These officers going to think you got drugs on you. >> I have nothing on me, bro. >> Okay? What what is the issue with you today? >> I don't have an issue today, bro. >> So, are you having a bad day or something? >> No, the thing is you have right here, you violated my rights already by putting your hands in my pocket. That's what you did. >> Okay, sir. >> And that's what I'm pissed off about that because you shouldn't be going inside my pockets like that. >> Well, you should be listening. >> No, I What the What? >> Okay. >> All right. All right, bro. >> Sir, he asked you again to go over here. Why If you move again, I'm putting you in handcuffs. >> For what? >> I'm telling you right now, if you keep moving around, you're going to handcuffs cuz you're not listening. >> Hold up, bro. >> All right. >> Hold up. Hold up. >> no, no, no, no, no, hold up. Turn around real quick. Put your hands behind your back. All right. Put your hands behind you. >> Bro. Come on. I'm not resisting. >> Yes, you are. Obstruction? >> Got you. >> Sir, spread your legs. >> You know you're violating me, bro. >> Okay. >> You're violating me, bro. Why you searching my pockets? Obstruction? The [ __ ] out of here, bro. I didn't do nothing to obstruct. Y'all violating me right now, yo. This is a lawsuit. >> What? Nothing. He just doesn't want to listen, so I said if you move again, that's it. And that was when I brought him to the ground cuz he he doesn't want to listen. He's a lawyer. Knows everything. Does she have a license, bro? Sir, the badge numbers will be on the complaint. When you get to the jail, you can get them. No, no, we're good. We're good. Thanks. All right, well, whatever. >> Cuz you can run both of their papers. >> Ma'am, you said you don't have a driver's license? >> No. >> Do you have uh anyone that you know that could drive this car? >> Yes, ma'am. My husband can pick it up. >> All right. Is this your boyfriend? Oh, is he having a bad day or something? Like, what's his >> I have no idea why >> Okay. >> Dude, I stopped him and he's like he's like moving like up and down like he's like stuff or something. And then as soon as he gets to the car, he starts getting difficult. And then as soon as he >> going like patting him down, he got all weird and he was like trying to turn around. >> I'm like I I gave him so many opportunities. I'm like She said uh the only thing that she could do is call the mom, but >> This is obviously looking hard for a whole bunch of nothing. >> You want to uh Let's say you I mean we're already this Let me just stand by and >> Anyone in the area that you guys know? Where's the mom right now? She's at >> Um Listen, man. You're not in trouble or anything, okay? You didn't do anything wrong. As far as you know, is there anything illegal in this car or is he just being >> No, he wanted to see >> Well, it's not your vehicle, right? >> my vehicle. >> Yeah, so >> This is his mom's vehicle. >> It's his mom's? Okay. Okay. Yo, what if if if his mom comes to the scene and it's her car and she gives consent to search it. >> No, he can't search it. >> Cuz she's she keeps saying you guys can search the car, but I'm like it's not your car, so you can't really give consent. >> Um I don't know. At this point, let's just see if his mom comes out or >> I I don't understand what the issue is. So >> Well, he didn't want to ID the first time. He's like He's like, "I'm not giving you [ __ ] It's not a lawful stop." He's like, "I'm not with the stop and store like He was like, "No, no, no. It's It's legal. It's legal." He's like, "I'm not He's like, "I promise you, I'm not giving you shit." I'm like, I don't think he would have had time. >> No, I thought he was talking on the phone and I was for a second cuz I hear him talking. He's checking Wikipedia to make sure this is lawful. >> An officer wants to make them slick comments like that. It's just easy to tell that his feelings got hurt. >> I gave him so many opportunities and then I'm I'm finally like, "Dude, I'm so tired of you turning around." I'm like, "Yep." Yeah, I mean, regardless, it's going to >> He he resisted, so he's gone. >> It's going to It's He's going to put it on a summons, so >> he's Well, he's resisting, so they might do it like 303. >> Yeah, yeah. I'm just saying if they don't though, we we could summons it, hand it to him at the hospital, and be got done. Are they taking him? I don't agree with what they said. Do you want me to take him to the hospital? >> And of course, this officer said he doesn't like the fact that they got take this guy to the hospital after slamming him on the ground, and then he wants to use his body camera. >> Um okay, so I made a motor vehicle stop on this car that did an improper uh turn. Um when I came up, this dude was like, "So, first of all, why did you stop me?" And he was like moving down the lock seat um like like jumping up and I'm like, "What's going on?" So, I come to the driver's side, ask for his ID. He doesn't want to give me his ID at all. I explained it to him multiple times. He doesn't want to listen. He's sweating at this point, breathing shallow. I'm like, "Dude, you know, this is the reason we stopped, yada yada yada." Finally, he gives me his ID. I was with these guys that got him pulled out of the car. Um we're talking to him, we tied him down. As soon as we have him down, he kind of like does a turn around like, "You're not allowed to touch me." Um so, we're like, "Yo, you got to relax." We talk to him, we go to put him in handcuffs. And he starts pulling away. He starts pulling away, he's not listening to that. We end up fighting with him. So, he's under arrest for resisting and possession of He's saying there's nothing illegal inside the car. I asked her, I said, "Well, why is he jumping around like moving up and stuff?" She's saying something. She's just like, "I don't know." I said, "Okay, let's see if there's anything illegal inside the car." And he doesn't own it, so you don't own it. You guys go to talk. He's like, "Listen, this is his car." I don't know what he's saying. So, I don't know. >> She's still in the car? >> She's still in the car. I mean, if you can also check her cuz I don't know if he like gave her something and she was being difficult. He didn't want me to talk to her at all, did he? So. >> Okay. >> Ma'am, listen, you have nothing on your person, right? >> Huh? >> You have nothing on you? >> No, just a box of cigarettes, that's it. >> Nothing in your pockets, nothing like that? Okay, okay. >> Is that a car or a >> It's like a white Nissan Altima. >> Any sign? >> Once I see a officer pop the hood of a car, I already know they ain't finding nothing. >> Uh What? >> I just think we got to check the good inside and make sure he didn't stuff anything in there. >> Do you mean let her call her mom to come pick him up? >> Yeah, yeah, we'll park the car on the side of the road. Yeah, just pull it in here. >> Yeah. >> That's cuz his mother cuz they would not disrespect his mother's stuff. That's the reason. Got it. >> Yeah, she swears that he doesn't do drugs. And I'm like >> Dude, I >> I mean he's on Did he take something? Cuz he's acting ridiculous. >> He could have. >> I asked her and she said no. I'm like >> He was like Wait, this way for any reason. But like as soon as I walked to the car you sweat. So. >> Again, that's not her normal behavior. >> Exactly. >> That's right. We'll be on Facebook tomorrow for the >> And all because this guy was standing up for his rights, because this officer wants to dig into his pocket, he ends up getting arrested and gets charged for obstruction. It just goes to show how petty these officers really will get. Because in the beginning, as soon as this officer wants to dig his hands in his pocket, this guy was letting this officer know like you ain't got no right to do that. >> now. >> Okay, what's the issue? >> My issue is you violated my rights. YOU WENT INTO MY POCKET. >> OKAY, SO >> YOU MADE a search. You made an illegal search. >> Okay. No, no, you're a lawyer. Good. >> I'm a lawyer. >> And when the officer makes those type of comments and say oh I guess you're a lawyer, it just proves that they know what they're doing is wrong. And when he tells this officer like you shouldn't have been going in my pockets, you having this officer say well you should have listened. >> So ready by putting your hands in my pocket. That's what you did. >> Okay, sir. >> And that's what I'm pissed off about that because you shouldn't be going inside my pockets like that. >> Well, you should be listening. >> No, I >> And I guess since this guy was standing up for his rights, you having these officers just swear up and down that must have something on him. >> And then as soon as he gets to the car he starts getting difficult. And then as soon as you started going like pat him down, he got all weird and he was like trying to turn around. >> I know. I'm like I I gave him so many opportunities. I'm like he's checking Wikipedia >> to make sure this is lawful. >> It's like they get a kick out of violating people's rights. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about these green book police officers for pulling this guy over. Mind you, they didn't even give him a ticket for whatever they said that they pulled him over for. But yeah, whenever he was standing up for his rights, you having these officers say oh yeah, you know, he's obstruction. We got to put him in jail. And then on top of that, they swear up and down that he must have some drugs on him. They're over here searching his car. And like I said, once an officer pops that hood and they start looking in there, I already know they ain't going to find nothing. They just getting desperate at that point. And then on top of that, you having the other officer just start making all these silly comments saying, "Oh, he's checking Wikipedia to make sure this is lawful. He must be a lawyer." Because at the end of the day, these officers really just be working out of their own emotions because this guy really wasn't doing anything wrong but just stand up for his rights and let this officer know he had no right to dig into his pockets. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
