What's wrong? You're tired? >> Yeah, I am actually. What's your name and date of birth? >> I don't have to give that unless >> Yes, sir. I was investigating >> reasonable suspicion? >> Do you want me to to put you in handcuffs right now? Yes, sir, I do. 77 whiskey mic detained. I don't know where his wallet is. >> Oh my gosh, we've got a whiskey mic. I'm going to call this guy whiskey mic. That's his new name. I don't care what his name is for this whole video. This guy's going to be whiskey mic. And you know what that means, right? She's saying 77 which is her call sign. She's got a white male detained. She calls white male whiskey mic. Get it? Whiskey, white, mic, male. Let's watch a really good video of a female officer tyrant and she agrees. [music] Watch this. >> HEY THERE. >> HEY. >> WHAT'S THIS IN YOUR BACK POCKET? >> Just for >> I just saw you walking at >> It's a navigational aid. What's the problem? You're tired? >> Yeah, I am actually. What's your name and date of birth? >> So there you go. Are you a tyrant? Yeah, I am by the way. What's your name and date of birth? Next clues officer, this guy's got a blind man cane in his back pocket. It's a navigational aid. What's the problem? So the problem is you've got a female cop tyrant who likes messing with people and when you push back, she's going to show you who's boss. Let's see where this goes. >> What's wrong? You're tired? >> Yeah, I am actually. What's your name and date of birth? Yes, sir. I was investigating Do you want me to to put you in handcuffs right now? Yes, sir, I do. >> What is your suspicion? >> It looked like you were carrying a gun in your back pocket. I'm stopping to make sure you're carrying it properly. You don't >> So let's stop right there. What's your reasonable articulable suspicion of a criminal offense? It looked like you were carrying a gun in your back pocket. Now, in this state, it's not illegal to carry a gun in your back pocket, officer. So you don't have RAS of a crime. You've got something that just stood out to you as something you didn't really recognize. I don't really know what it is you've got in your back pocket, but that's not a criminal offense. You can't stop him to make sure he knows how to carry a gun in his back pocket when he doesn't have a gun in his back pocket. He calls it a navigational aid. It's a blind man's cane, okay? It flips out. It's got those little elastic things. It flips out into I don't think he's completely blind cuz he was walking down the road without it, but he's probably legally blind. Let's learn more. Let's watch this video. >> Have you ensured that it's not a firearm? >> No, you keep turning side. You can't see it. You don't have to be a dick to me. >> Well, you're being one to me. >> No, sir. I'm doing my job. >> asking. Am I detained? >> Yeah, you are. What's your name and date of birth? >> It does not matter. >> Yes, sir. It does. >> Do you have a crime? >> Would you like me to put you in cuffs? It's right here. >> All right. >> I don't know why this guy thinks the supervisor is going to be any better cuz they never are. And if I'm teaching cops out there, if I can teach cops anything, if you're a supervisor and you see a cop like this make a mistake, tell her that she made a mistake, apologize to the guy, own it, and let him just walk away. Good grief. Be the adult in the room. >> Don't you know >> Sir, what did she stop you for? For a walking stick. >> So >> And it could look like a weapon. She asked you to really ensure that, okay? >> Now she >> Of course he's going to take out four. >> Okay. >> I don't need that ID unless reasonable articulated suspicion. >> And I have >> committed a crime, am committing a crime, or about to do a crime. >> Sir, and her suspicion was that you were armed. >> Okay, and she just asked me for your ID. >> Well, now she has verified that I am not armed. So, there is no problem. >> your ID or not? >> I do have my ID, but you don't need it. Okay? >> There we go. Cop's been stuffed. >> Sir, you just did that. >> Copy. 10-36 10-27. 77 whiskey mic 50. >> Do y'all know what a whiskey mic is? This guy is whiskey mic to me now. He should start a YouTube channel called whiskey mic. It's a white male, that's what it means. Cops are just trained to talk like that. I don't know why she didn't just say white male detained. >> I don't know where his wallet is. >> Where's your wallet at, sir? >> I don't answer questions. >> on me. >> It's okay. Where's your ID? >> I don't answer questions. >> Which pocket? >> You are not allowed to search me. >> That's a good answer. You're not allowed to search you. I don't consent to searches. I don't consent to this encounter. >> It's in this pocket. >> Okay, that's a full-on search. You can search a man if he's under arrest, search incident to arrest. You're allowed to dig in his pockets that deep like that. That doesn't look very officer safety to me reaching your hand deep down in somebody's pockets without patting it down first. I could criticize more of this officer. Sorry, sergeant. I don't know if I should call him a sergeant. He hasn't earned those stripes in my opinion. >> There you >> Thank you. >> I want your names and badge numbers. >> 1257 on 965427. >> Yeah, I'm 4427. >> 4427. >> Hotel 322457612540. >> So, she got what she was after. >> She had 2623 years old. >> Running into the warrants. I hope this guy's not coming to them. Ah, [screaming] an ambulance. It's okay. >> Sir, are you legally armed? >> Yes, I am. >> Good. >> I wonder why that mattered. >> I had to walk up here in the dark for jury duty, which was canceled. >> Why aren't you using your stick? >> You don't have to use your stick all the time. >> Not all the time. >> Why aren't you using your stick? >> 26. Three. All right, Mr. Hodges. Was that hard? >> All right, Mr. Hodges. Was that really that hard? She's just about to take his cuffs off and let him go. Is she going to follow through with that or is somebody going to be too butt hurt for that? [music] Watch this. >> It's going to be I want your name and your badge number. >> You know, I'll put him in jail for resisting. >> Okay. >> He back talked just too much. And I want your names and your badge numbers. And this other cop says, you know, this sergeant just says, "Put him in jail for resisting. He's not kowtowing to our every command and he obviously doesn't respect the police. Just show him who's boss." That's what happened. The sergeant 100% loses qualified immunity. I think the female cop does as well. There's no legitimate reason to arrest this man. He certainly wasn't resisting. Did you see resisting? Of course not. >> I want your name and badge number, too, sir. >> Okay. >> Will you pick my property up, please? >> I sure will. After you have a seat. >> You want to pull this out of my back pocket? >> Sure. Here, I'll grab your jacket for you, too. >> So, this is Jim Hodges. He's got a channel on YouTube. Go thank him and like, share, and subscribe his channel. He was exactly right. This was a complete violation of the law. This was a violation of his civil rights. I think they both lose qualified immunity here. I don't know why he dismissed his own lawsuit with prejudice. With prejudice means he can't come back and refile it. He probably didn't have a lawyer. There probably weren't a lot of damages here and sometimes civil rights lawyers are hard to find out there that will take cases where there's not significant injury and significant damages. Now, he spent 26 hours in jail, which I think is significant. I think that's significant enough to bring a federal lawsuit, and I think these cops should have been absolutely sued. So, Harrison was demoted from his sergeant position, which he should have been, and he was suspended for a week, and then the other officer was suspended for a couple of days. I think that's probably sufficient. Some of you will disagree with me. Some of you will absolutely think they should have been fired because they violated the civil rights of somebody under the color of law, and anybody that does that should be fired. I don't believe that way. I don't think this rises to the level of firing them, but it definitely rises to the level of taking that man's stripes cuz he's an idiot. He doesn't deserve to be a sergeant. He doesn't have the temperament for it, and he doesn't have the head knowledge. I'm sorry. Welcome back to patrol. So, as always, if you like this video, show me that you like it. Like, share, and subscribe. Send it to somebody that you love, and if you love bully cop videos, you're going to really like this one.
