blue watch this video the officers yelled profanities directed at the officer as he drove by the stop without informing dispatch officer sanders immediately jumped into his patrol vehicle and initiated a stop on the vehicle get that a car rolled by and one of the kids yelled profanities at this police officer washington insurance catholic i pulled over yeah i'll be glad to tell you just one second now these kids aren't smart enough to say no officer why don't you tell me now and before i give you my driver's license tell me what crime you've suspected me of committing i mean if you know i i'm not one to be a jerk to police but when the police pull you over they should have a reason i don't do these first amendment audits where i go up on the people and take my camera up on the cops and see how much i can agitate them and put my hands in my pockets and you know go take pictures of their of their personal vehicles and walk along the parking lot and peek in the windows that's what some of these first amendment audit people do they peek in the windows and they take pictures and they take pictures of povs out out in the parking lot and they do this stuff just to get noticed and then they so they can get the police to come out there and and create a scene but this is different this is uh young boys i mean i've got five boys i used to be a young boy i've done stupider stuff than this probably i ain't probably but absolutely but these boys don't know enough to say no i understand my rights officer this is why i tell parents to teach your kids what their rights are is everybody all right what's going on who yelled out how long you had your license over six months over six months everybody you're good to hell everybody around here i'm gonna ask you one time yes sir all right if you don't we're gonna go another route with it who yelled out of your jeep when you went by us it was brandon who brandon which one was brandon in the front seat if you don't we're gonna go another route with it this this cop right here he's a bully what you have to say nothing no tell me one more time you going to jail son officer sanders informs mr hughes that if he repeats what he had yelled out the window that he was going to go to jail as mentioned on many episodes of ata the supreme court has routinely held that profanity is protected under the first amendment and that protection extends i'm going to skip regulating the law failed significant amount of verbally unlikely that a court would find this stop to be legitimate on the basis of mr hughes choice of words what's your name brandon hughes i know who you are is this time you need to say to us that you want to yell out the window who are you yelling you're sorry get your hands out of your pockets why you want to say that [Music] f the police son why are you saying then you think it's going to make you a bad for something in front of everybody no sir i don't because i'm getting frustrated you want the police well here i am right here brother i don't want to why not you're a tough guy come on you seem like a little baby the day you was in court remember yes sir i'm giving you every opportunity no sir then why you want to yell about it when you're in front of your buddies right there is it cool no sir you trying to be a bad in front of them you sure yes i'm giving you every opportunity you understand officer sanders i said sounds like a threat to me this cop is just is just a bully uh this station goes on to you know teach you about your rights it's a good it's a good channel actually it's officer it's audit to audit um and so it's it's one that every now and then i'll happen up on a video here by audit the audit and they just take these dash cam footages and evaluate them based upon uh the law and they give they give both the citizen and the cop agreed at the end as to how well they've done or how bad they've done that officer sanders violated not a thing now let me ask you this what have i ever done to you besides this what has my partner ever done to you not a thing not a thing right so why do you want the police no it's a little bit more than being stupid is what i think no it's it's just being dumb that's it so do you let me ask you something not anything more selling weed or having weed on you you think somebody's gonna try to cut you a break if i go to jerking everybody out that jeep and i find one ounce of weed do you think i'm gonna take everybody to jail yes sir no sir just me no well i'm gonna take every one of your friends to jail yes sir sorry i didn't understand the question how old are you 6 17. i didn't know y'all could be so stupid anymore everybody get out of the jeep how old are you because you ain't winning no spelling bee right now yourself i'm fixing to show you every one of you and every ounce of this jeep my so help me god if i find one seed every one of you is going to go to jail because of the police son officer sin because you said f the police i'm going to illegally search every one of you and illegally search your vehicle without a warrant and without probable cause just because i can this kind of cop is is the definition of dark blue this is this is why we exist we exist to find cops like this we exist to eradicate law enforcement of jackasses like this so this is a recent video i'm shocked that that cops in this day and age will still will act like this but you know you you do have dumb cops out there and bullies will be bullies peters threatens to search and arrest everyone in the vehicle for mr hughes's remarks now we'll give him this to conduct what appears to be a plain view search he doesn't go through the car and he doesn't actually pat down any of the boys because his buddy comes up and his officer uh partner comes up and says yeah what you did wasn't really against the law um let's see if i can get that part here here we go it's funny ain't it y'all laugh huh did you laugh did you laugh [Music] you think it's funny i think it's funny the smartest right here says the police oh yeah yeah you want fur bird you can get back into the jeep son you ain't done nothing wrong y'all took pile back in there y'all ain't done nothing wrong ain't no sense and i'll pay him for this stupid man that's that knucklehead off of elm street right there yeah yeah i remember y'all thought he don't believe it but i swear to god i can beat him in basketball you can't shoot you still gotta play me he's still waiting for you i've been asking you since i was on elders dude let me tell you something i got two tour league tournament ligaments i will smoke both of y'all y'all could play two on one let me tell you something he's basically you'd be so you'd be on your little skinny i'm telling you something if you hang around like this somebody's breaking in somebody's going to somebody's going to mess with it hey let me ask you this you're upset because you did it are you upset because you got caught honestly both was disrespectful when i was raised better yeah this kid's trying to be polite i mean he's gone way over and above um what i would have expected you know to apologize but this cop's not having any of it this cop won't be apologized to he's a bully he got on the force so he could be a bully he he applied for the police department so he could bully people he's part of the problem this officer right here is the definition of dark blue so when you stand against dark blue or you support our organization or you go sign our pledge your citizen pledge or your officer pledge you're supporting the eradication of bullies like this now you're wondering how this i mean these young kids didn't know well enough to report this but somebody anonymously reported it probably one of these kids went to um went to their parents i don't know and reported him because he got investigated and then suspended it first and ultimately within a week was fired i don't know i mean what you did is not breaking the law you didn't break the laws freedom of speech yes yes it is just not breaking the law it's freedom of speech and yet you still got pulled over harassed illegally searched and you know i i would say look officer you can you can arrest me or you can cuss me out but you ain't gonna do both so anyway i hate bullies like that you ask a good cop what he hates the worst and he'll tell you it's bad cops like that cops like that need to be exposed and eradicated and though the police department there is a better place without this officer i can promise you that i will say that he was like i said he was investigated and uh and he was later fired he has appealed that firing but all you got to do is watch this video i mean he was clearly in the wrong uh the video i teased earlier i did a video earlier tonight let me show you that one the these second amendment audits are just well what we say down here in the south is bless your heart you guys are just stupid this is obviously that's not an open carry ability yep a rifle is not but a pistol is and this is a pistol correct but i don't have any i got to confirm that you got to confirm it yes so you will are you videotaping yes just to see what type of rise you get out of people when they call yeah this is a second amendment audit yeah um we're going to see if you guys respect the second amendment and how you respond to someone carrying a pistol okay well i appreciate you causing panic can you turn around yes thank you so it's got less than a 16 inch barrel it's got the go ahead and take that off okay he said i appreciate you causing a panic which i'll flip it around slow down just practices i see right here this this what looks like a butt stock is actually hollow you slide your arm in it um and it is got less than a 16 inch barrel if it's less than a 16 inch barrel with a butt stock it's an sbr it's an illegal firearm to possess without a federal federal firearms tax stamp this is a pistol technically because this stock is hollowed out it's actually a a brace that you wrap this strap around your forearm and you can hold it with one hand it is classified as a pistol yes it is uh cmmg cmmg nine millimeter you understand what that looks like i understand exactly what some people that don't know it could look like or from a distance yeah and you're walking around in a park first you're going to get a lot of that and we want to not with rifles but yeah do you have a federal tax amp no there's no need for a federal tax stamp no need no no sir that's the 16 it is with the brace that hooks to your arm that is what classifies it as a pistol [Music] i will say these cops dig out their little code book because they want to check it actually they're online looking through the so what's your reason for coming out here yeah let's listen to this tons of kids playing baseball just look at this see it doesn't make sense to me i'm just asking you yeah it's um part of it's an education good question such as you guys don't know that that's a pistol or rifle you're having to check it out right now that looks like a rifle it looks like one yeah um in tulsa where we've been doing it we've got it to the point where when people call in the officers just drive by and they know who we are and we're on our way they don't even make contact why well it's a second amendment audit so in tulsa where we do this we do this in tulsa in tulsa we do this and in tulsa they just drive by and in tulsa tulsa uh they just know us over there in tulsa you're an idiot sir and you're not helping the second amendment cause i'm an advocate for the second amendment trust me i have an ffl i i'm a i'm a licensed federal firearms licensed dealer you're not helping and you're bringing undue attention to the fact that this brace makes that a pistol and if you weren't paying attention a couple of weeks ago our our president biden said that he was going to come after those braces and make them illegal so good job let's bring more focus and more attention to it let's get more people out in public scared of them you're not educating anybody in the public you're educating five or six police officers right here who probably should have known anyway that that's a pistol with the brace but what good have you done so you've educated five police officers here and a bunch of police officers in tulsa apparently like that's supposed to mean something oh well we go to tulsa all the time he mentions tulsa i know you hadn't watched the whole video five or six times about tulsa oh tulsa tulsa yeah we go to tulsa and they just drive by and they just don't even make contact anymore you're a freaking idiot and you're not helping anybody and in the day and age of active shooters um you're lucky if you don't get mistaken for one and shot by some would-be hero citizen who thinks you're an active shooter in the park and god forbid you be out there carrying this pistol when a real active shooter does come along and you would become quickly the target i got no respect for you and your and your crew your second amendment audit crew y'all just need to go home because you're not helping anybody shame on you that's how i feel about it i'm all for the first amendment and the second amendment i like all the amendments i'm a constitutionalist i have one handy everywhere i go everybody ought to get one of these and i don't know what's in it i have several of them laying around rand paul sent me another one just the other day it's right over there very nice but in my opinion um if you got an sbr that's classified as a pistol because you've got this cool little brace keep it to yourself you're not helping anybody so i appreciate you watching if you like this video
