In today's video, you had this Molen police officer raised all types of hell all because that he said that this guy doesn't have a red reflector on his bike. The whole time this guy has a red reflector on his bike. But in the beginning, you see what this officer tells him, "Hey man, stop. I want to talk to you." This guy said, "I don't want to talk to you." So, he kept on going and that's when the officer throws in the excuse of you don't got a red reflector when the whole time that he does. You will see how these officers just straight up violate this guy's rights all because he didn't want to talk to them. It's going to be a point in the video where the officers made a little signal to mute their body cameras cuz hey, you can't have a corrupt police department without muting them body cameras. And also, I would like to say I really appreciate the comments I've been getting on the other video while I was talking about how, you know, me talking fast. I don't know. I guess just seeing like some comments and everything. I kind of be like, well, you know, let me see if that's really what it is. And everybody's just like me want to get straight to the point. So, I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> You guys are in trouble. I just need to talk to you real quick. You guys are in trouble. Let's just talk to you real quick. >> Ain't talking to me. >> Yeah, you. >> No, you ain't talking to me. >> All right, you got two options. You either stop or I'm going to get my car and I'm going to arrest you. >> Stop. How about that? >> All right. All right. You're You want to be arrested for resisting? That's fine. >> Stop me. No reason to stop me. >> All right. Let's go. >> You want to stop? Last chance. >> Last chance. >> You need You need to have a You need to have a red reflector. And yours isn't >> I got a red reflector. >> It's not showing. You need the light to show. [Applause] He's wearing 10 khakis, a hoodie. I'll be out with the other male. >> He keeps going north. >> You want to stop? I go to you just went >> east >> second amp. >> Yeah. >> Wrong. >> Okay. So, you're riding the bike at night. >> Yeah. >> Your reflector needs a show. >> Oh, okay. Show them. >> You had the reflector, but it needs to emit the light. >> Oh, >> at night. Okay. >> Oh, yeah. >> So, you want to do him a favor and tell me his name? Hey Josh. >> Josh what? >> I don't know. I just want you gas ID on you. >> This officer said, "Damn, I couldn't get that guy, so I'm just going to mess with his friend." >> Stop it. What do you want to stop me for? >> Don't touch none of my first >> none of it. Okay. >> You don't have a light on the back of your >> I don't need a light on the back of it. No, I don't. Show me where it says I need to have a light on the back of it. means I had write a ticket then. >> Okay. >> I got a reflector. That's all I need. >> But if you want to harass me, go ahead. Tell me to stop in the middle of the road. You ain't got no reason to stop. >> Stand here with him real quick. >> Stand here. Am I being detained? >> Yes. >> For what? >> I just told you. >> I'm being detained. >> Yes. For what? >> So get I just told you. I don't want to stand here. >> Yeah, you are. >> What am I being detained for? >> I already told you your reflector at night needs to have a red light. It doesn't have a light. Oh, >> show me where. >> You're not allowed to go anywhere now. >> Show me where. >> I'm being detained against my will, correct? >> You're detained. >> All right. He's the same one that always comes to me when I drive by. I don't know who he is, though. I stopped him cuz uh his reflector didn't see it and it wasn't emitting the light at all. Okay. He does have the red one, but at night >> you need to have a light on. >> [ __ ] sick weeks of law school. Don't [ __ ] lose your cab. What the [ __ ] is >> that? And he didn't use a hand when he took a turn there and throw it out. Anyways, I want to double check the ordinance. >> Yeah, >> I'm fairly certain that's what it is. [Music] >> I'm going to talk to you. >> He had to give that signal to that officer. Hey, mute that body camera real quick so we can actually talk about this. They sure had that body cam muted for a good hot minute. >> No, I want you. >> You're He's right here. Okay, >> two problem. Yep. Two problems. One, your reflector was not visible at all. Your reflector needs to be visible. Yours wasn't. >> How's it not visible? >> You were in front of me. It's dark. >> You were in front of me >> and behind you. How do you think I turned around on that? >> What's the reflector do? >> Second, you were driving northbound in a southbound lane. If you're on a bike, you need to ride with traffic, not against it. >> Okay. I was on the other side of my throat. >> No, you weren't. >> You You stepped out of your car and come across the street. >> Okay. Here, let's all you saw my car. You saw my car turn around and then you're drive. You're riding your bike. What? This way, right? >> Yeah. >> In this lane. In the left lane. >> This way. I wasn't in >> the left lane. Yes, you were. >> No. >> Okay. >> Well, then show me the footage, sir. >> I'm not going to do that. >> Oh, I figured he couldn't. >> Okay. But you did the violation. You were in the wrong lane. You're supposed to ride with traffic. You should have been in the right lane. >> You just told me you were stopping me for a reflector for still applies. >> Okay. Well, write the ticket. >> What's your ID? >> No, you're writing a ticket. >> Sure, if you want. >> Well, you ain't going to ID me unless I'm here to take me to jail. Now you're under arrest. >> You're getting ID. What? Are you under arrest? >> What? >> Don't Don't touch my phone. Relax. >> I said, am I under threat of arrest >> right now? You're being detained. You're >> Hold on. I was already being >> I'm not resisting. >> I'm trying to I'm trying to figure out what the hell's going on here. >> You aren't listening. >> What are you getting so damn aggressive for? >> Huh? All right, >> you [ __ ] punk. >> Yeah, you're the supervisor. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. What's your name and badge number? >> Sergeant Mark 35. >> Okay. And you're going through this for what? >> Because you're not >> for a traffic offense. >> Cooperating. That's the big >> How am I not cooperating? >> You didn't stop for me. >> I'm here. >> Hold on. You hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> Right now. You're under you're under arrest obstructing and and your ID. Yeah. >> Obstructing how? For what? earlier when I told you to stop and you continue to go. You matter of fact said few I ain't stopping. >> Oh >> yeah, now you remember that. >> No, I don't remember that. You just keep making [ __ ] >> No, it's not. >> I haven't made any up. >> I should not sit here and press me and search me unless you're taking me to jail. That's what if that's what you want to do. Take me to jail. >> That's fine. It's me. I don't have a problem charging you. >> Yeah, you charging me. >> I want all your badge numbers and [ __ ] >> It'll be on the report. >> It's all available. You can >> along with the body. I can't believe you're allowed to do this. >> I'm going to have everyone your job. >> I've heard that so many times. >> I bet you have. >> And yet no one's come through. >> Okay. >> It's pretty simple. Would have done what he asked you to do and stop. You wouldn't even be here right now. >> Listen, it's that simple. >> You I'm not going to argue here. >> You weren't here. That's why I'm here. >> You failed to stop till you identify yourself. >> I'm not You didn't ask me to ID myself. >> He just did. And you said I said unless you're taking me to jail. I said, "Not unless I'm under a threat of dess." Arrest. >> Okay, we're not going down a threat of duress. >> Right. Yeah, I know. Yeah, you're stupid. >> Yeah, you're stupid. >> You're going to six 1029. >> [ __ ] violating a goddamn right. Ain't >> that same Martin left hand lane you saw me approach and then you went in the other lane. >> Show me the footage. >> What should have been the lane you're driving in in the first place? >> Show me the footage. >> You stopped in the middle of the street and said, "Here, I need you guys aren't in trouble. I need to talk to you. I I don't know who the [ __ ] you are. >> Well, you weren't in trouble until uh you right >> until I told you I told you stop and you continued. Then that's when you said [ __ ] >> What am I going to stop for? How do I know you're a cop? >> The uniform and the car. >> I don't mean nothing. How many people in post? >> Okay, I see. I see where we're going with this. >> No, I see where you're going. You're going to find out. Okay, I see I see where we're going with this. >> No, I see where you're going. You're going to find out who I am now. You know, we were >> You need to quit from YouTube, dude. >> What? You need to quit with the YouTube. >> I'm not on YouTube. >> No, you need it. >> Or officers could just let go of the bullsh type of ego that they have and they won't end up on YouTube. >> I'm searching in person. >> Yeah. >> Against my will. You're detaining me against my will. >> You don't have to do local thing. >> Arrest me. Arresting me for what? What are you arresting me for? >> Obstructing and resisting. >> Now it's resisting >> and obstructing ID. So that's three charges there. >> You got to have a lawful reason to stop me first. You did. >> We told you that. You don't accept it. >> There's no We are here. >> Accept it. And I don't have to be here. >> You're right. You don't. >> I've worked this guy long enough. >> I don't give a [ __ ] >> That doesn't matter. You don't have to be here. Just cuz you guys are on the same [ __ ] don't mean I I got to be honest. I'm not asking to be honest. [Music] >> You set up on the curb. [Music] >> They got a notepad with it. What do you want me to do? Sit down? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Obviously, these officers love to mute their body cameras. All right, listen. So at a later date you're going have to come back to the east police department for fingerprints within two weeks time. >> What? >> Yeah. It's so in two weeks or within two weeks you need to come to East Police Department for fingerprints. >> Okay. >> For what? >> Because you're being arrested for a class A misdemeanor. >> Okay. >> Class A misdemeanor. >> Yes. Like again, the one thing I was wrong, the reflector did not need to be lit. >> So, I'll give you that. >> But it still needs to be visible. Okay. >> It is visible. >> It wasn't. >> Okay. >> Okay. I didn't see it. There was no reflection. >> That's what that's actually what brought my attention to you guys was >> there's no lights that I could see. >> They're not supposed to be lights you can see. supposed to be a reflector >> which is a reflection of a light >> which I got what >> which is a reflection of a light so when I'm driving towards you guys I don't see reflector >> right it needs to be visible >> I mean I got two on both my side fenders and then one >> and if you want to argue it that's fine >> I'm not arguing I got pictures of it >> okay but the problem is right you're also driving the in the wrong lane of traffic you need to go with traffic not against traffic and we both know you're going the wrong way of traffic >> I was >> okay >> I'm not even asking you >> that's fine >> whatever It's going to be good. >> Okay. All right. I didn't look at it. >> Why'd you take it over? >> To identify you. >> I don't know why you're being difficult. >> I'm not being difficult because you're just against my will. That's why. >> Yes. Cuz you violated the law. >> Why didn't you pull me over then? >> I tried. I got a car told you to stop. >> Lights on. >> Because I was trying to be courteous and have a have a normal discussion. You're going above and beyond. No, you just you just told me. I got Now I gota find your wallet. >> I didn't tell you nothing. >> Yeah, I do. I gota find your wallet cuz you refused to tell me your address. >> So now I got to dig through your pockets, find your wallet again. >> Well, why don't you put it back where you got it then? >> Okay. Need to uh You need me to What? Can't [ __ ] do nothing. Jesus Christ. Hey, can you show us show us real quick and get these cuts off? >> [ __ ] Christ, man. >> Well, next time we just cooperate. >> Next time you do your [ __ ] job, protect, sir. Don't harass and extort. >> All right, so listen. >> Christ, look at it. >> Listen. What's your badge number? >> Three. It's It's right here. Okay. So, listen. >> I'm listening. >> Three Three charges. Okay. Three charges. Obstructing obstruct identification. Yeah. >> In resisting. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> What did I resist? >> When I told you to stop and continue to ride the bike when >> when I told you to stop and continue to ride the bike. >> All right. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, >> I hope you got your body cam on. >> It is. >> And I hope your dash cam was on, too. >> It was. >> I sure hope >> I wasn't. >> Yeah. >> But we I mean, >> we were >> You were on the wrong side of the road. >> I was not on the wrong side of the road. >> So, when you >> you you didn't pull me over, sir. For one thing. >> I can still stop. >> But that's fine. You can't just stop anybody. You can't stop me. You got to have a reason to stop me. I did. >> You were in front of me. You stopped on the side of the dark road and you jumped. I was just having a conversation here. >> Yeah, just having a conversation. >> What lane of traffic were you in when you were driving that way? >> I was driving this way in this lane right here. Look at this. This car goes this way. >> Yep. And which >> what lane was you in? >> Well, >> you was going that way, wasn't you? >> Okay. >> Wasn't you? >> I was going I was in the right hand lane going north. You were in the lefth hand lane going north on the roadway. >> I don't know what north is. I don't I don't know. I don't know what. >> That's north. >> Okay, that's north. I was going north. >> And you're in the left lane, which is southbound traffic. >> You You was in the left lane. >> You did not jump out of this side. >> I >> You jumped out this side and walked across the street like this. >> Ah, thanks. You just proved my point. I parked my car at QC. >> Yeah. No, no, no, no. Not at QC, Mark. You parked it on the side of the road and you jumped out going like this. You said you're not in trouble, but I need to talk to you guys. >> You're right. I did pull into TC and then I was facing you and then that's what you said. You cross the street. >> You cross the street cuz you're in the wrong lane. >> You cross me, sir. >> You're in the wrong lane of traffic. Do you have any other questions for me? >> I don't I didn't have any questions except for what their badge number. That's the only one I had. >> It's on the paper. >> And that's what happens when you shut down an officer's ego. And you tell them no. Because in the beginning, this officer literally said, "Hey man, y'all not in trouble. I just want to talk to y'all." And when they said no, you can see this officer's whole attitude changes. >> Talk to you real quick. >> You guys aren't in trouble. Just need to talk to you real quick. >> They talk to me. Yeah, you. >> No, you ain't talking to me. >> All right, you got two options. You either stop or I'm going to get my car and I'm going to arrest you. All right. All right. You're You want to be arrested for resisting? That's fine. >> No reason to stop me. >> All right, let's go. >> Arrested for resisting when you literally just said that they're not in trouble. And this officer was so crazy about this damn reflected light that this guy had on his bike. This officer's willing to crash out about it. >> You don't have a light on the bike of your >> I don't need a light on the back of it. >> No, I don't. Show me where it says I'm being detained. >> Yes. >> For what? >> So get I just hold you. Like I said, they act like cryb babies when they don't get what they want. And how you know that this police department is corrupt? You can see where this officer was like giving him a signal. Hey man, uh, mute your body camera real quick so we can really talk. >> I can't wait for a situation to happen where all of a sudden thinks he muted his body camera when he really didn't. You just hear what they're really saying because they're just getting too comfortable doing this. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. How you feel about the Molen police officer for detaining this guy? All because he wanted to talk to him at first saying that he wasn't in trouble. And then when this guy said, "I don't want to talk to you." This officer want to say, "Oh, I I'll arrest you for resisting." Like this officer did not know what to say. Like he never got told no before, obviously. And then when they caught up to this dude having this officer just straight up crash out, start yelling, getting all upset. And it just goes to show, like I said, when they get told no, man, these officers, they just turn into complete monsters. And then another thing, they kept muting their body cameras. Like I just don't get why they even get the opportunity to mute that body camera. It just needs to stay on because these officers get too comfortable doing that. They over here giving signals out, hey man, mute it real quick so we could talk real quick. And it really is getting annoying to the taxpayers. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [Music]
