He's going to go straight. I will uh pull out and grab him. >> Why are you pulling me over? >> Your tints. >> My tints? >> You got a tinted register thing on there? >> That's the legal tint. So, the tint is legal? >> Okay. It's still traffic stop. Is there anything in this car I need to be aware of? Come on, dude. I know you from prior history. Is there anything in the car I need to know of? >> Okay. So, is that what's going on cuz of prior history? >> No, no, no. I stopped you. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is, actually. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Gang back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is the full body cam footage of this guy, Darren, getting harassed by the Thompson Police Department over there in Maine. And the video that I showed last time was Darren's recording of these officers harassing him about his tint, even though that his tint was legal. And you will see where Officer Burns of the Thompson Police Department got the tint meter and read the tint, and the tint was completely legal. And she still wanted to search him. And you will see in the body cam footage that it pretty much as of it, they were doing nothing but just harassing this guy. And then also, you will notice that she kept turning her body camera off. Like this body cam footage is completely edited by the police department because obviously, they're just trying to hide something. I'mma watch it and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> He's going to go straight. Okay. I will uh pull out and grab him. I'll pull out in front of you. Okay. Okay. All right. How are you? You got your license and registration and everything on you? >> I sure do. I still have to make sure you have everything else on you with your insurance and everything. >> Okay. I got you. I got you. >> You got a friend that lives in the Highlands? >> I do. So, I'm going to have the tint meter come and check it. Is there Is there anything in this car I need to be aware of? Come on, dude. I know you from prior history. Is there anything in the car I need to know about? >> Okay, so is that what this is going on cuz of prior history? >> No, no, no. I stopped you on the tint. >> On the tint though? >> Yes. >> But you can see that my windows were down. >> The windows tints are on cuz I pulled up and I immediately saw the tints were on. >> I showed you my registration for the tint. >> Right. Which I know Molten I'm going to check the tint. I have the right to check the tint, dude. So, >> Go ahead. >> hang tight. I know. All right, it was a simple Okay. I gave you the info. >> So, you're not answering my question. The question was, is there anything in the vehicle I should be aware of that's illegal? >> No. >> Okay. Then this shouldn't be an issue. I'm waiting on the tint meter. We'll let you go if we find the tint's clear or anything, okay? >> Clear or anything. Tint meter, you have my tint registration. You're saying it's a lie. I doubt >> I'm not saying it's a lie. I'm just checking that it's incorrect. Yeah, who I can run and get to here quicker. >> She wants the K9 to hurry up and get there because she knows this traffic stop is illegal. >> Oh, I know. He's recording just to give you a heads-up when you if you do come up, he's got his thing on already. Yeah, it don't matter. I'm waiting on I think Brunswick said they have a dog coming. Oh, I Somebody said Brunswick had Okay. Yeah, he didn't really want to talk to me, so. >> 301 0 code 22 at 51. Copy. >> Hey, I'm going to let you go. Um, and I will keep you updated. All right. Just to be aware, if you walk up to the car, he is recording in his cup holder. >> Oh, yeah? >> Yeah. >> I'd be lying if I told you I ever used this. >> Yeah. I got to do a calibration on it first. Yeah, I don't know. Um, it It says it's got the info, but I'm going to just check it. >> Weapons concerned that you know of? >> Yeah. Just drugs. >> K9 speed is here. >> Oh, perfect. And Just out for a second. Um And he witnessed the hand-to-hand with him. He asked me to pull him over. Oh, they were listening to the vehicle. They were watching the house up. They are watching the house up on uh one of our areas. >> And this is the part where I meant how Officer Burns just kept cutting her body camera off because she cut her body camera off but turned it on real quick when she was testing his tint. But that's why you always got to record because these officers will definitely turn off their body cameras. >> Yes, ma'am. >> out of the vehicle? >> What for? >> Uh we're asking you to just step out and we'll go over everything and I'm going to I'm going to go over your window. Can you mind stepping out? Just turn the vehicle off. >> Why would you have me step out of the vehicle? Are you going to pull me out of the vehicle? Go over the paperwork? I've given you the paperwork. >> Yep. Can you step out of the vehicle so I can test the tint and everything? >> You can test the tint right there. Go ahead. Do you need Do you need me to step out of the vehicle to test the tint? How is that Are you How is that possible? >> Hey, Darren, just step out of the vehicle, please. >> Are you going to pull me out of the vehicle if I don't get out? Is my tint >> out of the vehicle just so we can conduct We're going to have a dog sniff around the vehicle. >> Go ahead. That's your discretion, but yeah, I don't need to I've given you everything you've asked for. For what? >> The tint is after I test it. >> So, I've given you documentation for the tint. Then give me the ticket. >> Okay. Give me your driver's license, registration, and insurance card. >> Absolutely. Absolutely. >> Uh do me a favor. Can you at least turn the vehicle off for me? Thank you. >> Uh I'll ask him when he's going to finish up and then I'll uh give you everything you need. Okay? >> So, how are you? >> Mhm. >> How are you? You probably know how to do that. I didn't. So, >> Recording. Who's good? >> I think it's It's good? >> Yeah. >> Cool. >> Yeah, I'm surprised by that. Well, this is 37. It does look dark and reflective. Huh? >> I'm going to try that one. Is there some more open? >> Is it open? >> No. >> And that is closed up the windows warning. Do you want to slide the passenger down for me so I can test that one? >> I just don't >> to slide the passenger down for me so I can test that one? >> Absolutely. Mhm. Are they legal? >> So, >> This is what I'm talking about. They they're allowed to do this, but they're not allowed to pull me out of the vehicle. >> I'm trying to get him what? >> He said that he thought I was driving over the limit. >> And now, let me get dispatch Let me get dispatch on the phone and find out what's going on. Would you like to do? Hey. Um he is like So, here's where we're at. He is refusing to get out of the car because he gave me the tint. The tints are all matching up. I haven't said anything about why and everything. I don't know if you guys want to roll up at this point, but he's like, "I'm not getting out of the car." I'm not wrestling with him for this. I mean, I can if you want, but It's up to you what you would like me to do cuz I know he's got it on him. But, I didn't want to give up. I'm trying not to give up everything for you guys. Yep. Yeah. Uh, it's state police. Huh? Yeah, he wants him out of the car in case he tries to take off. He wants him out of the car for it to do the sniff. So, I mean, we'll see what we got. I'll try to do what I can and then I'll let you guys know. All right. Um >> Let's see. All right. What's going on? >> step out of the car while they do the the sniff? >> That's not true. >> Get out of the car. >> That's not true. The dog The dog Go Please, go ahead rip me out. Rip me out of the Rip me out of the car. >> Come on, dear. >> Rip me out of the car. >> Step out of the car. >> Rip me out of the car. Please, rip me out of the car after just giving you everything you wanted, all documentation, everything. You're going to rip me out of this car and then find nothing and then find nothing over a traffic stop. Go ahead, unbuckle me and pull me out. Unbuckle me, pull me out. Unbuckle me, pull me out. Why Why are you ripping me out of the vehicle? You are. You For what reason? What cause do you have? Excuse me, so now you're getting louder. You're going to rip me out of the vehicle for what? And I said, "No, you can't search my vehicle." Go ahead. Here Here Here Here. It's over. It's over. Okay. Easy. Okay. Okay. And May I have the phone? May I have the phone? I got to print the warning ticket and then for why I pulled them over. >> Okay. >> All they had to do is just give him his warning, but yeah, they still hoping to find it something. >> Residue and >> That's it. >> Um unless you have >> I'm sure he had them before he left. >> I'll take off his uh >> Shoes? >> Shoes and socks and all >> He's probably got it in his crotch or Uh thanks for coming out. >> Yeah. >> All right, Jared, you're free to go. >> Thanks. >> Um You know you can just be straight with me. You guys are never straight with me. I owe them money. >> Owe who money? >> Corey. >> Who are you talking about? >> I'm just saying. I owe I owe them money. >> Oh, what does Corey have to do with this? >> The same. You shouldn't If you're straight with me, you're straight with me. >> So, you owe Corey money? Why do you owe Corey money? Where is Corey anyway? >> them money. That's all. >> Corey uh >> I owe them money. >> Hey, what happened to the hair business? No more salon? No more barber shop? Are you doing the barber shop still? >> The barber is it's >> Well, I saw the business cards for the >> well. Yeah. So, I just started another one. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah, I did another one. The barber shop it's a hair salon uh and it's full. So, uh I just have 2 years now to like not do anything to it. So, I just started another business as well. >> Nice. >> I I appreciate what you guys do. I Honestly, I wanted to be a cop my whole life, but I could never do it. The stresses, the [ __ ] you guys have to deal with. I uh respect. >> Yeah. >> Uh aside from that, it'd be nice if you guys just talk once in a while, you know. >> I'm going to go from uh Have a good day. >> All right. >> And this is shows nothing but proves you can have everything right, you can have your tint could be legal, and everything like that, and these officers will still find a reason to mess with you. Because in the beginning, you have an officer Burns and them like planning on how they going to pull this guy over. >> He's going to go straight. Okay. I will uh pull out and grab him. I'll pull out in front of you. >> And not even to mention, this officer just blatantly admitted on to why they were harassing him. >> Is there anything Is there anything in this car I need to be aware of? Come on, dude. I know you from prior history. Is there anything in the car I need to know about? >> Okay, so is that what's going on with the >> And then she wants to say that she stopped him on the tint, but yet when his tint was completely legal, they still wanted to search him. >> You're good. >> I appreciate it. >> Good? >> Yeah. >> Good. >> Yeah, I'm surprised by that. Well, it's just 37. It does look dark and reflective. The tints are all matching up. I haven't said anything about why I'm not wrestling with him for this. I mean, I can if you want, but >> In other words, I could keep harassing him about his tint if y'all want me to. And just a little update for y'all, Darian did file a complaint with the police department, and after them viewing the footage, they ended up saying that they did not violate his fourth amendment rights. But, I'll let y'all be the judge of that, but I will let y'all know that he is pursuing a lawsuit because everything that these officers did was unlawful. And I will leave this up here if y'all want to pause and read it. But, that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about these Thompson police officers for pulling this guy over, just straight up harassing him. Just from the beginning, you already hear how they going to target him saying, "All right, he's right there. We finna pull out." And then when they want to make the excuse to say that it was his tint. And when he proved to these officers that his tint was legal, having the other officer even said, "Oh yeah, his tint's legal." What? And they over here even checking the other side. Like, they were really hoping just to give him a ticket on something just to make this stop seem legal. And then you have an officer Burns just go back to her car calling whoever talking about, "Y'all still want to go through this? Uh you know, uh I don't know if we should do this." Like, she was over here being indecisive of her own self because she knew that this stop was illegal. And this guy was even calling him out on that. Like, "What's the deal with all this?" But, you know, officers, they're never going to tell you the truth. They just going to keep harassing you and just hoping to find something. And in this case, they over here want to harass this guy because of his prior history. Only officers are the only ones that hope that you go back to your old ways and never change. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music] [music]
