today's video is the beay Vista um police chief basically what happened um if y'all not like familiar basically a hurricane came through Texas and tore up a lot of stuff and people had no life Powers all that sorts of stuff so basically these people were throwing like a little cookout for the community and I believe this is like the community pool or something or some community community building um basically they can like you know um ran out for like a day or whatever and so this police chief came and they basically get to a heated conversation and he's basically mad that they're doing this a [ __ ] cuz he was just mad for no reason but this is what the uh news had to say about itan it was supposed to be a community barbecue after Barrel that brought people together but it ended in a fiery confrontation between the local police chief and an Alderman and it was all caught on video the small town of bayu Vista now dealing with some big drama after residents say hey they just wanted to help others recovering from it all ABC 13's May reports the chief is standing by his actions you know what as a marine you should have been better prepared jump in my see what happens as a marine in Bayou Vista with police chief Jimmy gang and Resident Ray Stone going Toe to Toe chief of police come and got into a citizen's face with a gun belt on okay I didn't react to him I think the chief and I think a lot of people in the city feel the chief should be removed I will not back down I stand by what I said my boss gave me a directive and I went over there and ask him why they were there you see how calm he talking to this reporter bro you see how calm he talking why couldn't he talk that comment like you know what I'm saying over there and ask them why they were there this all began when Paul sukol along with his wife decided to buy the meat and host the barbecue on Sunday initially in the city hall parking lot then moving over to the community center which didn't go over well with city leaders instead of trying to ask us hey what kind of help do you need what can we do to make you be successful they came out this and say absolutely not we asked for a reason and the reason was the mayor said because I said so this needs to be shut down now rent this okay like a party that is up to the mayor and right now we're under emergency disaster declaration so no the mayor who was at City Hall today didn't want to talk to us leaving the chief to defend the city bro that's the man I ain't trying to I'm not trying to be disrespectful or anything bro but she she definitely gives that description she definitely a party pooper to us leaving the chief to defend the city and his actions do you think you lost your temper or you think that's okay I was not happy yes do I say it's okay probably not and the community center where all of this took place is right behind me we're not sure if and when another community barbecue will take place and if it does it'll happen here or somewhere else here in bayu Vista in the meantime residents here tell me they got another problem they're working on right now is that their trash hasn't been picked up in a couple of weeks so a lot going on in this small town of fewer than 2,000 people and that's the end of that uh interaction basically the full story that in my take on that you know I get it you know after the hurricane you know people are definitely on edge people are not happy people are very upset which I get that you know it's a very nerve-wracking time for a lot of people but it gives a right for this officer to act like that because bro the way he was talking about calling that reporter he could have talked like that to these people and he got very mad with that Marine was like as a Marie you should have been better prepared and I think that just really made him mad because he basically just called called him out and then when they show the mayor I'm sorry bro the mayor definitely looks like a carer she definitely looks like a party poop that that's just me that's how I feel personally but um that's my take on this whole situation let me know what y'all think about the comment section like I said
