All right. Are you doing okay or like what's the issue? >> I don't have an issue. >> Okay. Uh what's the reason for the speed tonight though? >> I don't have a reason. >> Where are you coming from? >> Okay. Where are you headed to? >> Doesn't matter. I'm going to >> How much have you had to drink? >> You smell strong alcohol. >> Oh, really? >> Why are you so strong? >> Cuz I'm on a road right now about to get hit by a car and don't like it at all. And you're accusing me to smell like alcohol. Give me breath real quick. Bring breath on me and I'll do it right in front of your camera and my camera. Is there any reason you're being sober? >> Yeah, you just accuse me of drinking. I'm sober. >> All right. Are you okay? You're shaking. You're making you nervous or anything? >> Hurry up. What does it say? >> Step up there for me. Yeah, you're right. It's There's odor, brother. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And today's video is from the Foreside County Sheriff's Office over there in Georgia where we had these Foreside County Sheriff deputies pull this guy over for speeding. Instead of them just getting his speeding ticket, send him on his way, you having this officer just straight up lie and say, "Hey, you smell like alcohol." He was not having it with these officers. He was letting them know once I pass this breaite test, you better tell me sorry. And instead of this officer apologizing for lying, he rather just keep on making up more excuses cuz you know how officers are. They never will say sorry even though that they're lying about it. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. [Music] >> Hey brother, what's going on tonight, man? What's going on? >> Are you doing okay or like what's the issue? >> I don't have an issue. >> Okay. Uh what's the reason for the speed denial? >> I don't have a reason. You said I was 180 and 65. No reason. >> 80 and a 65. >> That's what you just said. >> Why are you going so fast? >> I didn't know I was 180 and 65. >> Okay. Where are you coming from? Doesn't matter. >> Okay. Where are you headed to? >> Doesn't matter. I'm going to >> Okay. How much have you had to drink? >> You smell strong alcohol. Oh, really? >> Yeah. >> Really? It's fun. I've been sober for 120 days. Nice try, though. >> I'm sorry. >> I've been sober for 120 days. Nice try, though. >> Okay. 120 days. >> Yeah. 120 days. >> Okay. >> Why? Why are you so stunning? >> Cuz I'm on a [ __ ] road right now about to get hit by a car and I don't like it at all. >> And you're accusing me to smell like alcohol. Give me a [ __ ] breathalyzer real quick, please. >> Okay. Can you stop? Oh, you can bring a breathalyzer to me and I'll do it right in front of your camera and my camera. >> Yeah, the camera's right here. >> And you can give me a breathalyzer. >> Okay. Yeah. >> And you can apologize after you sit there and said you smell ble on my breath. >> Brother, I I can smell it. >> You can smell it. >> Yeah. >> Really? >> This is the only reason you're being so >> Yeah, you just accused me of drinking. I'm sober. >> I didn't accuse you of anything. I just You said you smell it. >> Yeah. I asked you. Why do you smell like that? >> I don't smell it. I'm drinking water. Okay. >> You don't have to swear. I'm not swearing you all I want. I can swear all I want. >> Okay. Why you do that? I'll get started on this ticket. All right, bud. Take a deep breath and blow. >> All right. So, way too hard. What I mean is like you like you're blowing out a candle on a birthday cake. All right. Perfect. There you go. Are you okay? You're shaking. You making you nervous or anything? >> Hurry up. >> All right. What's it say? >> Step up there for me. Yeah, you're right. It's there's odor, brother. >> Can you apologize now? >> No, I'm not going to. It's odor. >> You can't apologize for smelling. I'll call my bro. >> No, I can't. I'm still I'm still smelling maybe I need clothes. I don't know. It's There's perfumes and all kinds of stuff. >> This officer will make up about 100 excuses when he gets caught up in his lie. >> I don't know. It's There's perfumes and all kinds of stuff. That's why we talk to people. Okay, but step right up over here for me. Okay. He's going to get you a ticket. All right, sir. So, I am sight you for 80 and a 65. Okay. I did check my uh radar did test accurate. All right. By sign, you're not admitting guilt. You just know you're going to take care of your ticket. Okay. All right. Sign right here for me. [Music] [Applause] Any questions for me, sir? >> Small call me. >> Second. Small call me. >> Yeah, they do dism have a good day. >> As any officer would, they going to stick up for their lying partner because one thing about officers, when you don't answer their question, that's when they start accusing you a whole bunch of BS. >> Okay. Where are you coming from? Doesn't matter. >> Okay. Where are you headed to? Doesn't matter. >> Okay. How much have you had to drink? >> Oh, he doesn't want to tell me where he's going or coming from. He must be drunk. Then when he got the breath out and when he blew zero, this officer did not want to admit that. >> All right, brother. Take a deep breath in. You okay? You're shaking. You're making you nervous or anything? >> Hurry up. >> All right. >> What does it say? >> Step up there for me. Yeah, you're right. It's there's odor, brother. >> Can you apologize now? >> No, I'm not going to. It's odor. I just >> This officer running around in circles when he got caught up in his lie. And even when he asked the other officer, you already know they going to lie for each other. >> Small call me second. Small call me. >> Yeah, they do dism have a good day. >> There's another example. When you don't answer those questions, they going to accuse you of being under the influence. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about this for county sheriff officer for accusing this guy for being under the influence all because of he wasn't answering his question. You having this office ask him two question. When he said he wasn't answering saying it doesn't matter, that's when you want to switch to or how much you had a drink. And then whenever he said that he claims that he smelled alcohol in his breath and he pulled out that breathalyzer and when it blew out zero, this officer didn't want to say, "Oh, it was zero." He did not want to say that. Oh, he just want to say, "All right, go sit over there." He didn't want to tell this guy that he was right. And rather this officer say sorry for lying, he rather just make up a hundred more excuses. And then when the guy even asked the other officer, you already know they going to stick over their lying officer. And this is another case when you don't answer their questions, don't help with their investigation, and they can just give you your ticket, go about your way. They rather just sit here and try to accuse you a whole bunch of BS. And in a lot of other cases, you have some sheriff officers that don't even have a breathalyzer on hand. So that means they got to take you all the way to the county. You got to do a whole bunch of BS just for you to end up blowing zero. And it just goes to show how dishonest a lot of these officers are. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [Music] Heat.
