I haven't done nothing illegal. Leave me alone. >> All right. Where you from? >> None of your business. >> You don't want to talk to me? >> Get stepping. >> What is suspicious that you're sitting here? >> Well, suspicious is not a crime. Leave me alone. What law is that? >> You're in private property. >> Are you trespassing? Are you the owner? >> I'm not trespassing, but you have to leave it private property. >> And you have a You >> me if >> You have no reason to pull me over, so you can leave me alone and you can get stepping. >> You haven't told us that you have any business here. >> All right. Look, this is not a traffic stop. >> It is, actually. It's a traffic stop. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BBKicks back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is another case of you minding your own business and officers having a problem with that. In today's video, you had Officer Pinion and Officer Poria of the East Providence Police Department over there in Rhode Island, where they had the biggest issue with this guy that was just sitting here minding his own business in this parking lot. You had Officer Pinion come up to him and say, "What is he doing?" He told this officer, "Ain't none of his business. He can get to stepping." And you going to see what Officer Pinion had a problem with that. He started getting his feelings and started saying, "Well, you know what? You can leave and all this. And if you don't leave in 2 minutes, I'm going to arrest you." Like these officers were trying to say that he was being trespass when they didn't even talk to the owner of the property. They don't even know what was really going on. They just wanted him to leave all because that he wasn't telling them what he was doing. And it just goes to show how easy officers get in their feelings, especially when you don't tell them what you got going on. I'm going to watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> How you doing? >> What do you think that you doing? >> I'm I'm recording, totally. >> And what do you think that you doing? You can't pull me over. >> You all right? >> You can't pull me over. The car wasn't started. >> What? >> Wasn't started. I wasn't driving. >> Okay. >> Are you okay? You can You can leave me alone. >> What are you doing over here? >> It's none of your business. I haven't done nothing illegal. Leave me alone. >> All right, you know what? This is private property. >> Oh, yeah, you can get me trespassing if you want, but you can go talk to the owner first. >> All right. >> So, be out. >> Where are you from? >> None of your business. >> All right. You don't want to talk to me? >> Get stepping. >> What? >> Get stepping. >> I'm stepping? >> Get stepping. >> Get stepping? >> Get stepping. >> Okay. >> Be out. >> So, what's what's your issue? >> What's your issue? >> So, listen. So, we got a call for service here. Somebody called >> Nobody called for service. >> suspicious vehicle. That's why we're here. >> Suspicious? >> Yeah. Yeah. All right. Well, you can be out of here. >> So, what are you doing here? >> None of your business. Suspicious Suspicion isn't a crime. >> It is my business. >> Suspicion isn't a crime. Be out. Be out. I ain't playing games with you. East Providence wants another lawsuit? >> Lawsuit for what? >> What do you mean, lawsuit for what? You're harassing me right now. >> So, I can't do my job? >> No, you're not doing your job. You're harassing me. Be out. >> You know You know you're being filmed, too. >> Yeah, I and I also know that you and Bristol cops are editing your footage and you guys don't show everything. So, who do you think that you're talking to right now? >> He's uh doesn't want to talk. Doesn't want to tell us anything, so. >> I didn't I didn't do anything, so you guys can be out. You guys can go stop all of the other cars that come by here day after day making all this loud noise. >> Can you hear me out for a second? >> Nope. Not at all. >> I'm going to try to speak to you anyway. So, this is a private business. It's closed at this time. It's just a little suspicious that you're here. >> Do you Do you Do you Do you Do you tell everyone else that that comes here at nighttime? >> someone sitting in an occupied car in a closed business >> I'm pretty sure that I seen you guys drive by multiple times when they were sitting here, so. >> This is my first time down here, actually today. I haven't been to Riverside today, so >> All right, well you guys I don't I don't care what you >> suspicious that you're sitting here, so >> But suspicion is not a crime, once again, so leave me alone and stop harassing >> normal? You find this okay? Somebody just just sitting in a on a private parking lot? You find that So parking your car in a parking lot is not normal to officer's opinion. >> Do you do you do you guys find people driving up and down this road with shies sound like all day completely normal? No, that's that is not a I find it weird right now. >> Absolutely not. >> You you you want to deflect the >> [clears throat] >> situation. >> you guys are deflecting right now. Leave me alone. >> in a closed business. So are you going to leave then? >> Obviously, I'm going to leave eventually. >> Well, you have to leave right now. >> Who says I have to leave right now? What law is that? >> You're in private property. >> Are you trespassing? Are you the owner? >> I'm not trespassing you, but you have to leave. It's private property. >> Are you the owner? >> closed. There's no reason for you to be here. >> Well, I'm parked right now. >> So you can leave then, if you have no reason to be here. >> But I'm parked. >> And you have no reason to >> You have no reason to pull me over, so you can leave me alone and you can get stepping. >> Well, you're not pulled over. We were called here. >> All right, and you all right, and I didn't call you for service and I'm I'm completely fine, so you guys can leave me alone. >> That's not my concern. My concern is what you're doing here. >> All right, and I just told you that I'm going to be taking off in a little bit. >> You didn't tell me what you were doing here, though. >> And in a second you're about to catch a lawsuit for harassing me. >> Well, everything's on body camera. >> Well, yeah, and everything's on my camera, which doesn't which does not lie at all. >> So are you refusing to leave the premises? Is that what it is? >> I Did I just say I was refusing? No, I wasn't. And can you guys move your vehicle and take off? Maybe then I can leave. >> Well, no, you have to leave first. >> Well, that's not how it works, because I haven't done anything wrong and this isn't your property. >> It's private property. >> It's not your property. It's not your property, though. >> They're closed. >> You want to Hey, hey, you want to know what else is private property? >> What? >> My grandma's. >> So go ahead. >> Do you know what I found there this morning? I don't. I found a giant stick there. On her property. >> Great. >> Dude, why are you giving us a hard time? >> Why are you giving Why Why Why are you Why are you Why are you giving me a hard time right now? >> Dude, we got to go. >> When I'm parked I'm parked I'm parked I'm not doing nothing. Yeah, and you know how many people come up and down this road? It's just ridiculous. >> You haven't told us that you have any business here. >> All right. SO, WHAT DO YOU THINK I'm doing? >> Go ahead. You get stepping. >> What do What do you think I'm doing? >> We're wondering actually. And we're waiting here for you to leave. That's literally what you're doing. >> All right. So, leave. What is the problem? Go stop someone else. >> I'm about to give you a lawful order in about 2 minutes. If you don't leave, you're going to get arrested for obstruction, okay? >> [clears throat] >> All right. In the morning What's your name and badge number? >> My name is Officer Pena, badge 100. >> What's your name and badge number? >> Officer Poria, 78. >> Officer Poria, 78? >> Yeah. >> All right, good. I got you on YouTube now. >> And just another case of officers acting like crybabies when they don't get what they want. Because in the beginning when he told this officer to get to stepping, he didn't like that at all. >> Get stepping. >> I'm stepping. >> Get stepping. All right. Well, you can be out of here now. >> So, what are you doing here? >> None of your business. >> And then these officers want to say it's not normal to be parked in a parking lot. >> It's just that you're sitting here. >> But suspicion is not a crime, once again. So, leave me alone and stop harassing me. >> normal you find this okay? Somebody just just sitting in a on a private parking lot. >> I guess this officer never seen a car parked in a parking lot before. And how I knew Officer Pena got in his feelings because you could hear what he says, you get to stepping, you leave. >> You haven't told us that you have any business here. So, what So, what do you think I'm doing? >> Go ahead. You get stepping. >> And this just shows how bad officers' egos will get, especially when you don't tell them what you got going on. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. How you feel about these East Providence police officers for pulling up on this guy all because that he was parked in a parking lot. You having the first officer come and ask him what he was doing that is a suspicious. He told that officer to get to stepping, it's really none of his business. And then you having a second officer come and that's where you see where stuff turn up a little bit, where you have an officer Peña telling him to get the step in that. He was over here getting his feelings like he really got in his feelings that this guy told him to get the step in that. He wasn't telling him what he was doing because that's when this officer said, "Well, since you don't want to tell us what you're doing, you got to leave." And it's just like, bro, this dude wasn't doing anything but just minding his own business. And that's why I'm saying these officers be real quick to go handle stuff when they really could be handling some real crime going on, but now they see a guy in his car minding his own business. They're like, "Yeah, let's go harass him and see what he got going on real quick." That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all thinking about in the comment section.
