officer Oliver I believe she basically planted evidence on this dude F got him falsely arrested and she was she just had a deposition um uh I think like a a couple weeks ago um basically admitting that she wrongfully arrested his dude so I'm going watch it get my reaction uh let me know what y'all think about in the comment section and let's get into the video Alvin Riley he's being stopped by the Tallahassee Police Department on southon road hello sir I'm officer Oliver tallas Police Department plant evidence of an empty liquor bottle in Riley's car before arresting him for an alleged DUI Riley's license is suspended and officers decide to arrest Riley on a first defense for his suspended license you be willing to do some voluntary field sobriety exercises not really okay here go ahead and step out of the vehicle for us they didn't tell him the consequences of refusing that voluntary test just go ahead and face the corner of the car for us your license is after detaining Riley they asked him if he smoked any marijuana Mr R I got a quick question for you problem um so I smell marijuana on your vehicle did you recently once he's arrested for driving with a suspended license they can search his car officer Oliver leaves the car does a 360 and then goes back in the car retrieving a sealed liquor bottle and pours it out that was the sound of the seal on the liquor bottle breaking here's another angle while officer MTH questions Riley about marijuana again somebody else a smoke in your car earlier Oliver tosses The Empty Bottle Into the passenger seat they don't find any marijuana in the car here's officer Oliver implying to officer M that The Empty Bottle was likely what was in a cup in Riley center console like the knee would sit there's an opening and he had it like uh tucked okay and then the the whatever had in his cup also and basically since that they couldn't get him from no marijuana cuz they clearly couldn't find anything or I don't even think she even smelled it honestly I think they were just lying since they couldn't find it they she went got the lier bottle untwisted it you could hear it untwisted and then poured it out say oh yeah let's just charge him with this like you see how wrong this this is and y'all going to see in her deposition she going to look like she did nothing wrong and it just makes you even more mad then officer M tells a senior officer that they found open alcohol in the car in both a bottle and a cup did the car yeah okay nothing in there no well okay so he had a bunch of alcohol stash in there but nothing open yeah open oh okay yeah yeah in his like turis in the center console he had a mix to drink and then under his he had um a like little bottle of vodka tucked away when officers group to discuss the case they all ask each other if their body cameras are off still alive any evidence of that marijuana yeah and this is what um Riley got arrested for for the bottle and possible DUI and all that and this is It's just sad bro because she clearly untwisted it poured it out and then just arrested him for it and later in the like earlier like later in the video that's when she asked is your body cam on like right here she's like is your body cam on and this is her deposition you go y'all going to clearly see like even in her eyes she felt like she did nothing wrong and it's really sad cuz this is a whole officer but let's watch knees is that right yeah behind the knees area uh and the bottle you found in that pouch was the 20 grand vodka correct correct and it was a smaller bottle correct but bigger than like the ones you on planes yes mm uh in the bottle was a Twist toop correct when you found the bottle you took it out of the pouch correct and then you put the bottle on the seat yes and you continue then to search the car correct mhm as far as that search you open containers you found in the car correct correct mhm during that search you didn't find any marijuana no you didn't find any joints no you didn't find any paraphernalia no you didn't find any evidence of marijuana besides the smell correct before finishing the search you went back to that 20 G bottle that you left on the driver's seat correct and you picked up that bottle yes you open that bottle correct that bottle was sealed before you opened it yes and so you twisted the top of the bottle yes and you broke the seal correct and you after you opened it you dumped out the contents correct you dumped it onto the road correct then you put the top back on the bottle yes then you put the bottle back into the car yes you threw it on the passenger side yes earlier you said that was just standard protocol correct so you usually unseal alcohol bottles and dump them out typically I don't unseal them but as I was twisting I realized it was unopened and that was my fault and right here she said as I was as I was doing that when when I realized it so you realized it when you opened it and you still charged them with it you see what I'm talking about she don't even feel like she did anything wrong bro like she she she has no care that she just put this whole dude in jail for no reason at all and it'd be offices like this that be pissing me off the actro really the most bro because this didn't have to happen you could have just left this dude alone what about your day but you want to be such a m you know the the super officer that gets all the criminals and you wrongfully arrested and they want to say oh I realized when I was doing and you still arrested him and then y'all going to see after like she basically uh got caught in her lies she just going to say I don't know I don't know and I'm not going to play the entire whole hour thing y'all can watch I'll leave description it for y'all but that's basically the entire deposition her just saying I don't know I don't know and has that always been your testimony no no but previously you said that you didn't unseal it correct I didn't believe I did but now you know that you did unseal it yes watching my body a camera now officer M was the other officer with you correct correct she also conducted the search of the vehicle I don't remember if she searched the vehicle I just remember myself searching the vehicle okay so you don't remember her searching on the passenger side while you search on the driver's side no I don't remember that he told officer that the botle was open I don't remember my exact um phrasing you can just show me prop or impeachment do you not remember I don't remember the exact placement you told officer that the ball was open I don't remember my exact um phrasing I don't remember what my thought process was behind the statement I don't remember the conversation so you don't remember discussing indicators and payment that you saw in Mr Riley I don't remember discussing that now the officer I don't remember discussing that now the officer hey man I know I know I I I me I'm not saying I feel her but hey I know what it be if you lying and you don't know how to keep up with your liesing you start getting a little too high you start saying I don't know what to do like this bro this is really sad and it really pisses me off and like I said this whole deposition this whole yeah deposition is um a whole hour long and this is basically her saying I don't know I don't know I don't know I don't know I don't know like that's all she said but um the person Riley who got arrested wrongfully arrested um this was his response being a police Al knowing certain things and things you should do and should not do and how would you feel find out you go home your wife not there or your husband not there and they've been detained on the same stuff I've been detained on how would you feel as a police officer or ex police officer or any law enforcement would you be outraged or would you go along with it because oh you've been an officer for you understand you're not in they're not in my shoes they doing the the the the things to put people in jail or some of the things I might say but then yet until you on the other side of that fence and you are the person getting accused of doing this and doing that how would you feel trying to take up for your rights or stand up for yourself and want people to know the truth knowing you know what I know and um would you want to work next to somebody that you know that's doing unjust things to folks out there in the community or the city and you wondering why people hate officers that never did nothing to them and they taking the heat for other bad officers work so how would you feel knowing you got a colleague that work within y'all pring constantly doing things y'all trying to undo would you still want to work by them people or would you want them people to go through some type of training again some type of therapy some type of you you have to check these people out thoroughly before you give them a suit a uniform because just like you check people out to hire them you need to check officers out thoroughly before you get them a suit I 100% agree with that dude bro like you have to really check a lot of these officers out before you put them in uniforms because you really do get officers who really be sick in the head who doesn't believe in morals anything that put innocent people behind bars but um the trial for that um fer Raley the dude that got wrongfully arrested actually starts on April 5th um and the jury is going to decide on what they're going to do as far as I really do hope this lady gets really charged if she does some time bro because this stuff has to stop at some point this really just has to stop cuz this a lot of this stuff does go unnotice man like this incident happened in 2023 and they're just now going to trial for it and she hasn't been a wrestler either you know what I'm saying like she she is still walk it free as we speak so I really do hope that this lady does get what she deserves and she does do some time because it's just wrong bro and the fact that she did it in 4k her body came on unsealing the bottle pouring it out to say oh yeah this is what we had on him and this just because they didn't find allegedly the weed that they smelled so they said let's just rest for this and just throw it under the rug like man it's sad bro it really is but uh let me know what y'all think about this whole situation um how do y'all feel about this officer's uh performance really shitty and I hope she does go to jail for this and I hope Riley does get Justice and
