That is a sidewalk, correct? >> He wants us to walk on the sidewalk. We're walking on the sidewalk. It's all muddy and broken up. And back over there, there's a thing blocking the sidewalk. Over here, it's all muddy and broken up. Come on, John. >> You're not free to go. This is a traffic stop now. >> Yes. Yes. >> I'm on the sidewalk. So, I did what >> I Well, you asked me. I did what you told me to do. I walked over to the sidewalk and he was coming, too. But you started being rude to both of us. >> Blocked down there and all broken up in muddy. There's no sidewalk past this point. You can record me when you hear gunshots. How does that make sense? >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And today's video is from the Lake County Sheriff's Office over there in Indiana where you had these Lake County Sheriff deputies on that ID hunt. They saw these people walk on the road. They said, "Hey, you can't walk a room. You got to walk on the sidewalk." Even though they was telling these sheriff officers that literally the sidewalk was all muddy and they weren't trying to get dirty. But obviously, these officers weren't hearing that because they were feigning and hungry for that ID. And it just goes to show, man, when officers ain't got nothing better to do. They just go on ID hunt and just harass people who just minding their own business. I'm going to watch it, give my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> That is a sidewalk, correct? >> He wants us to walk on the sidewalk. We're walking on the sidewalk. It's all muddy and broken up. Are you serious? >> There's literally no mud on the sidewalk. >> And back over there, there's a thing blocking the sidewalk. Over here, it's all muddy and broken up. >> Come on, Jeff. >> Come on, Jeff. >> You're not free to go. This is a traffic stop now. >> Oh, >> yes. You have committed a violation. I've experienced a violation. >> Okay, I'm going to ask you one more time. I've asked >> I don't have my stuff on me. Come on. I was committed to crime. >> Yes. >> Yes. >> You have committed a citable offense. I have just told you that. Yes. >> That is not a >> Yes, it is. It is a >> Come on. I have a longboard and I can >> 100%. >> If I was riding it, then >> explain to both of you now. >> Wow. Walking on the side of the street. >> No, not on the side of the street. Right in the middle of the road. >> I'm right in the middle of the road. It's all on camera. I have I have cameras. >> This is the road. >> Yes or no? Road. >> We're walking on the edge of the road because this sidewalk down there is all broken up and muddy >> and the sidewalk down there is all broken and muddy and it ends up there. >> Give me your name. My name is US. >> That has nothing to do with anything that I'm >> sat there harassing. >> Here's your >> I really don't have my ID on me. >> Okay. What's your name? >> Lori, >> what's your middle initial? This the reason why I got a damn guy. That's my name. >> I have to be able to identify you. I need your full name and I need your date of birth because you do not have your name. >> The reason why I got a goddamn [ __ ] >> Okay. Do you have a middle initial? >> I'm I don't have to give you that. >> You do. I need to be able to verify you. That is the information that would be. You guys are still not free to go. Just hang tight. >> Because I'm walking. Come on, man. >> Okay, fine. >> This is ridiculous you guys tickets. I would have let you guys off with the warning, but you guys wanted to argue and play street lawyer and you're both wrong. For what? >> For what? I'm on the sidewalk. So, I did what >> I Well, you asked me. I did what you told me to do. I walked over to the sidewalk >> and he was coming, too. But you started being rude to both of us. The sidewalk is blocked down there and all broken up and muddy. There's no sidewalk past this point. >> The next thing they're going to say is because what I'm going to court for now in Nebraska and they don't want me. Or maybe they do. I say kiss my ass. >> I've tried to call over it. >> Kiss my ass. >> I'm not I'm not driving a car or nothing. Got on the sidewalk when you said get on the sidewalk. I'm on the sidewalk. You stopped him from coming over there. Here to the sidewalk. >> [ __ ] Cool. Give me a little [ __ ] >> We're just walking down the street and they're taking your three of you are stopping us. You got something better else to do? >> No. >> Thank you. Film this. >> I'm filming it. >> This is upsetting. >> Another lawsuit. We're going to win again. Thank you. >> Three goddamn [ __ ] officers for exactly two people walking down the street. Not doing your pocket and my pocket too. And her pocket. Thank you. What's your name, sir? Officer 69. >> No. No. Get it. >> Do you have a card? >> No, ma'am. I just told you. Officer 639. What's your What's your bank and what's your name? >> No, I don't want to see that. >> Do you have a card? >> No, I don't have a card. >> What's the issue here? So, we don't have to come across this again. You guys, >> we were just walking along. Walking beside >> walking in the middle of the road. You got to stay on the far right side of the road. All right. >> Otherwise, the subject can't walk in the road. for the same [ __ ] >> Gary, Indiana or not, you can't walk in the middle of the [ __ ] road. >> Do you guys understand that? >> Yeah, we're not walking in the middle of the road. >> That's why we're here. >> We moved over this whole Look at Look at down there. >> See all the mud and stuff? There's a blockage on the sidewalk. There's a There's a whole bunch of crap on the sidewalk. >> No, you didn't. You got record when you hear gunshots. How does that make sense? >> Y'all got three to four officers out here for them not walking the sidewalk but not handling gunshots. So, how does that make any sense? >> Where you guys have you have gunshot things. >> Y too scary to raise up. >> We don't have shot spiders here in Gary, Indiana. >> Oh, I I thought you did over there on Morning Side. >> I'm scared. Y'all scary. Y'all scary, man. >> What are you talking about, man? >> Look at me. I'm talking about >> Who's scared? >> Y'all >> do we look scared? >> You look scared, >> Jeff. >> What am I scared of? >> None of us are scared. >> Address the issue so you don't get [ __ ] This doesn't happen again. Okay. >> Okay. Would you guys like to calmly talk or do you want citations? >> We'll calmly talk. >> Okay. Walking in the middle of the road when there is a sidewalk available is illegal. I could write you tickets for that. >> Why? >> Once you have done so, it doesn't matter if you immediately scurry over to the sidewalk. I have already observed you not doing what you were supposed to. Correct. Just like speeding. If you're speeding in a car, you're doing 60 and a 40 and then you see me and you slam your brakes. Are you all of a sudden in the clear? No. You already did it. Correct. Okay. So, >> now you have already done it. I can ID you. >> So, next time, and I was incredibly patient with that. I could have just taken you both to jail. >> I asked you both multiple times. >> Fine. We're going to go to jail. >> You have a warrant out of Nebraska. >> Yes. I'm working on it. Thank you. Come on, Jeff. >> No warning, no ticket. Obviously, they were just hunting for IDs because in the beginning, you could hear in this officer's voice how bad he was feeling for this guy's ID. >> Yes. >> Yes. Committed a crime. You have committed a citable you guys off with the warning, but you guys wanted to argue and play street lawyer and you're both wrong. >> In reality, he didn't get feed his ID fast to them, so now he's mad. And then you have this officer talking about well, y'all don't want to call when y'all hear gunshots, but yeah, y'all got all these officers over here for somebody not walking on the sidewalk. Looks like y'all need to handle some other stuff. Then >> we moved over this whole Look at Look at down there. See all the mud and stuff? There's a blockage on the sidewalk. There's a there's a whole bunch of crap on the sidewalk. >> No, you didn't. Are you following me for recording? I am >> when you hear gunshots. How does that make sense? >> Y'all got all these officers for these people not walking on the sidewalk. How does that make any sense? And this officer did all of this just to end up doing some cosplaying and send them on their way. Like I said, they were obviously just trying to do some ID hunting. >> You have already done it. I can ID you. >> So next time, and I was incredibly patient with that. I could have just taken you both to jail. >> Yes, I'm working on it. Thank you. >> Just another example of officers harassing people over petty reason instead of handling real crime. That's my take on the throw. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about these Lake County Sheriff deputies for doing some good old ID hunting, harassing these people when all they was doing was just avoiding the sidewalk because it was all muddy. And obviously it's blocked off more further down. But these officers weren't trying to hear that. They were hungry for that ID. And you having this officer, he was really mad that he couldn't get that ID at first. He over here yelling and hollering like he was really hungry. Then you having the other officer talking about, "Oh, y'all never want to call us when gunshots go off and all this." But yeah, y'all got three to four officers over here over these people walking on the road, not walking on the sidewalk when they repeatedly telling y'all that they can't walk on the sidewalk and it's blocked off, but these officers aren't hearing it because when they hungry for that ID, they ain't trying to hear no reason at all. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. Hey. Hey. Hey. [Music]
