If you wore boots or high heels or flip-flops before starting the field sobriety test, you've already failed and you just don't know it. One of the indicators of impairment is you don't touch your heel to your toe when you walk and turn around on this line. So, if you're in flip-flops, you kind of can't put your heel to toe. And if you're in high heels, it's kind of the same thing. Do you take them off and do it barefooted? You don't take these tests. You never take a field sobriety test. I don't care what kind of shoes you've got on. If you don't believe me, go back and watch our long-form video on Tony Romo recently getting a DUI. He did it barefooted because I think he had flip-flops on. So, he took his shoes off and he tried to do it barefooted. And guess what? Showed indicators of impairment. Because of the adrenaline, you're not going to do well on these tests. That's why you follow this channel. Dr. Judge says, "Never take that, even when I'm sober." Because you're not going to pass it.
