this
is alfred
on february 28 2021 officers were on
routine patrol when they observed alfred
in a parking lot pushing a vehicle
the officers recognized alfred from
previous encounters
and remembered that he's been known to
be driving vehicles that don't
necessarily belong to him
check out some stuff real fast okay
i know
just alfred has a track record of not
being in cars that belong to him right
the officers engaged alfred in a casual
conversation and it ran him for warrants
they were subsequently notified that he
has a felony warrant for his arrest
the officers placed alfred under arrest
and during a search incident to arrest
located several baggies of illegal
narcotics on his person
alfred was charged with aggravated
possession of drugs and later pled
guilty to those charges
alfred was sentenced to three years of
community control or probation
he was also ordered to complete a
cognitive behavioral assessment
and was ordered to attend any treatment
that was recommended
how about
two uh
things with water uh-huh remove the
water out of it yeah yeah seafoam or
whatever yeah
and it won't start it starts
but
when it sets for long yeah
it
like chokes up or overloads or whatever
and spits out oh so what are you trying
to do now just starting oh just get it
started yeah gotcha

[Music]
[Music]
well we can't really accurately weigh
that but
does the vial have a weight on arsenic
i'm gonna take a gamble and say it's not
arsenic
no the vial does not have a weight
let's just put a little it's heavy
that's probably like three and a half
maybe what did it say on it
9.6
grams
a little opaque
[Music]
powder
two grams yeah i'd say this is the same
stuff
but there's like
1.1 grams
and then that is
heroin
3.8
i'm going to say this it's probably coat
for
some random pill or is it
press doesn't say
[Music]
there's something in these tabs too and
i don't know what that is
