I have no reasonable suspicion to go digging through his stuff. >> want to hear him all day long. It's a public disturbance. >> What do you want me to do? Handcuff him and throw him in the back of my car and violate his civil rights? Well, I'm not going to do that. >> I don't like it because they scare my kid. >> You know what? Too bad. If he's really scared, why don't you coming out of your business all the way over here? >> We pay IN THIS TOWN. I PAY >> Disorderly conduct is >> Go inside. >> my first amendment rights and read the Constitution. >> You're dressed like you're going to war. You're causing a public alarm cuz they thought you had weapons on you. That's what it looks like. >> And I do not have any weapons. So, now what? >> can see that now. I'm asking you to move on. You can't just be in a parking lot where people are shopping dressed in military attire scaring people. >> I don't take those tests. >> I don't No, I don't. >> I invoke my fifth amendment rights, sir. >> Put your car in park. >> I got to get >> You're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. >> What the >> Where are you coming from? >> I'm driving Lyft. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is actually. You can get a traffic stop. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB cast back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Hawthorne Police Department over there in New Jersey where you had this business owner call the police because these guys were dressed up in tactical gear. This guy was fearing for his life that he had to call the police. But you would never believe it. These cops were not having it. They were telling this business owner he is not breaking no laws. There's nothing that they can do. If you're scared for your life, maybe you should just go inside or leave. There's no reason for them to be out there. And it just goes to show, man, there actually is some police officers that understand the law and knowing that just because you're scaring somebody doesn't mean you're breaking the law. I'mma watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> Does this look like a preacher to you? He's Why does he need a bulletproof vest? >> Oh my god, man. >> It's my first amendment right. >> He can't be out here preaching the word. >> He looks like a psychopath that wants to go to war. >> He can >> [laughter] >> dress however he wants. >> There's nothing illegal against it. >> All right. >> He starts carrying around guns that aren't licensed. >> guns around you? >> Nope. >> How do you How do we know? What's in all of your stuff? >> So. >> All your camouflage gear. >> Well, guess what? I have no [laughter] reasonable suspicion to go digging through his stuff or searching him. So. All right. Let me explain something to you. He is a First Amendment guy. >> Do you live in Howell or in Howell? >> Hey. >> What? >> Stop coming in here. All day long we we've known he's been here and we handled it. When the kids had lunch, we were down here because everyone was concerned. He wants all of you people to come out here and get the police out here. >> No. No, that's not what I want. Not what I want at all. >> So, that's what they do. They're First Amendment guys. >> No, no, not First Amendment. I'm >> I don't want to hear him all day long. That's a public disturbance. >> It's his right. >> When all these kids were in here, no one was around. No one sat outside. I want to come outside and eat at the table. >> Can I house divided against itself will not stand. >> What do you want me to do? >> Handcuff him? >> And throw him in the back of my car and violate his civil rights? Well, I'm not going to do that. >> You're on the verge of disorderly conduct. Watch out. >> as long as he wants. >> It's disorderly conduct. >> Like it or you don't like it, doesn't matter. >> I don't like it because he's scaring my >> Too bad. >> He's scaring me. >> Okay. Well, >> I don't know why he has to have >> If he's really >> [laughter] >> scaring you, if he's really scaring you, why don't you come out of your business all the way over here? >> The police are leaving now. Everyone's Everyone's Everyone's supposed to protect us. >> In other words, you should mind your own business. >> Hey guys. >> So, you guys are being more of a pain in the neck for us right now. >> Cherubim to uh Redeemer. >> We pay in this town. I pay. >> Disorderly conduct. Disorderly conduct. >> You rented it doesn't mean you could go inside and read the Constitution. >> Make your way to my location. Over. >> All right. >> When you When you get off, start making your way over here. >> Am I scaring you? Okay. He's annoying me. And you know what? You are too now. Okay, good. >> Go back to your uh business. >> All right. They about to. In a minute. All right, Reese. >> I can raise my voice at you whenever I want. Enough. >> Oh, man. >> I'm done. >> to He about to go in cuffs. He about to >> Now, this is another police encounter this guy dealt with. And this is him dealing with police officers that don't know what they're talking about. >> Now, right now, you're dressed like you're going to war, okay? People are concerned. Okay, and people have the right to come shop at ShopRite, uh Total Wine, wherever the case may be. And you're you're now you're you're causing a public alarm. We were called up here cuz uh they thought you had weapons on you. That's what it looks like. >> And I do not have any weapons. So, now what? >> That's why we're here. Yeah, we can see that now. So, I'm I'm asking you to move on. >> I'm telling you I will not move on. >> Okay. So, how did you get up here? >> That's none of your business. >> Okay. And you're out of God's Army? What what what what church? >> I do not want to provide that information to you. >> Okay, so it's You're You're going to have to leave or the owner's probably going to have to come down here, okay? This isn't this You can't You can't just be in a public area where people are shopping dressed dressed in military attire, scaring people, and thinking you have a weapon. Like people are concerned, people are leaving. They're causing >> Not my problem. >> It's going to be a problem soon. >> All right. Well, you're telling me that I have to leave, but yet I'm not detained. I'm not under arrest. I mean, is is that how the law works or something? >> Hey. >> And that's the difference between enforcing the law and enforcing feelings. But that Hawthorne police officer was not going to enforce no one's feelings. >> Why does he need a bulletproof vest? >> [laughter] >> Oh my god, man. >> That's how he wants. There's nothing illegal against it. >> Now, that's the officer that has some common sense. And then this guy wants to act disorderly. >> We pay IN THIS TOWN. I PAY >> Disorderly conduct. Disorderly conduct. >> You can go inside and read the Constitution. >> He got very mad he couldn't enforce his feelings. And then he basically told this guy, you know what, you could just mind your own business. >> Unless he wants >> It's disorderly conduct. >> it or you don't like it, doesn't matter. >> I don't like it because he's scaring my >> Too bad. >> If he's really scared, you why don't you coming out of your business all the way over here? >> He's not going to protect your feelings. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comments section. How do you feel about this Hawthorne police officer for handling this situation? Letting this business owner know that he was not going to protect his feelings. Like he literally came out here for no reason. And he let this guy have it. He told him they're not breaking no law. He doesn't need to arrest this guy. He even told this guy he should read the Constitution. And you having this guy just not get it. He got so upset that this officer wasn't going to protect his feelings. He started yelling and screaming, acting like a child. And it just goes to show, man, like I said, there are some good police officers out there that have some common sense. You have the other police officers that went out there telling that guy, "Oh, yeah, man, you're going to have to leave, you know, uh you're scaring people." And that's the difference between an officer enforcing the law and an officer enforcing feelings. That's my take on it. Throw Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section.
