You're a suspicious vehicle sitting in front of a school on a Sunday afternoon. You just got an excuse for everything, don't you? >> No, it's fine. >> There's a guy being a prince. >> I don't take those tests. No, >> I invoke my fifth amendment right to sir. Put your car on. >> I got to get your s Where you coming from? >> I'm driving. Look, this is not a traffic stop. Stop from the road. Let's unviolate our What's good YouTube? It's BB Cass back in with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Covington Police Department over there in Louisiana where you had this coveted police officer detain this bus driver all because he was just chilling in his parking lot. You had this bus driver who also works for Uber and while he was waiting for a notification on Uber for the next delivery, he decides to wait in this parking lot. And you having this officer say, "Nah, that's suspicious. I need to get your ID." And he tried to tell this officer, "He ain't even committing no crimes. Why are you hungry for his ID?" and you will see that this officer was literally stopping at nothing to get this man's ID. And it goes to show just how hungry officers will get when it comes to getting that ID. I'm going to watch and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Hey, what's going on, bro? >> Hey, >> what you up to? >> I'm an Uber driver and a bus driver. >> Oh, you drive for Clemington? >> Yeah. 659. >> Okay. You just sitting out here chilling? >> Yeah. I made a pizza delivery order and I uh said that's a good place to park to wait for another offer, but I ain't got nothing yet. Gotcha. Um, you got anything that shows you're like a bus driver or anything like that? >> Yeah. I mean, is this I'm not supposed to park here or >> I'm just just, you know, it's a Sunday. You're just parked out here by a bunch of buses. I'm just wondering. >> Yeah, I mean, I'm a bus driver mover driver. I'm just sitting here waiting for I mean, if I need to move, I can. I just I'd hate using gas driving everywhere, you know, waiting. >> Yeah. I mean, I get it. It's just, you know, the first time I ran into an Uber driver or a bus driver sitting back here. >> Yeah. Yeah, I'm a bus driver. Um, but like I said, I'm just, you know, waiting for an Uber or lift ride. But >> you got ID or anything on you, brother? >> Yeah, but man, I'm not What am I doing wrong? >> What are you doing wrong? You >> You're sitting out here on Sunday. >> Yeah. >> In front of a school facing towards buses. >> Yeah. >> This where I'm parked and I'm waiting for an offer. >> Okay. Well, at this point, if this is a traffic stop, you are being detained. >> For what? Do you have an ID? >> I do, but what am I doing wrong? What have I done? Broken the law? >> Because I'm identifying somebody that's sitting out here that shouldn't be. >> It's not illegal to sit out here if I'm not doing anything wrong. >> Okay. Are you a lawyer? >> I can get one. >> Okay. Well, I need an ID, please, sir. I'm not trying to make this difficult. I'm trying to identify who I'm talking to and uh inform my dispatch who I'm talking to and we can go on about our day or we can take this on and we can escalate up to resisting if that's what you would like to do. >> It's not resisting. I need to know what I'm being what criminally what crime I have committed by setting a public parking lot. >> It's not a crime. You're a suspicious vehicle sitting in front of a school on a Sunday afternoon facing buses. Yes, cuz I drive a school bus for St. Camd. This is a public >> Can you show proof that you show you drive a school bus? >> I can. But what? >> Let's put it this way. >> Doesn't make it to me. If I'm not committing a crime, you can run my license plate. If I'm not actively committing a crime, I'm not vandalizing. I'm not doing anything wrong. This is a public property. I mean, is it crime to park at a public >> 50? Can you send me another unit? Can >> you be involved? I'm asking for an ID. >> Okay, I got for ID. I'm just asking you what crime have I committed? What laws have I broken is what I'm saying. >> I'm not going to sit here and argue with you. >> I'm asking you a question. >> I'm asking you for your >> In other ways, he doesn't want to keep sitting here and starving for this man's ID. >> I don't understand why you be so combat because I don't like the fact of being interrogated when I've not committed broken any laws is what I'm saying. You're sitting. Is this Is that breaking the law is my question. >> You're telling me you're a school bus driver. Then tell me you're Show me your >> Is this private or public property? >> It's a public property. It's a public school. Okay. >> It's owned by taxpayers. So I don't like being interrogated if I'm not broken. If if you told me I'm breaking a law and I need Okay, I respect that. What laws have I broken? What crime have I committed? I'm getting out with a vehicle involving somebody that's sitting in a parking lot. >> Am I on drugs? >> Normally occup occupied on a Sunday afternoon. >> I understand that. >> But am I committing a crime by parking here is what I'm asking. >> It's my obligation to get out and see what's going on. >> Okay. And you at that point you at that point I am here. This is a traffic stop because I am observing what's going on in this parking lot. Right. So at this point you were detained which makes you need to provide identification. >> If they're not broken the law, I don't understand how you can detect. >> You keep telling me you're a bus driver. You're an Uber driver. You won't show me that you're >> I showed you I'm an Uber driver and I'm a bus driver. >> Show me something that's a bus driver. Then >> you asked for ID. >> I don't understand what your problem is. >> I don't like being integative. I'm not broken any laws. What laws? What crime I committed by being here on a public property? Just chill. >> It's not public. And it's a weekend >> public school. It's not a private school. So you think you can just walk into the school? >> I say you can walk. Yeah, you can walk into school in school session. You can't go to the office. >> You guys are office. That's it. >> Do you have the school? >> Because I'm an Uber driver. I just delivered a pizza from Pizza Hut up the road and I didn't want to drive. I don't like wasting a lot of miles. And I'm also a bus driver. So, I figured this would be a good place to stop and wait for a Uber driver. >> Yes, I am. >> Which one of these buses is yours? >> I told him. >> Well, you told me. You didn't tell him. >> Look, you're just a random car sitting in the parking lot. >> I don't understand. I mean, I'm just saying what crime is that to be a random car in a parking lot? >> That's suspicious. >> Okay. And he checked on me, right? I mean, >> I'm still investigating who you are. Anybody can tell us anything. We can't just believe what anybody says. Right. >> Understand. But if you don't have a law or crime being committed, how can you detain someone on what grounds is what I'm saying? >> For an investigation for suspicious person. >> Yeah. But what's suspicious activity? >> You're sitting in a closed parking lot >> at a school. >> You come across people doing drugs. >> That's what I'm saying. I mean, I'm I'm a coherent. >> Come across dead people in parking lots. >> I understand. I've been I let the window I have my windows down already. on them. I mean, I go ahead and do your investigation. Like, I got nothing to hide. I just I'm just the type. I don't know what I've done wrong. So, it's just like, "Hey, give me your license. Give me this. Give me that." I'm like, "Geez, I'm just sitting here trying to make extra few extra dollars." But >> I asked you nicely and we sat here and argued for five minutes. >> Like, why a license when I'm not committed a crime? >> Honestly, I could have pulled you out of the car the first time you told me no. On what basis? >> Because you're refusing to identify at that point. Now you now that you gave me the ID since my SH sergeant came up. >> No, I gave I was getting the ID out before you can call for somebody. I didn't just give it to you because he pulled off. >> Okay. You just got an excuse for everything, don't you? >> No, it's facts. You got >> you several times. What have I done? >> In today's world with all the things that go on at schools and and things and areas that it doesn't need to happen. You would think that especially you being a school driver or school bus driver. You would respect people trying to keep this spot >> in here looking at everything. But I mean I think you can tell I'm not high. I'm not on drugs. I'm not drinking. There's no alcohol. No weed smell. I have no windows down. Like I don't mind you coming in but then you want ID and proof that I'm a bus driver and all this. I'm like whatever. >> Well, you tell me you're a bus driver. So, I mean, if we we pull over a murder suspect, they tell us they didn't kill somebody, >> you got to have proof that they're a murder suspect. >> 15 for 1041 NC. That's a guy being a person. And without surprise, he mused his body camera. >> So you you drive full time for the schools? >> I did. I shut him. >> Okay. 4 years. >> Okay. See, this ain't school board property though. >> This is a whole skating. >> Doesn't really matter. >> I understand. >> Going to investigate. >> I understand that. If I was parked in Home Depot and somebody's parked away from the store, like I don't mind investigating, >> then it's not a closed business. >> This ain't in the middle of the night at Home Depot. Somebody's just chilling. Then somebody probably check >> and he did my windows down. He checked drivers, lift drivers all the time in the middle of the night in parking lot. >> Oh yeah. And they do >> look suspicious. Uber driver checks out. Get him out of here. That's all it is. >> I told him what it was. So y'all pull every license for every Uber and lift driver parked out in the parking lot. >> We pull every license for anybody we get on with. >> All right, I'm free to go. >> Appreciate it. Have a good one. >> That officer was feing for that ID so bad he started starving because from the beginning when this officer wanted to ask for his ID and he was telling his officer like what crime did I commit? You could hear that this officer was getting upset. >> What laws have I broken? What crime have I committed? >> I'm getting out with a vehicle involving somebody that's sitting in a parking lot. >> Am I not drugs? Normally occup occupied on a Sunday afternoon. >> In other words, it's my obligation to get your ID. And then this officer really thinks just because of Sergeant Kane, this guy gave up his ID. In reality, you told him that he would get arrested. >> Pulled you out of the car the first time you told me no. >> On what basis? >> Because you're refusing to identify at that point. Now you now that you gave me the ID since my SH sergeant came up. >> No, I gave I was getting the ID out before you can call for somebody. >> Okay, you just got an excuse for everything, don't you? >> I'm telling you that officer was really salty. He couldn't get that ID at first. And not to mention, he really expressed how he felt about this guy. Then he had to turn off his body camera. >> That's a guy being a prick. >> When you know you're right, I guess this officer is going to assume that you're just being a prick. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How do you feel about this coveted police officer? We're pulling up on this guy all because of he was just parked in a parking lot. And when he was trying to tell this officer, he's literally not committing no crimes. He's sitting here minding his own business. You having this officer start getting very upset that he couldn't get his ID because like I said, he must have been starving. And not even to mention, when he gave his ID, this officer wants to throw in a comment talking about, "Oh, now that my supervisor is here, now you want to give it?" He's like, "No, I just give it to you cuz you said you going to take me to jail." And then on top of that, this officer wants to call him a prick and then mute his body camera. And that's what I'm always saying, man. like they love muting their body camera whenever they're talking how they really feel about people. And I really do wish there was a feature that they couldn't mute their body cameras at all because it's getting very very common. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [music] [music]
