and I'm just not sure how to proceed with this cuz like well it's a privately owned hanger they're having this meeting at and if she's asking you to leave and you're not but I know kind of the same with like a city council meeting or something that's like are completely yeah so he was invited to film they say he has no property or anything here but there's two other guys with him over there and the guy the cowboy hat right here next to our gentleman filming um has another hanger and he's trying to convince him to move it to another hanger and doing all this other stuff so um but but is somebody here telling him he can film this somebody yeah somebody that's part of what's going on yeah but I guess the the I don't know the ranking structure here of everyone um the one lady that was talking to was a treasure to she ain't really got that much saying just that it's just her hanger that's the only thing but as far as the organ organization of group or whatever she just a treasure she ain't really got power like that bro yeah from the guy filming he was asked to come and film the meeting and she said it's been an issue before where he puts it on YouTube and stuff like that so I I don't it's not a government no so it's not open but if somebody's inviting in fear to film sound like much that we can actually do it yeah it sounds like they need to is he on the board or he just here I need to ask him that um to see how what his affiliation is with this um but I mean if it's it's an open meeting for the HOA I mean unless it's I just read something it it's like an executive meeting it's not open then they can have to sit down in the end somebody invting he's like we can ask them to St but basically they can't do [ __ ] yeah let me I'll get more a little bit more info from them so it's really just this it's really just these three right here that just really don't like him recording everybody else I don't think they really give a [ __ ] it's just these three right here Cameron Bill and Bill basically is this a HOA or POA meeting um it is a or neither one no what is it we're a privately held Corporation and it's a corporate board meeting it's a corporate board meeting okay and this gent Pilots Association it's a board meeting not a members meeting okay okay so it's not open members are able to observe the board meeting they're not involved in the meeting okay and my whole point is I don't want video in my C my hanger I've got too much stuff in there understandable and I don't want my face on video on YouTube not a POA or an HOA right okay I'm just trying to figure out the legality of everything to what we can do CU I don't know if we can officially stop him from filming um well if I ask him to leave my property can't you have him remove you need to tell him is to come see the stake right there that's the property line and he can and video all he once now he's on now he's on a private road but you can consider it a public dealing Point yeah and there's no expectation of privacy from a public place I got you um so the privately owned Corporation meeting mhm and it's a board meeting I guess not open what what is his affiliation or who invited him or and Buddy of some people that do own a hanger okay and he comes to every meeting and sticks his camera in people's faces disrupts the meeting so he can go put it on YouTube and run his little Integrity now channel yeah he even accosted him once at a waterboard meeting all his beef is with a water company where there's a huge lawsuit and he's brought that [ __ ] into this airport cuz we get the water from the same company he he's not a pilot he doesn't own any real property has no stake in anything inside this airport and he comes over here to get content to go put it on YouTube and continue his little Rift that he has with everybody including the Bernard County Sheriff's Office and we we've told we in all the meeting notices to the membership there's no videography but you may audio record all you want and what does he do he says I don't give a [ __ ] I'm going to come in here and stick a camera in their face and that's exactly how it started this morning goes right up to her and gets right on her this close with his little camera and you can go on his YouTube channel and see where he sticks the camera you know elderly bro the thing is you mixing feelings with like real not like reality you just in your fining bro because at the end of the day you do have the right to record if you're just in a public place they're just trying to use oh this is her property they literally said well we can move and they're saying no well then what the you know what I'm saying just it's like back and forth It's like grown ass adult acting like kids over a camera just let it go bro like what women's faces to try to see what they'll do and then he says don't touch me don't touch me oh you know it makes a huge scene and he's a [ __ ] child are the people that he's doing this for here at this meeting well I don't know who particularly doing it for as far as like who like whoever invited them here to do this are they here yes I guess is that standing the two gentleman's next to him think okay all right I mean it's just ridiculous I just asked him not to video he pulled this at a waterboard meeting and he filed assault charges against me the only thing he didn't know that somebody else found it and so I had to get a lawyer gu taken away and you guys you guys investigated it in the did paper On's not in your system right so you know you say if you're charging assault charges against him on the 1 to 10 how bad did it hurt you he said a three laying a piece of paper on your chest that he had already put on my chest it wasn't a three he's lying on his police report but you guys let it go cuz he's causing so many problems even y'all's detective was like oh he's he's sub member of some organization The Sovereign citizens group or some [ __ ] you know the guy starts laughing I mean the the only way I can see relieving this issue is to you know dismiss the meeting or you know I don't know what you call it gosts but we'd really like to have the meeting in front of the people like Doug who drove from Houston a p membran we'd like to conduct our business understandable without this you know EXT extraterrestrial guy who's here to we start to get tied is when somebody involved at the meeting site invites him in well I understand that and I totally get how can you invite somebody into my hanger but we have a we're not doing videography in the meeting we reserve that right if you're having that open meeting though they they can do that it's this is a city council understand in the end your beef is not actually with the gentleman do recording it's the people he's doing the recording no my beef is with the guy recording right but he's doing it on behalf of somebody well that's what he claims but he comes but if he's here doing that on behalf of somebody that is here that is the person you actually have the issue with yes what he's doing you have the issue with he's doing that for somebody that's who the issue comes down to so if that person says yeah I want him he can be here with me recording while I'm here on Myer it's it's like you you and your husband at home and somebody's coming over you tell them you can't come in my house your husband says come on in well no I didn't say he couldn't come in I said he can't video inside my hanger I've got millions of dollars worth of stuff and I don't want it to be on YouTube so somebody comes over here and breaks in this is a safety issue on top of the fact that I don't want my face on it but I don't want all my boats and my airplanes and cars and trucks and all the rest motorcycles all the rest of that [ __ ] on YouTube somebody could break into my hanger we understand yeah I mean that's that's a safety issue there they don't have the Bro don't have the meeting in your hanger that's like the simplest thing to do she just wants to be a I'm I'm trying to work on my cousin man y'all don't be liking when I be cussing too much but bro she acting like a [ __ ] like just Chang the [ __ ] meter to somewhere else it's that simple we don't have a problem if he attends and observes the meeting even if he's not a paying member he can audio record all he wants he'll get the same thing okay without videography edited up how he wants it to be for his YouTube channel we don't allow videography it was in the meeting notice no videography audio record all you'd like but as far as your rules and regulations we can't enforce those so that that's I know I know that I know but that's going to be something he's not following the rules so he was asked to leave the private property and he's refused it's fee simple real property U but like you're saying if y'all go to an executive session to where it's only the I guess the board and y'all close it then he I guess technically no longer has any what I guess right to be here for it so what he wearing got the shoulder bag and he's you know there's a lot of stuff going he's the one he's with that's not Trav yeah we've been talking yeah so in Charlie Travis yes sir that's your so it sounds like the the end I guess anything kind of funnels back to you if I'm understanding it right that that my my understanding is you invited the gentleman to be here with you to do the recording yes and he's the one they're having the issue with so it sounds like everything's kind of filtering back down to you yeah so I offered a solution I own a hanger that's on the main road that comes in and I said we can relocate to my hanger and I've done that in the past as well in fact this did come up once before and I offered let's just move the meeting down my hanger get off her private property right and they just kind of let it go away and everything went on and they contined to film it so this time she just got to confirm her stance that she would want to and even in the past her husband has videotaped our meetings and um so and we've done it forever but if she doesn't want this the answer is okay let's just go to my Hang just just out of curiosity if you don't mind me asking what's the purpose for videotaping it he well record it to document the meeting State we're a nonprofit Association okay and we're required to document uh meetings even audios or a part of that Renee can help me right uh with a little bit on that nothing says that you have to video right and so that's just I understand that's the more common way people audios audios or videos more common these days than audio used to be when things were coming up yeah once iPhones came out probably you know you just you're just recording period it's a video and audio um now the one thing that that I did ask that I have one condition on him and this I think this goes back to an objection that she made years ago that Danny used to record I don't under my request but just under General requests he would always videotape the the meetings as he does for there's a private water company that says that right he is a member of that Association um there was a time when Danny posted trying to get leverage and things that happen NE wrong you know things that people are doing wrong he posted those on YouTube and so I conditioned that with Danny that nothing this is for membership only so his um our our members and people that are at the meetings but no YouTube posting and he agreed to that so that's I mean so if it's just for the purposes of our association I don't see how they can object to it but we can easily just move the meeting someplace else and then two of the guys I'm not and this is why I kind of do like this dude because I he's with the recording and he's he's not wrong with he's saying it's just them three [ __ ] over there they just in their feelings bro like he literally said we could just move it here and be done all of this was unnecessary like calling all these cops here was just unnecessary you're just wasting resources and like you know these offic can be doing something else and I think that they know that they just like they just call the police just to be bro it's it's just funny but it's also not funny because you're wasting resources it's like over six seven cops here just for them just to leave like what the [ __ ] not going in your hanger okay you're to invited to you don't want to fine not that we can do anything with my understanding I guess the meeting notice said something about no recording no videography he did and he's gotten several push Backs from Members about that we can't restrict it and so this just kind of pushes that to a head us so is there any way that we can you know continue this but respecting with you know they audio recording is good to go but as far as respecting their wishes of no videoing cuz she's bringing up the issue of a safety concern of filming inside her hanger and then being possibly being posted to YouTube and stuff like that but um if there's a way that y'all can come to terms with that and cuz I know there's members that came from other you know longer distances to be here um just to continue this meeting um is there a way that we can respect that or I mean Le I mean can't tell you what to do can ask yes you can join me but I'd just like to ask the other group I am a board member but I represent the members themselves and I like their opinions what they what they were prer to do yeah I mean in the end it's it's going to come down to cancel me now it's either cancel move it or they go into executive session or no which which sucks because then the membership can't be involved in that well they can't conduct normal business that's way above we but they can't legally it's a violation of state law that that unfortunately that's not a state law we have anything to do with no I know we're under criminal side so yeah so if you want to do that real quick and hopefully we can come to a conclusion here all right so we have asked them um politely if they're willing to just respect your wishes of no videography still audio record if they want to um but see if they'll respect that so he's asking if trying to get other people's opinions on and he wants everyone to be involved so just respecting that but if it doesn't go that way if y'all want to cancel the meeting reconvene at another time and then they're going to you know take off and leave then it it kind of gets this issue solved today but it's just going to be another headache as far as trying to get this rescheduled down the road and I unfortunately I know people drove in from farther distances I understand that we want to get business at hand done yeah but it we're trying to work out everything we can um just with being civil with everything but as far as right now I mean we we we don't have anything criminal it's just kind of we're trying to mitigate the Civil side of things but as far as the laws of you know with the meetings and stuff that's not something that we can enforce um so um well we'll try to see if they can respect the wishes if not then it's going to be up to y'all as the board to figure out what y'all are going to to do okay so um we just don't want to violate anyone's rights or anything like that so but we try to want to work this you could tell honestly that this auditor right here he definitely dealt with this Sheriff's apartment and they don't want no smoke with this dude like you could just tell like honestly like they don't really want no smoke with this dude and they really trying to tell people like look we don't want to we don't want no smoke bro y' on y own and you can tell this she's like she's not happy she's definitely a caring and yeah like she man she's one of them that's all I'm going say man this dude I mean he kind of stayed quiet it was the other guy that was like doing the most he post on YouTube channel all this so bro like I think it's just stupid to get in your feelings over a cameraman just just don't care you know what I'm saying and if you are going
