you know any cost for service here so I guess about a month ago or so you called in to 911 and you had some complaints against the dog and you made some you made some statements on to 911 dispatchers that you wanted to shoot the dogs can you tell me why why they're aggressive they come in the yard they they growl they attack my cats I I they killed two cats they're gone missing okay and okay so I understand even know you got other animals you have animals that come into your property and they do kill him but he talking about his cats bro I got cats too and they stay inside [ __ ] like you know it's like if you don't want them to get hurt cuz you know what it comes with if you have your pets outside so it's always just better to have them inside or just get a better gate bro had one of them down twice had this cat down goes to where it sleeps got it down and was Ming it okay so the dogs come over here the dogs come over here yeah so today we so I was over there at the scene over there earlier okay so I went over there to help with the other deputies so when I went over there that particular dog that was shot today was on a leash yes it's on a lead yes so notice it was on a lead at at first so this [ __ ] at bro you telling me that he shot this damn dog when it was on a lead so there's no way it would have attacked you so you basically just went to execute it he weren trying to he wasn't attack I mean he ran towards him but if it's on a leash he can't go nowhere bro this dude man this is why some people they ain't allowed to have guns bro you know he from Florida on nasty yes it is okay would we be able to get your consent to be able to take a look at that rifle why do you want to look at it well because it's actually part of the investigation so I mean I'm asking your went through these woods so we just trk through these Woods there's a lot of stuff did you go over there with the intent to shoot the dog today or what was the purpose of your tra B to go over there with a rifle huh what was the reason that you went all the way over to had abandoned house with a rifle there's two pit bus over there okay they come into my yard there's actually three I didn't know that but uh the two dogs come in my yard and get aggressive with her with me they chased her away from the mailbox before and into the yard and came in after her okay but they didn't do that today they they didn't attack they were they were in the yard they were in the yard and uh was that today or was that another day today but was it two other dogs not the one that was on a leash I I do not know what dogs it was two pitbulls okay gotcha um so we've called about them before okay I understand not too many days ago so basically it for me to understand so basically you went over there today you left your house you you left with a rifle yes to go over there but why did you go over there why did I go over there yes sir what was the reason to go over there cuz the dogs Retreat over there they attacked my cats they they they get aggressive with me and they Retreat over the hill okay so I went over there to put an end to this we called about it nothing's been done so you went over there with the purpose of shooting the dogs to kill the dogs you said to put an end to it I mean is that what you mean by that pretty much Joe pretty much okay all right [Music] um so they know I'm not very like really familiar to like most of the laws like in Florida or really in that aspect but I'm pretty sure like if the animal or the dog is on your property and it comes after you you know I think you have the right to defend yourself but you can't just go to somebody else's yard and then shoot you know shoot their dog they on a leash then next following day like you just have to call police or animal control or whoever you got to call for that this dude is just stupid like bro you this why a lot of people should not just have guns because he literally just woke up and said I'm going go shoot this dog like bro what the [ __ ] like be for real okay Mr Joe listen I I sincerely do appreciate your frustration with not getting results from Animal Control um but you do understand I mean taking matters into your hands at this level you know leaving your house today with a rifle going through the woods go over there just for the purposes of killing the dogs I mean you know that's witness can confirm that this is who shot the dog then Mr Joe is going to face some charges for this I didn't even know you took that gun with you would you stopped him probably and then also um I was looking at the laws in Florida and this article came up and in this article with um this lady and it was in Florida um she shot a dog too and the people wanted um her to get I guess prosecuted or whatever and the lawyer saved her because where is it at where it say yeah right here it said the owner other dog named luky who was killed said Bella's actions of October 5th were Reckless and overtime he once charges filed against her however um she you however you know who used daily Force to save her um name whatever what the [ __ ] shorty says Oh short I guess that's her name but um basically in the State of Florida lawyer says you have the right to defend your you have the right to defend your property and any necessary way and dogs are consider are considered property under the Florida law and and then so she fired one bullet at I guess so I guess oh so she killed the other dog because that dog was trying to kill her dog on her property so like in that aspect you you that's when you can like use um you know Force when it's like you know in danger your life or whatever so in the case if those dogs was to run on his property you know he'll be able to use it as far as like you know force and he's in Florida but you can't just go over to somebody else's property and just clap their dogs bro and just come back home and eat your meal like that's not how it's going to go so this dude is very ignorant and stupid and I don't agree with that bro I don't agree with none of that especially the dog being leashed too like what the actual [ __ ] man like like that's so stupid definitely fight that in court because as I showed you on the other article um that lady didn't get charged cuz she was protecting her dog from that other dog so but going to somebody's property just
