to take a look at this uh a couple of videos a video from a citizen a concerned citizen who had called in the report to the police so we're going to get to actually see mr jules driving he's a real jewel let me just tell you another oppressed entitled politician gets uh mistreated by the police according to his lawyer they're going to file a lawsuit for alleging excessive force but you be the judge was this excessive or did he kind of ask for it i don't know i've got my opinions and i'll let you know what they are here directly but first of all thanks for joining us police and the police uh we're live on stand against dark blue on facebook and youtube i want you to comment on this video like this video share this video and let's do it here we go john jewell kind of kept veering around through traffic and then he ended up on the left side shoulder just good i guess he didn't get seriously injured you know we lost him for probably like three three to five miles and then still on 96 west we saw him kind of on the right side again going about 50 55 and that's when he kind of went back over and that's when i had the video i started recording and he almost hit the bridge right before the latin exit and that's when we we ended up getting off and he kept going it was a black chevy tahoe like suv kind of tinted windows on it in the play said elected i i saw what he looked like and he looked younger and whatnot and he was african-american and so i got the link right away i could tell by his hair and everything i was like whoa i'm like that that's totally him we're gonna do this one step at a time that's right totally him that's totally him his his tag says elected he's proud i mean i you know i'm not i'm not saying he shouldn't be proud he's he should be proud he got elected to uh the legislature up there in michigan and he's a state representative he's got a little bit of power i'm sure but i think he thinks he's got a little more power than he really actually does can i get my phone first no right now i want your id and your driver's license okay i can't do that the only he says i can't do that i know it's kind of hard to hear the only reason okay so he just asked for his driver's license and he says i can't do that he was about to explain why he can't do that um not that he had a good excuse but they promptly take him into custody the only the only reason i'm pissing up the toes don't catch up [Applause] that's not he said it's not going to be good it's not going to be good for y'all i write y'all's budget bro oh god governor with me right now he wants to give it to him i'll give it to you but i'm going to call gretchen whitman right now by the way gretchen whitmer is the governor of michigan so he's threatening to call the governor i'm he's hollering out yeah help me i'm being abused by the police cause i'm black when i call aggression i need your ids and bathrooms everything i told you all right if you if you [Music] dude [Music] okay so what do you think he's a real jewel for sure um there's another video that i thought i had i've pulled into this um this video but let me give you just a second here sorry there's some um they're they're fixing to take this guy's mug shot okay he's still i mean this is hours later he's still a little drunk i'm not going to lie my personal opinion anyway and i've you know as a former cop and a dui defense lawyer i've seen a lot of drunk people and he strikes me as is still under the influence even here the law says like you can't like carry cpo with a mask on but i i mean we all wear masks and i was wondering you cannot wear the mask can i wear the mask it's in dlc what about kobe you'll get it after the fact that come on over here you're going to stand up your regulation show me the regulation where i don't know where she's in the picture i've been more than accommodating hey and i appreciate it then why are you being difficult man this is a picture hey i got to take this so show me in your stuff where it says i have to wear a mask in my pictures i know it's not in there i don't want i just wanna hear it you're right because you can't wear a mask in the picture so we'll see it so i'm not gonna know we're beyond this point okay we're beyond this point yeah so does anybody think that he's making sense here just show me in your show me um hey star you did catch it live welcome to the show and um you like them both but if you have to choose you choose the blue okay good to know so i've got like a little fuzz there i don't know why it's the lighting um so jule jones here wants to wear his mask for his mugshot photo and he's just kind of like talking out of his head he's not really making sense here um first he says he doesn't want to wear the mask and he's not required to wear the mask then he wants to wear the mask and now he wants them to show him the regulation that says he cannot wear the mask in the mugshot photo and they said i don't got to show you that um i don't have to show you that because you know you'll get your mask after you take your mug shot photo and we'll put you in the holding cell and and he's just insistent you know he's he's trying to let these guys know he's in charge he's got all the authority and they're just a bunch of knuckleheads that are in his way because now you're not complying with orders so now you're changing the domain the demeanor of this place right i don't know yes you are you're asking your family i said no i'm not showing you this the governor literally says we have to work believe me the governor knows about this right now they know about this yeah and everything is being recorded no cretchy called us bud she calls you yes you better start complying before gretz finds out bud oh man you called gretchen he's on first name best basis with gretchen apparently they're friends so gretchen's the governor again of michigan he's a state representative which means he's on the legislature there in michigan i don't know how big his district is doesn't really matter he's he's an elected official and he should know better he's been arrested for dui um let's see if i can pull in these charges he was charged with dui resisting arrest let's see here and i think evading arrest he had a vanity plate uh with elected on it and had some pretty dangerous driving not gonna lie i mean he's lucky he's he's alive honestly even worse because guess what you know what big gretch is the homie okay she finds out about this she might be a little upset about the treatments i'm finding out because she's very serious oh i don't think she has to worry about that very same about she's very serious about my name so i'm just wondering can i wear them uh big gretch she's the homie big big gretch she's the homie come on man what's wrong with you you're a grown man and you're talking like a ninth grader and she's gonna be pretty upset with the treatment i'm not gonna lie because uh she's pretty serious about this pandemic and wearing your mask yeah i can tell that from the pictures of her on the beach but you cannot wear the mask while you're getting your picture taken because i can't shake it with us i'm not showing you anything listen this is the last time i'm asking you the next time i'm telling you and after that you all will have to hold me over there if if if you can't find in the regulations see i can't wait to show this to the to the governor if you can't find it where's codify where it says wear masks i'm not going to stand up there i'll stand over there and let you all hold my arms but i want to stand over there by myself so hey so you keep getting closer i'm just going to let you know you don't have to get closer just let me know you all will hold my arms and i'll step on the ground huh i'll stand over there if y'all hold my arms uh but don't get close to me cause you know i don't want you getting close to me but i'll stand over there if both of you hold my arms and it looks like you're making me do it that's what he's saying here i'll stand over there and get my picture taken if both of you deputies will hold me down for the picture if you tell me you're gonna do that i'll go do that i'll go go do it for you otherwise you're gonna have to give me a mask so i can cover my face for the mug shot sorry should have my phone off i mean come on really seriously sometimes well i'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and i'm going to tell him i'm going to tell you it's probably the alcohol he's probably really not that stupid but honestly i could be wrong man i'll stand up there i'll let you all hold my arms if y'all say that's what y'all got to do but if you can't find it codified where it says i have to wear a mask when i take pictures because i know i've taken pictures of people before it's never said i haven't again uh if you can show me where i don't have to wear a mask uh because i know you can't show me that because you don't have to wear a mask when you're getting your picture taken because it's not codified you know how i know that let's see how he knows that and then we've just erupted the people before where it says i have to wear a mask i'm sorry i'm gonna back it up just a little bit i shouldn't have stopped it mid play you can't find it codified where it says i have to wear a mask when i take pictures because i know i've taken pictures of people before it's never said i haven't had a fair mask or not you know why because the pandemic just erupted out of here okay you can stay in here until you want to comply and guess what you don't get a rain until you're done it's that simple you can stay in here till you comply and guess what you're not going to get arraigned or get out of jail or be able to bond out until we get your mug shot so stay in there till you sober up come out here and be reasonable and take your mug shot without your mask on i'm just he's just he's he's so entitled yeah he could he could be high on something too i don't know um i haven't seen a blood talks on him um don't be so sure right i and there's my my brother-in-law jeff shout out to jeff in north carolina uh he figured out the technology and how to comment on his fire stick he was watching it on fire stick the other day and didn't know how to comment but hat tip to jeff learning how to comment on the fire stick so north carolina's in the house anyway um that's really all i wanted to show you tonight i'm i'm curious what you think about uh the the jewel up there and he's a real jewel he's kind of a tool honestly i shouldn't have said that i'm trying to be nicer on this show i i got criticized by somebody um i was wearing my i think i had like jesus as king on my shirt last week and i s i said something about the senator that got arrested for dui i said just you know she's wearing the mask over her chin i said wear the mask don't wear the mask just don't wear it over your chin if you're going to wear the mask wear it right you're not helping anybody wearing it over your chin and i said something about you know for christ's sake wear the mask right or take the mask off or something and somebody criticized me for using the lord's name in vain but i've talked about that on another show using the lord's name in vain is not in biblically it's not like what most people think it's not saying gd or for christ's sake or something like that the commandment do not thou shall not take the lord's name in vain is actually meant to say you shall not take up the name of the lord you shall not you know not say that you're a christian while you're walking in the world in the world so don't take up the name of the lord and and tell everybody that you're his don't tell everybody you're serving jesus while you're walking in the world that's what do not take the lord's name in vain means it means do not take up the lord's name in vain it doesn't mean just do not cuss saying gd or something like police all over the country are being in are being attacked by people because they're emboldened by these politicians who are basically saying that's okay to do it's okay to attack the police and don't get me started at any rate um that will be on wednesday i apologize i said tomorrow tomorrow we're not going to be here uh my son is coming in from the air force from washington and so we and
