I was going to an un-related call and he
is right in the middle of the road and
flags me down and goes hey I need to
know where the police department is so
I'm like well let me get out of the road
and I'm like what do you need and he's
like well I'm looking for the police
department there's supposedly food there
I can get or something and I'm like yeah
and he's like you're one of your field
officers not you of course tried to
tried to talk me earlier in the park and
I had to run and I'm like uhhuh dispatch
we'll see and then he's talking to me
and I'm trying to kill time hoping
Count's coming and then he starts to
leave and I'm like hey man I was like
what's your name and he's like I gotta
and I'm like no you're not free to go
you're under arrest from earlier
and and I'm like stop this don't you're
going to make it worse and like Hing up
and kind of balls up his fist so I throw
a couple kicks and then he freaking huls
off punches me in the face so I go to
taser hit him with it twice no effect
then he starts running so I'm like cars
in the middle of the road I chase him
for like half a block I'm like no go
back plus my camera fell off during the
scuffle
