Sir, what I was going to tell you IS >> I DON'T GIVE A We are not in the business of you pulling me over and telling me don't eat [snorts] yellow, sir, blah blah blah. No, you pull me over in an in an aggressive manner, right? Give me my ticket and up. >> I'm not pulling over in an aggressive manner. >> The way you came up to me and approached me like I was going to be intimidated by some blue line. Give me mying ticket. >> Ouch, man. This guy is fired up. All right. This is not what I teach you to do. This guy has watched a lot of YouTube. He's very familiar with the lackluster channel and a couple of the other ones who do this for a living. This cop has pulled over the wrong YouTuber here. Okay, we got this from his channel Anonymized. So, go give him the the like, share, and subscribe that he deserves for this content. He schoos this officer, [music] man. He just really he shut this officer down from the jump. Let's watch how aggressive this driver talks to this police officer and how the police officer ultimately just caves. The officer is absolutely intimidated by this driver. So you can see just past that cop. The cop gets in behind him and blue lights him. There's the berries and cherries. You can tell this guy's annoyed already. So, he pulls off the interstate to a safe location. >> The officer does a passenger side approach. >> Roll out your window. >> It's fine. >> Roll out your window. >> No, it's fine. >> I'm not not asking you a question. >> Well, it's a good thing you're not asking me a question cuz I don't answer questions. >> It's fine. >> I am not asking you a question. >> Give me my ticket. Do you want me to have Highway come and break this window? >> Give me my ticket. >> Down your window. >> Give me my ticket, sir. >> So, you heard that. Do you want me to have Highway come break this window? Cuz I'm too scared to break your window. But Highway, if I call Highway in here, man, they're going to break your window. No. They're probably going to know the law. They're probably going to realize that he has the right to keep his window cracked if he wants to. >> Down your window. >> What am I being pulled over for? >> Um, because you just went to the carpool lane and you were a single lane driver. This is an exit to get off on this in the carpull lane. Doesn't start till back there. Yes, it is. >> No, it's not. >> Give me my ticket or off. One of the two. >> Give me my ticket or off. No, >> this is an exit lane, sir. The carpull lane ends a long time ago. You're upset cuz I went past you. >> This is not an exit lane for >> It absolutely is. The carpull lane ends back there by Paris Lane. I drive this every day. No. >> Off and give me my ticket here. Off. [ __ ] the [ __ ] off. >> I'm sorry, pastors. I'm just reporting. My pastors watch this channel. >> Wrong ID here. This one. Give me my military ID back. You're a [ __ ] >> Okay, Mr. Bucker. >> You're a [ __ ] At this point, I execute my fifth amendment right to remain silent. Good job. >> I execute my fifth amendment right to remain silent. >> Keep a hold of that. >> No. >> I'm not going to give you a ticket. Now, guess what? Because of this because of this this this interaction here, this is going to go viral. You have no idea who I have connections with. This is going to be on lackluster. It's going to be on audit the audit. You pull me over for no reason. >> And it's going to be on Dr. Judge. >> Give me my ticket and off, >> Mr. Booker. >> No. Get here. >> I'm not driving. >> Then give me my trying to talk to you for a moment. Give me my No, you up. You have no idea who I am and the connections that I have. You pull me over. Give me my mothering ticket and off. >> Okay, sir. What I was going to tell you is >> I don't give a [ __ ] We are not in the business of you pulling me over and telling me don't eat your snow, sir, blah blah blah. No, you pull me over in a in an aggressive manner. Right. >> How did I come up aggressive? Well, you threatened to call Highway to break my window out. We'll start there. You demanded that I roll my window down when it butt hurt you because I only rolled it down to two or three inches. So yeah, you were really aggressive with this guy because you thought you were going to manhandle him. This guy manhandled you. >> Give me my Give me my Okay. >> Now, at that point, he is right. If he says, "I'm not going to write you a ticket. The stop is over. Then give me my stuff back and go about your merry way." But the cop wants to demand that he agree with him. He wants to explain himself. It gets a little worse for this cop. >> Sir, let me calm down. Am I detained? >> Yes. >> Okay, then give me then then go write my ticket. Give Sir, you have give me my military ID back. You cannot hold it. Give it to me. Now, here's here's this. Take that. Go give me a ticket or give me a warning or do what you have to do. But guess what? This interaction will be on YouTube and I'm coming for you. though. >> I'm not worried about >> Go off public servant. Do your job. This is the exit lane. The corporal lane ends BACK IN PARISH. I DRIVE THIS every day. >> Get it. >> Giving your stuff back. >> Give it to me. >> Okay. What I was going to >> I don't give a >> I don't give a you. >> He insisted on telling him. What I was going to say was thank you for your service, sir. How many of you think that that was even remotely genuine? It wasn't. This cop knows he's messed up. He's realized, hey, it is an exit lane. He probably has the right to get off on the exit, even if he's got one [music] passenger. He complained on this cop. He went straight to the department. They saw the aggressive nature of this police officer and they saw that he was wrong. And now the police officer under heavy pressure from his department wants to apologize to this guy publicly. Let's watch [music] that part. Hello. >> Hey, Aaron. The Sergeant Sers. >> Hey. >> Hey. Is now good? >> Yeah. Yeah, I'm good now. >> Okay, perfect. Yeah. So, I'm here uh with Detective Kitchen. Um and I I understand you uh spoke with our chief earlier today. >> Yes. Yes. He uh >> Okay. >> He he called me and was very um apologetic and it's the first time that ever happened to me. I I really appreciated it actually. >> Yeah. I'd like to pass the phone off to Detective Kitchen for a minute and then after he's done chatting with you for a minute, if you have any questions for me, great. Um, and if not, that's okay, too. Mr. Booker, sorry about that. Detective Kitchen here. >> Um, so let me explain again. Um, so the initial reason for my stop was I was under the assumption that that was an HO exiton lane, which I did explain to you, but after the fact, I have found out that that's incorrect. You are allowed to exit there. So, I do want to apologize to you for stopping you there. I'm not above admitting that I don't know everything. I didn't know that that was, you know, an exit as well lane. So, I do apologize for the initial stop. Um, and also, you know, when I got to your window and and [music] told you to put the window down, you told me no. I shouldn't have told you that I was going to have your window broken by another agency and let myself get amped up. So, I apologize as well for letting myself get to that. I appreciate that and I will accept your um apology. >> Nice. >> What I do want to say, you know, like that's what you're presenting to me. I I I choose to believe different. I I think that you pulled me over because I passed you and you just wanted to flex on me. Um I believe that cuz there was other cars that were right next to you that had a single passenger and you didn't do anything to them. You targeted me cuz I I I passed. that's here nor nor there. What I do want to say is that, you know, had had you simply just approached me, you know, like there there is no law that requires us to roll the window the whole way down. Some people choose to crack it for their own protection so their door isn't snatched over, snatched open or or or whatever the case may may be. But we have our reasons of doing that. The only thing that that we ask is that you just do your job according to the law. It's equivalent to like going to check out at a grocery store. You don't have to interact with that cashier if you don't want to, but they have to ring up your stuff. That's how a traffic stop should be. So, that's a good analogy. When we go to the grocery store, if we don't want to interact with the cashier and be nice and cordial and have small talk with the cashier, I don't know why you wouldn't cuz, you know, I go to the Piggly Wiggly and cross planes all the time. I'm sweet as pie to that cashier because, you know, that's just who I am. But I don't have to interact with her. Cops have a job to do. If they pull you over, here's my ID. Here's my registration. Write me a ticket. You're wrong. Write me the ticket and shut the f up. He was a potty mouth 100%. But he was right. Cops need to realize lots of people are watching YouTube now. I've got nearly a million followers over all of my platforms. I get probably 50 million views a year at least. So, lots of people are watching this kind of content to learn how to engage with the police. This guy's 100% spot on. >> I've definitely learned learned from it and I hope that you learned from it, too. And please don't do this to any anybody else cuz it just it just paves the way for abuse of of power and it's just not right. >> Yep. I agree. >> Okay. All righty. Thank you. I appreciate your time. >> Thank you. >> So, what did you think about that? I thought it was a reasonable apology on both sides. I thought welldeserved apology on both sides. And I I don't know that this cop has really learned his lesson. And I hope other police officers who watched my channel, and there are a lot of you out there, I know that. I mean, you've you've told me. Um you've called me. You've you've addressed me in court. Nobody's ever said anything negative to my face. I think they might behind my back, but you know, oh well. I teach law enforcement how to understand how to learn the laws that they're sworn to enforce. And I teach people how to engage and interact with the police who may have never done that before. Cuz it's stressful on both sides. And people handle stress differently. And if you handle stress like this guy did and you blow up, it's going to escalate the encounter. The cop escalated the encounter from the jump. But the cop's right. If if he hadn't threatened to break the window, if he would have just said, "That's fine. You can leave your window cracked. The reason I pulled you over was blah blah blah. This stop might have gone differently. I do believe this driver probably still would have cussed him out because he knew he was right. And he was right. And I think he was right about everything. I think he was right about the stop. I think this police officer stopped him because he drove past the police officer to get in the lane to get off the interstate. And when he passed the police officer, the police officer was like, "How dare you pass [music] me when I'm going the speed limit?" I think that's why he got stopped. What do you think? Comment below. And if you are one of those that learns from this channel, like, share, and subscribe number one. Ding, ding, ding. Click all so you'll be notified when we go live and when we post new videos. And share it with somebody. Share this knowledge with people that you know and love. Everybody needs to learn this kind of stuff. Everybody. I would love to see more cops do that. When they realize they've made a mistake, own it and apologize for it if you've done wrong. But, you know, we don't get those videos cuz they're not juicy. But if you liked this juicy video and you want to see another juicy video, check this one out.
