You will see in this video this guy got followed by this off-duty Deputy all the way to his house. He told the person that he was with to go grab his firearm because he didn't know what was going to happen. You have it somebody following you all the way to your house, who won't feel a certain type of way. And you will see what this guy calls 911 and tells the operator what was going on. And then you have in this Sheriff Deputy say, "I'm a Sheriff Deputy." He over here showing his badge. And it just goes to show that some of these officers really get too comfortable and they really think they could just do whatever they want. I'mma watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Montgomery what's your emergency? >> Uh 950 Cherry Drive. There's a guy who followed me from Clarksburg. I mean he's from the Sheriff's Department in an unmarked truck. And I pulled into my driveway and I had my spouse bring out my gun. And he's saying that he's a police officer. In an unmarked truck. >> Okay, what's the address? >> 950 Cherry Drive. >> He's got that damn unmarked match. >> Yeah, he's he's flashing some kind of ID. >> Here it is. You want me to >> Okay, what did he say his name was? >> Uh oh, he's got a gun. He didn't say his name. He says he says he's Sheriff's Department and he's flashing some kind of ID. >> I have someone on the way. It's okay. Put it down. You know me. I'm from Clarksburg. >> I don't know you. >> there. >> It's me, my spouse and my dog. >> Yes, you do. I know your little brother. I know his office. It's all right. I was going to talk to you about how you were driving. I wasn't I'll sit here and >> You Oh, he's he said he said something about me driving. And he's got his gun out behind me. >> He's got his gun? >> Yeah. And I've got mine out. >> stated who he was? >> No, he said he just says that I know him but I don't. >> I have a badge. Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. Right here. >> He's flashing some kind of white ID. He's saying he's from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department. But it's an unmarked vehicle. No lights, nothing. >> You have expired tags. You have no proof of insurance from your plate. And you're driving I was going to stop and talk to you about it. Just say like that. And you come out with a firearm. >> You mysteriously follow somebody home and with everything happening in this world, you're surprised that this is their reaction? >> You have expired tags. You have no proof of insurance from your plate. And you're driving like a DA. I was going to stop and talk to you about it. Just say stop driving like that. And you come out with a firearm. >> He said something about uh my driving and that he was going to talk to me about it. that he was going to help me drive and get insurance but I got active insurance. >> Pull over for me. >> Get out of the car. >> Is he still there? >> Yeah, he's still here. It's a newer model black Silverado. He's still on my private drive. He's He's kind of blocking the same actually. >> Okay, just keep yourself safe. Uh Uh I'm not sure but I do have other units heading there to you as well. Is there anybody else there now? What's your name? >> Aaron. >> Aaron? >> Yes. >> What's your last name? >> L A D A Z. >> Okay, and you said you have a gun you have it on you? >> Yeah, it's on me next to side cuz I don't know how to protect myself if someone in an unmarked vehicle follows me and tries to follow me all the way into my driveway and blocks me. There's a There's a sheriff that pulled me >> I don't have a gun and the police is here, too. >> Okay. >> Hey. What's going on? Is this a traffic stop? What is it? You got to hold on. You got a search warrant? What's going on? No, you got to let me know what's going on here. Ain't nobody in an unmarked car follows me, tailgates me, blocks the driveway all the way Riding my ass. No one's going to do that. Who's the Who's the cop? Like No, what's going on here? Let me know what's going on here. Is this What is this a traffic stop? You should put the gun You come over here. You got one, too. And this ain't no traffic stop. This ain't no search warrant. This ain't no seizure. You got to let me know what's going on here. I ain't even stepping off my property. You got You got a search warrant? You got a search warrant? You got a search warrant? And is this a traffic stop? Am I being detained? All right. I'm free to go, then. >> Okay. Is there another officer there as well? >> Yeah, they're Yeah, they're there. >> Okay. >> They're going to pull off. >> Okay. Are they leaving? Are you going to >> I'm going inside cuz I asked them if this was a traffic stop or a search warrant for the property or a seizure, and and I asked him if I was detained. He said no. So, they're pulling off. >> Okay. Okay. Is this a good phone number for you just in case? >> Absolutely, yeah. >> Okay. Um if anything else happens, just give us a call back, okay? >> Okay. Well, yeah, the the vehicle in the like the black truck that followed me, they tailgated me all the way from Sharpsburg here, flashing their lights and turning on their red lights to turn signal. And I could see him like waving something, but I thought he was just singing and dancing until I turned into my cul-de-sac. And then that's when I was like, "Oh, so this is something else other than that." But he stated he was Montgomery County Police Department, but wasn't an unmarked vehicle. >> Okay. I mean, sometimes if they they are in their vehicles as well that's unmarked. >> This This was a personal vehicle. It had a blue Kentucky state plate. >> Okay. Um, I mean, I'm not sure there was an another officer there if you wanted to speak with him you could have as well. Um, if you want to file any complaints or file any further, you can speak with the sheriff's office tomorrow 8:30 to 4:00. >> Okay, yeah. Is there a way you could tell me what officer was dispatched here or who the person was that was claiming to be police department? >> Uh, the officer that was dispatched there was one of the police department's and it's officer Rudd. >> Okay, do you know who the other person was stating that he was a police police officer and >> I can't confirm or deny cuz I don't I don't know. >> Okay, yeah. He was in like a regular outfit, shorts and a t-shirt. And then he said he was police and pretty much told me to I don't know. It was It was weird. He was like pretending to stop me but not stop me cuz he didn't have a marked vehicle and it was all personal, no lights, sirens, nothing. >> Okay, yeah. I can't confirm or deny if he was or not. >> Okay. >> Mhm. >> And would I just come in for that? >> Um, you can Yeah, you can go into the sheriff's office and speak to him about it tomorrow. >> Okay. All right, thank you. >> Uh-huh. Uh >> Go ahead, I'm still here. Oh. >> The only update that I have on this, this guy did go to the sheriff's office and file the complaint, hasn't heard anything back. They have not hit him back up to let him know what was going on or anything. It's like they just trying to pretend like nothing ever happened. Because like I said earlier, man, somebody got to be getting a little too comfortable thinking they could just do whatever they want. Because you have an this off-duty officer follow this guy all the way to his house. Then wants to act surprised that he's getting ready to defend himself. >> Yeah, he's he's flashing some kind of ID at me. >> Here it is. You want to >> Okay, what did he say his name was? >> Uh, oh, he's got a gun. He didn't say his name. He says he says he's sheriff's department and he's flashing some kind of ID at me. >> I have someone on the way. It's okay. >> He wants to flash his badge like it's a get out of jail free card saying, "Hey, man, I could do whatever I want. If I want to follow you all the way to your house, best believe I'm going to do that." And then you have him saying, "I just want to talk to you." One thing about officers, man, they get very upset when you don't want to hear them out. >> You have expired tags. >> Yep. >> No proof of insurance on your plate. And you're driving like a DA. I was going to stop and talk to you about it and just say stop driving like that. And you come out with a firearm. >> A lot of people don't want to talk to somebody that just followed them all the way to their house. And even when the backup sheriff came, you having them both telling this guy to put the gun away. Like they're over here being scared. Your off-duty officer was the one that wanted to follow this guy. >> You got one, too. And this ain't no traffic stop. This ain't no search warrant. This ain't no seizure. You got to let me know what's going on here. Am I being detained? All right, I'm free to go then. >> Wasn't even being detained, but you having this off-duty officer trying to detain him. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. How do you feel about this off-duty Montgomery County Sheriff Deputy for following this guy all the way to his house? You having this officer follow him very closely. This guy obviously felt like something was about to go wrong. And then you having this officer act surprised that he has his weapon out because no one's not going to feel comfortable, especially having somebody follow them all the way to their house and then proceeds to block them in. You don't know what's going to happen. And then you having this off-duty officer just flashing his badge saying, "Hey man, look, I can do whatever I want. I'm a police officer." Like, no, bro, you can't just do whatever you want. And then wants to get upset when they get this type of reaction. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe. Y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
