small talk with like one of the workers and then they called the comps on them and then you gonna have this cop uh Deputy Hernandez who is definitely a pure definition of a tyance so I'm G watch you with somebody here no said they ask you to leave told me had exchange some words with them uh sure sure or no alteration uh does talking consider is you had a verbal alation alteration I remember no that situation I got it on video uhhuh guy that's with me was sitting on the uh trunk tail and uh on the tailgate and the officer didn't want to bend down to get the tag so he told him to get off of the trunk so that he could raise it to see the tager without having to bend over and that's all that happened got what's your name uh I appreciate that corporate Ellis let me uh contact my boss all [Applause] right the deputies came to me and pulled me to a side and I still got the cuffs on right here but they in front and they really really loose and they two pair they come up to me telling me hey man I just wanted you to know that we would not have treated you like that like the Hernandez did and it's Hernandez's B number is 9461 um they wanted they wanted me to make sure they got me by myself to tell me they wouldn't have done me like that so and I appreciate them doing that now is it true I I'm I'm saying it is um because if it wasn't for if it wasn't for these other two um deputies uh Hernandez would have probably slammed me to the ground he would have left the cuffs on exactly like he put them on and he put them on and he and he squeezed both of them with both his hands to tighten them up so tight um that I lost feeling in my arm in my fingers uh and right here when they walk away I'm talking to Hernandez telling them what kind of piece of [ __ ] he is uh what kind of tyrant piece of [ __ ] he is right and he's telling me don't talk to me I'm like dude I done told you once you're not my daddy you don't have no control over me I don't have to listen to you so get that through your damn thick skull you are not boss of me until I break the law now he kept saying he kept snickering at me and I'm like well I'll tell you one thing that's going to happen too These Cuffs are coming off and he snickered at me you know and and rolled his eyes right and I'm like you just watch watch and see and I said you you you lucky you you're going to be very lucky if you still got your job in the next couple days and and and that whole time I'm telling him all that here I am I asked him if I could sit down too and he said no so the supervisor comes over there in a minute and tells him to take the Cuffs off and and then I go over there and S on the tailgate and that's when I'll go live [Applause] I just got uh detained I was just in handcuff guys I was just in handcuffs it just took me out of handcuffs um that that guy right there that guy getting in there I forgot his name but I'll get it that's a freaking Ty right there dude look hang on look at that damn they did put that [ __ ] on tight too cuz you could tell look like with his skin and everything thing man that's what man I hope I never get arrested bro cuz I know them cops hold the [ __ ] out me that man this that officer Hernandez was a pretty a horrible Tyrant and also the fact that that like he wanted this dude like to move from the tailgate okay well I need you to get off he tell him him uncomfortable and then like you know when he was saying in his uh video when they were talking right here you know they were still having words going back and forth and I don't know just Hernandez been all of this could have been avoided if he would have just got on his knees and got the plate but since like he wanted to be extra with and he telling this dude to move and he telling to kiss his
