I believe your plates are expired. Is this your car? >> Yes. Says uh 2026 on it if you look at it. >> Oh, okay. I'll take a look. This is your car? Uh >> yes. >> Okay, ma'am. Do you have your driver's license? >> What are you stopping me for since my plate is legal? >> Well, I'm going to double check that right now. >> Okay, go ahead and take a look. >> Do you have the insurance for the car, too? >> I want you to take a look at my license plate right now, though. >> I will, ma'am, but I need you to provide insurance also. But you really don't have a reason to stop me because I know my plate. I know my plate is good. [music] [music] What's good YouTube? It's BBcast back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the county Sheriff's Office over there in Nevada where you had this county sheriff officer really fishing at this lady right here. You having this lady who was just minding her own business and this officer wants to say that her tags were expired, but then when he gets closer, he see that her tags were up to date. So, you would think, "Oh, you know, I'm wrong. I'll just leave her alone." Nope. He still wanted her information because apparently he was thinking that he was about to have a big bust on hers. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Hi. >> Hello. >> How you doing, man? Good. >> Good. I believe your plates are expired or Is this your car? >> Yes. Oh, okay. Okay. >> And it says uh 2026 on it if you look at it. >> Oh, okay. I'll take a look. This is your car. >> Yes. >> Okay, ma'am. I'm sorry. I just I ask everybody everybody that. >> Okay. >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license? >> I sure do. >> And just asking confirming. I ask everyone also. You don't have any weapons in the car on you or anything like that? >> Good. >> Okay. Thank you. Okay. >> Totally legal. Have insurance through State Farm. >> Okay. All right. Uh, do you access that? Do you have printouts for it or do you get it from your phone? >> Uh, I think I've got a print out. I have to look. >> Okay. All right. And again, you don't have any weapons or anything, right? >> So, what are you stopping me for since my plate is legal? >> Well, I'm going to double check that right now. >> Okay. Go ahead and take a look. >> Okay. >> At my plate. >> Do you have the insurance for the car, too? >> I can get it. Yes. >> Okay. >> I want you to take a look at my license plate right now, though. >> I will, ma'am. But I need you to provide insurance also. And then I'll check everything out and if everything's good, then I'll send you on your way. >> Yeah. I'm just, you know, because you really don't have a reason to stop me because I know my plate I know my plate is good >> is good. >> I've got the tag on it. So, I really don't know. There's until May. >> Okay. >> June, July. Why not? June. Yeah, we're in we're in the end of June, but >> well, it's the same. >> It's May 25th. Do you uh >> on my phone, but my phone was recently stolen and I have a new phone, so I haven't got a lot of information on my phone. >> Oh, okay. So, you don't like have the login information currently and all that? >> Currently, no. >> Okay. >> You get a hold of them and I know I'm good until November. >> Okay. Do you mind my asking what brings you out this way? You're from Oklahoma. from >> Oh, okay. >> Okay. >> Got it. Okay. Well, I'll be right back. Okay. Hey, this is his car. Oh, expired. bad at 27. Valid open a home at 27. Okay, never mind. We need to cancel that. So that's not insurance. Insurance. Is it okay if I open the door? Well, I can. Do you you don't have anything on this side? You are strange. >> I already had the window down on this side. >> I see. Are they Oh, there no windows. Okay. So, here's your driver's license back, your insurance card. Okay. So, I wrote you a warning ticket. So, it's not a ticket, but I don't know about how long you've been in Oklahoma, but in Nevada, you have to be able to provide proof of insurance. Okay. >> Only when a stop is lawful, but this office ain't going to talk about that. >> Okay. Uh, you want me to call him? >> No, you have to have it like on on demand. But again, >> I'm just wondering what you're doing about my case, about my stolen phone, which I had. >> Did you file a case? Uh, you can see with Reno. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Okay. That's when my phone was stolen. I had >> proof of insurance on that phone. That phone. And it even shows the coordinates. I went to AT&T. >> Oh, okay. >> They showed me the coordinates of where my phone was at. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. So, I'm wondering what's been doing about my case. Well, I can't >> all my information of my current is on that phone, >> right? Right. >> Okay. So, now you're going to give me a warning ticket or whatever. I don't know what I do with the warning ticket. >> Nothing. Nothing at all. >> Then, so it's a worthless piece of paper to me. >> To you? Yeah. Absolutely. And on and on our >> I want to know what's being done about this. >> Well, you're going to have to call Reno PD and ask them. Like I said, >> this insurance is on that phone along with 30,000 pictures that I lost. >> Would you like to have back? >> Yeah, I'm sorry about that. >> It took so long for for you to come back. >> Well, so when I put your when I put your information in, for some reason, your information took a while to come back. That's not always a bad thing. Sometimes our uh our system is just lagging and slow. >> Uh-huh. >> I mean, I got a passport within a week and a half. >> Yeah. >> A passport. I have it back at the house. >> If you'd like to see my passport, I mean, I'm >> Right. >> The government has checked me out. >> Yeah. >> So, there you go. >> Who all is back at the house? >> Who all? >> Yeah, I'll hand that to you >> right now. >> Okay. >> So, what do I do with this? just throw it away. >> You can you can it's your it's your record. It all that is is a is a written record of this interaction and then it shows that um I gave you a warning. I could have cited you for it, but I don't think that that's necessary. I don't I I honestly don't. >> So, it's just a written record of >> call Reno PD and say, "Where's my phone?" And then I'll prove it to you. >> Right. I don't I don't have any qualms or any doubts about that. Um, you are you are free to goal. >> You are free to go. >> I am totally legal. I know that cuz that's the way I live. >> Yeah. I'm glad I'm so I did I misread the the uh numbers on the plate. So when I looked at it >> from 24 to 26. >> No, not for the sticker. So all the plates are different. So, uh, stickers. One, a sticker that big is hard to see when vehicles are moving, right? Uh, but >> this is this is just crazy because since I've been in this town on my other phone, I probably had 20 different cars that had no plate at all. >> Never saw them being stopped. Nothing. I have a legal legitimate plate and I'm stopped for >> Well, if you don't if you don't mind my asking, how long have you had the car for? >> Uh, 10 years. >> Oh, for 10 years. >> Has anybody else ever driven it? >> No. >> Okay. >> I drive it. >> Okay. >> That way I know my engine's running, right? And >> Yeah. Okay. All right. >> I just find it really peculiar that you pull me over. What What is different about this plate excluding the registration? >> Well, what I was what I was trying to explain is all different states, all plates are different. >> There's numerous in Nevada. >> So, some use some put the stickers in different locations. Some use completely different color codes. So like and I I don't know how familiar you are, but like in Nevada, we use three colors and then they just rotate between the between the three every year, right? But I I can't keep track and I have no idea what all the other states do. California uses completely different colors. They use red and blue and uh so like this just seeing the color of the sticker. Um, >> now that you got close, now you can see >> I absolutely see the 26. And then when I went back, I reran the numbers, the the correct numbers, right? And absolutely ver verified that your registration on the vehicle is is good until uh November 30th, >> 26. >> 26. Okay. Prime definition of a fishing officer. Because in the beginning, you having this officer say, "Oh, I believe your place will expire." All right. When she proved to this officer that it's up to date, he still wanted that information. >> 2026 on it. If you look at it, >> okay, I'll take a look. >> Go ahead and take a look. >> Okay. >> At my place. >> Do you have the insurance for the car, too? >> I can get it. Yes. >> Okay. >> I want you to take a look at my license plate right now, though. >> I will, ma'am, but I need you to provide insurance. Also, >> how I knew that this officer was really fishing. One thing about officers when they see out of state plate, they just like be so attracted to it. And you having this officer just admit why he really stopped her for. >> You mind my asking what brings you out this way? You're from Oklahoma. >> This officer is working overtime on his fishing job. And one thing about officers, man, they will never admit what they're wrong. But surprisingly, this officer will admit it. But it's funny, he admitted after he got everything he wanted. >> So I did I misread the the uh numbers on the plate. But when I looked at it from >> 24 to 26. >> No, not for the sticker. He's over here saying he misread the plate when she was telling the beginning to go back and read the plate again. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about this county sheriff officer for pulling this lady over and just got straight to fishing. At first he's like, "Oh, you know your plates are expired." And when she proved him that it wasn't, she even told him just read a plate again. He didn't want to do that. He wanted to get that ID and all that information. And then when he got it, you having this officer just start asking these fishing questions. What brings you from Oklahoma to here? He really thought he was going to have some with this lady. And then even towards the end, he admitted, oh, you know, I misread the play. So you telling me she told you to go check the plate in the beginning. You didn't want to do that. But when he got what he wanted, that's when he wanted to admit, oh, you know, I misread it, but I still needed your name. There was no point of this stop, but we know how officers are. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music]
