It's BB cast back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, it's from the High Point Police Department over there in North Carolina where you have this guy that saw all of these police officers in his neighborhood, so he decides to go and record them. And while he was recording them, you're going to see what these officers were telling him to step back. He did step back far enough to where it was reasonable. You have any of these officers want him to step back more, and then you're going to see where this officer comes up to him and just calls him a completely different name. I'm going to call your probation officer and get you in trouble. And he's trying to tell this officer like that's not even my name. You got the wrong person. will see that this officer continues calling him the wrong name. And it just goes to show how desperate officers will get when they want to get you arrested. I'm going to watch it and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Sir, hey hey that way. That way. I go that way. >> Or I'm going to escort >> What's your problem? >> Walk that way. Thank you. >> What's your problem? >> This is a crime scene, and you just walked in. >> at? >> We'll tape it up. You can stand in the street. >> You see this telephone pole? I'm in the right-of-way. Don't give me directives. You have no control over me. >> He got quiet once he saw those telephone poles. >> I'm just here to fit video and record my officers in the process of their duties. >> Okay. >> Okay, thank you for not giving me no more illegal directives. Here's your miss. There at 9:20. They were partying down here earlier tonight. >> Hey, Mr. Buzz. How you doing tonight? >> And they were partying. >> Your probation officer's already been uh you know >> Mr. Who? Excuse me, what's my name? >> Yeah, Mr. Philip Buzz. And your federal probation officer's aware of your behavior. So, I would suggest you walk away and leave or I can call her. How's that? >> That's not my name, Mr. Officer. >> I think it is, but >> Okay, well you're you're mistaken and I'm executing uh uh uh >> That's fine, but this is actually a crime scene. So, if you want to go to the intersection I >> Put the tape up. >> I sure will. Let's walk to my car. 112. >> I'm not giving you a suggestion, I'm giving you an order. Walk to my car. >> Uh what's the order? What's the legal order? >> to the intersection and walk away, Mr. Buzz. >> Where's the My name is not Mr. Buzz. >> My vehicle is right there. It's vehicle number 112. We're going to go get coffee. Walk out of my >> Do not touch me. >> Walk out of my >> touch me. >> You're about to go to jail. Walk out of my crime scene. >> Do not touch me. Keep your hands off of me. >> Okay, put your hands behind your back. We're going to jail. Put your hands behind your back. I told you to listen. You don't want >> Put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I'VE NOTHING ILLEGAL. >> TOLD YOU TO GET out of the crime scene and you don't want to listen. >> You're under arrest. >> There, the crime scene is down there. >> I'm on the crime scene. >> It's not me. What do you want my name? >> name then? >> Mr. Halon. >> It's personal. >> Good. >> Thanks. >> I've done nothing illegal. >> I told you to step out of my crime scene so I could put up crime scene tape and you don't want to listen. >> The other guy let me sit there. >> Okay, well I gave you a lawful order to move and now you're under arrest. >> I don't play >> You want to go to jail? >> There was so many errors with these police officers, it just got ridiculous. Because in the beginning, you having this first officer say, "Do you live here? You know you're trespassing." But once he mentioned the telephone poles, that officer got quiet real quick. >> Trespassing in somebody's >> answer questions. This is a crime This is a driveway. >> No, this isn't. This is somebody's yard. You can stand in the street. >> You see this telephone pole? >> One thing I do enjoy is when you get a officer to be silent. And that's when you having the second officer coming. He's over here saying the wrong name saying, "Oh, I'm going to inform your probation officer." >> Mr. Philip Bowes. And your federal probation officer is aware of your behavior. So I would suggest you walk away and leave or I can call her. >> That's not my name, Mr. >> I think it is, but >> Okay, well you're you're mistaken. >> Clearly, this officer isn't thinking hard enough. And the thing that they make no sense, you having this officer telling him to get back. But yeah, he's over here moving back. But yeah, he told this officer to stop touching him. Now he's like, "Oh, I'm going to arrest you." >> Do not touch me. >> Walk out of my crime scene. >> touch me. >> You're about to go to jail. Walk out of my crime scene. >> Do not touch me. Keep your hands off of me. >> Okay, put your hands behind your back. We're going to jail. >> You want to tell me to stop touching you? Bet. I'm finna take you to jail. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. How you feel about these High Point police officers for approaching this guy when all he was doing was just recording. Like he was not doing anything at all. And then they telling him to scoot back. He did scoot back. Then you having another officer say, "Oh, you know you're trespassing." He showed him the telephone pole. Like these officers clearly just were trying to find a reason to mess with this guy. And then you having this other officer say the completely wrong name saying oh we we informed your probation officer. Now imagine if this guy like didn't like have no interactions at all and this officer would have just did that. He would have got the wrong person in trouble. And then on top of that this officer is telling him to get back get back. He's moving back. But I guess him telling this officer to stop touching him provoked this officer to say all right bet we finna arrest you. That's my take on it though.
