Somebody follows you in a road rage incident, and you pull over and jump out and go back to their car. Are you all right, or are you arrested? That's all wrong, and the reasons are obvious. You don't know who this person is. You don't know what they're capable of doing. You don't know whether or not they're armed. I'm not sure if you're armed, but if you're armed, you're even in a worse situation if you get out of the car, cuz now you've gotten out of the car with a firearm, and you could potentially get shot if they perceive you to be a threat with a firearm. And you certainly don't want to pull the firearm and have it at your side as you walk up to their car. That's aggravated assault every day of the week, and you're going to get charged with it. So, if you're in a situation where somebody brake checks you, just pull over and let them go on. If they pull over behind you, stay in your car, get on the phone with the police, tell the police what's going on, get your video camera out, and record that interaction. Make sure your recording's going so that you can be heard, and most of it can be seen.
