Legally by law, you don't have to. But you still have to have a crime that you can legally articulate that I was committing in order to detain me. In order, you understand that? And they're detaining me for no reason. No articulation of a crime. >> We do >> What Which one? Which one is that? Exactly. Yeah, you didn't know that. Yeah, you didn't know that. Yeah, it doesn't matter. I I would love to see what crime I'm committing. And you I'm arrested, so what are you What are you Yeah, what is it? >> We don't have to tell you. You told You said that. >> I didn't say that. I told you you can't arrest somebody and search somebody. >> No, you can't. Yeah, you did. You did. He patted me down and he took my wallet. >> Yes, it's not a Terry search, I can tell you that. It's not a Terry stop. No, it's not Terry. Yeah, but even if it was, you still have to have reasonably articulate a crime. >> Not to you. >> I'm losing brain cells. God damn. >> Dude. >> You guys got body cams, right? Good, I'm glad you guys got body cams. You guys are getting sued. I'm being serious. I can I can take your body cam in a request. Believe that. Okay. Hello there. Many times we're not stupid. You understand. Stop talking now. Yeah, well it's not It doesn't matter. Can you get me that, please? I can't get it. Stand up. Stand up. Okay. Stand up. I'm trying to stand up. Come over here. I don't have the keys. $100,000 a year. Yeah, I do. I do it exactly how you how much you make. Spread your feet. Spread your feet. You're going to get the officer. That's great. Great for the lawsuit. It's like officers just get a kick out of doing stuff like this. All right. That's great. Great for the lawsuit. I have nothing on me. I have an empty weapon that I found on the side of the road, but it doesn't even matter because Okay. Somebody told me that they stole my dad's gun. It doesn't matter anyway. You had no probable cause to detain me, so that's all that matters. What What's your probable cause anyway? Told you this five times already. That That I'm Yeah, the judge The judge ain't going to care about what the what they're going to The judge ain't going to care. I'm trying to You're going to sue us. I'm already going to sue you. Cuz you had no probable cause. This would have been gone in 2 seconds. Their car was broken down and I was just going to write their names down. Would have been See you. And now one of us is getting arrested for a gun. >> bunch of booze >> All right. That explains him. Wow. >> We checked the trunk. There's nothing back there except marijuana stuff. >> I'm just worried he's going to lose his house. I hope you don't find anything. >> Okay. He'll get He'll be able to give you a phone call once he figures out he's going to see a judge. Once he sees a judge he'll set bail and then he'll be able to give you a He'll get a phone call. He'll be able to call you if he chooses to call you. And then at that point, you know, if you guys are able to make bail, then you can walk down and pick him up. But right now to walk all the way down there is just going to be counterproductive. >> And this is He knows his mom's number. >> I mean, I'd hope so. >> I I I don't have her purse. I need a picture of the bail bondsman or not. Should I wait until he gets booked or not? He sees the judge, do I go down to the bail bonds or can I go alone? >> Yeah, no. You'll have to wait till he calls you because you're you're going to have no idea what he needs, you know. They They have a whole list of all the bail Down down at central processing they have a whole list of all the bail bondsmen down there. So, like he can even call them while he's down there. Um and then he can call you, give you give you their information. Um their phone numbers and whatnot. And then >> down? Can I Can I just grab that list? >> No. There's no You can't go to You can't go to central processing. You'll That's why I'm saying, if you go if you go down you're literally just going to sit outside and have no idea what's going on. Whereas you can just >> I'll figure it out. I appreciate it. I appreciate it. I never dealt with >> All right. >> Apparently her license apparently has criminal history. I just Oh, well. So, it was more at least that charge. At least apparently it was. He had an empty bottle in there. Supposedly he had a trust fund through his grandpa or something. Some family member or something. Yeah. Whatever. All right, we'll take him down. Yeah. Yep. What's up? No. No. This is going to be a Oh, sorry for the inconvenience. Someone just thought this looked weird. Can I get your names that way in case it was we would have your names and then you can get out of here. Okay. And then of course he had to run his [ __ ] mouth like this. You know what I mean? And this guy is law degree from TikTok and YouTube and so on. Hey, what is Even if you're just working on your car, if you don't give officers your ID, they're going to do everything they can to put you in jail just for that. Because from the beginning when they was asking for his ID and when he said no, you have this officer saying, "Well, you know, you're breaking a city ordinance." Right now you're just going to talk to me. You're going to give me your name and we're going to go from there. And and and currently you're under an ordinance violation for working on your vehicle on a city street. Yes, there is. And that's what I mean, man. Officers will pull anything they have they can to get your ID. And then you have this other officer say, "If you would have just been nice, none of this would have happened." I don't need to be a nice. I don't need to be nice. It don't matter. You guys can meet me in court. When you don't bow down to law enforcement, they think you're the one that's being stupid. And it's crazy how these officers got a call about somebody being tied up and they knew that this guy was not the person that they got a call about. We already know the first person they see they just got to get that ID. What's up? No one tied up? No. No. This is going to be a Oh, sorry for the inconvenience. Someone just thought this looked weird. Can I get your names that way in case it was This isn't who we got a call about, but screw it. Let's just try to get his ID instead. But But my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. How do you feel about these reading police officers for rolling up on this guy? First saying that they got a call about somebody being tied up. They pull up on the guy that's working on his car. Two completely different situations, but you already know, man. The first person these officers see, they're going to try to get that ID. And when he said he wasn't going to give his ID, that's when this officer saying, "Oh, you know, you're breaking a city ordinance. You know, if you would have just been nice, none of this would have happened." And it just goes to show when you don't bow down to these officers or just hand over your ID when they're feeling for it, they will try everything they can to get your ID or just to take you to jail for anything. This is just another example of that. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. >> Make sure to like and subscribe. >> Y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
