All right, we're blind ranking crap again. The most common to the least common way you find out you had a warrant for your arrest. >> Getting pulled over for a broken taillight. >> I'm going to say number one. That's probably the most likely way that you're going to find out you've got a warrant for your arrest. >> Getting denied at a job background check. >> I'm going to say that's number five. I don't think a background check with an employer is going to tell you that you've got an outstanding warrant because that's not public yet. >> Getting arrested at the airport. >> Might be number four. Not a lot of people go to the airport when they've got criminal warrants outstanding. >> A friend sees it on a public records website. >> Oh, that's number I wish I had number four back. Nobody sees outstanding warrants on public record searches. I as a night court judge have access to a database that tells that, but as a defense lawyer, I don't have that access. >> Calling the courthouse yourself to check. >> Calling the courthouse yourself to check, I'm going to call that number two since that's all I've got left. That should be number four cuz you're more likely to fly and find out than you are to call the courthouse and find out cuz the courthouse is not going to know. If they do know, they're not going to be able to tell you. They think if they tell you, you're going to run, so that's not likely.
