it's a subset attempting the script at a
state authorized road safety check in
georgia
and it doesn't go too well for him
because the cop he's dealing with is a
veteran who in his 25 years of policing
has basically seen it all especially
sovereign citizens so he knows exactly
how to deal with him let's get into it
so this is required by federal law so
there's a levy for a hundred thousand
dollars for every five minutes that i'm
being held

here's what we need are you the sergeant

what's your big name and badger number
sergeant turner 305. what's your name
and badge number sir
state law requires you to show a
driver's license while operating a
vehicle in the state of georgia okay i'm
not willing listen to me okay are you
willing to show us that driver's license
at this time i'm not under state
corporate law well good because they are
not operating under state corporate law
either they're operating under georgia
state law which requires you to have a
driver's license to drive but also to
display your driver's license upon the
demand of a law enforcement officer okay
are you willing to show us the driver's
license at this time are you axing me

and i'll have an officer come over and
speak with you okay okay it'll be your

accident but does federal law require
that that's irrelevant federal law does
not trump state law when it comes to
driver's license requirements or state
law in general the 10th amendment gives
each state the right to regulate their
own roads however they see fit

irrelevant

i understand the federal law you're

heard them refer to a car as a household
gun in a while especially a washing
machine and a laptop

suspect just before he was fitted with a
nice pair of silver bracelets i think
that's where that one was going and why
he cut the video off so abruptly he says
there were no charges and his case was
closed and he would provide proof and
left his email in the comments so i
contacted him but i didn't receive a
reply
but it has been over three years if he
does reply i will share any info i get
redacted of course
