actually made a good connection it's just the uh the door slammed he took off before the the electricity could make it there in emerson dispatch then advised that jason had an active there it is all right matthew has a felony 99 for armed robbery out of racine county sheriff it was entered on 9 7 of 2021. so i don't i don't like how the dispatcher just read that out right there he does have a 99 i know when i worked you know you call somebody in and then dispatch go 1099 and then you would step away because you don't ever want to talk about what warrants or what someone has in front of them because they could take off fight you whatever i know he's in handcuffs but it's usually normal procedure to be like dispatch to ask you first hey 10.99 that's not necessary in this situation but it's weird she just straight up read his warrant now officers searched the area where he fled and discovered a firearm beside a pair of boots that had fallen off jason while he was running whenever someone's free by the car then oof got that mick glock on him until we photograph it i'm not going to be able to do more what a silly guy small ruger 32 he caught another five or six mick felonies the initial driver was only issued citations the third passenger claimed she knew nothing about the firearm or marijuana and was later released jason was charged with felony counts of fleeing eluding an officer second degree recklessly endangering safety and bail jumping times six oh my god he's bell jumped six times dude you're 18. stop misdemeanor counts of hit and run possession of thc resisting and carrying a concealed weapon dude ultimately jason pled guilty to fleeing eluding an officer hit and run carrying a concealed weapon and one count of bail jumping he was sentenced to three and a half years in the racine county jail in regards to his armed robbery case in 2020 he will serve an additional four years of prison followed by four years of extended supervision there goes his 20s
