Welcome back to the channel, man. It's your boy Hood News Cass, man. You see from the title and the thumbnail what's going on, man. A subscriber sent me this video, man, of a unarmed black man >> [bell] >> being shot by Texas State Trooper, man. Um By the way, uh this video is brought to us from this guy called Harvey Freebird on Facebook, man. Be sure to check him out, man. Link to the description will be in uh link to the video will be in the description. I'm talking too fast. Sorry about that. But yeah, man, let's get right into it, man. >> Welcome back to the channel, everybody. This is Officer Nino's dash camera from May 18th, 2026, when he fatally shot and deleted Randy Martin. Now, viewer discretion is advised. I was not even expecting it to be this bad. It is a lot worse than what I thought. Now, the Texas Rangers allegedly investigated this. They investigated themselves and found no wrongdoing. Then the Texas Rangers presented this to a grand jury in an obviously biased way because the grand jury did not indict Officer Nino. And after watching this, I don't see how that's possible. Uh in my opinion, Randy Martin was cooperating. He got out. He put his hands behind his back. Um Nino should have just put him in handcuffs when he put his hands behind his back. Instead, Nino started trying to crank up on his arms in an unnatural manner, and who isn't going to protest and try to get their arms back in a manner that doesn't hurt? Then out of nowhere, Nino punches the guy in the face. This is Randy Martin's car right in front of Nino. We're going to count Officer Nino run about four stop signs, if I remember right. And um if that was me, they would arrest me, seize both of my phones, and serve search warrants on my phone for a Class C misdemeanor, just like they did about a year ago. So, the audio hasn't kicked on yet. I will tell y'all that the audio is a little bit ahead No, a little bit behind the video because after Nino unloads his magazine or clip or whatever you want to call it, then you're going to hear all the gunshots. That's the K9 dog you hear in the back making all that noise. Also, I want to point one more thing out and then I'm going to shut up. Officer Nino had a dog. He could have used the dog. He could have used a taser or he could have used pepper spray. >> As we can see right now, obviously they're just talking. And as you heard from the guy in the beginning, man, this is Officer Nino. And the guy that he's talking to is Mr. Randy Martin, who is no longer with us. Apparently, this officer shot and killed Randy at the traffic stop in front of his wife. And also, he was unarmed as as well. So, but you know, you guys can be the judge of the video. You know, let us know what you think in the comments, man. Uh me personally, I'll give you guys my opinion after the after we watch it. I ain't going to lie, he's a pretty decent tall guy. Like, he's about 6'4" right here. Might be 6'6". The officer might just be tall. And here we go. Here we go. Now, you you you see Officer Nino trying to take control. I guess detain Mr. Randy for some odd reason. I have no idea why. I wish they would have gave us the body cam. That would have been great. But, you can clearly see he's still resisting. But, it doesn't look like he's resisting. It look like he just want to know what's going on. Why are you doing this? Instead of like cuz he's not trying to really pull away from him. He's more of a like Why are you doing Oh oh lord, he just punched him. Now it's on. Now he don't He ain't trying to grab his gun or anything. Oh. Oh. Oh. Damn. I wasn't expecting that. Wow, now he's handcuffing [laughter] him. Handcuffing a dead man. I get it. It's protocol. You got to handcuff people. >> And that dog is back there going crazy. [laughter] Y'all hear that dog going crazy? >> that immediately showed up and started rendering aid, but I think that was good of them to do that. Officer Nino was more worried about searching the car, pointing a gun at the girl sitting over there on the grass. I do want to say rest in peace Randy Martin, and I want to send my condolences to all of his family and the woman that was with Randy. I'm sure this was a very traumatic thing to go through, and I am sorry for your loss. And I am sorry that the corrupt government in Galveston County failed you. Also, there was about an hour and a half worth of footage released, so there's an hour more after this. I just wanted to show you guys this 10-minute part. But if you want to watch the whole thing without the blur, you can go to the I-45 Now app, and the complete video is there without the blur. Obviously, I had to blur out some parts because of YouTube and Facebook's rules. But like I said, the complete unblurred video is on the I-45 Now app. We'll see y'all later. Make sure you smash the like button, even though this was a horrible video to watch. But when you hit the like button, it helps spread the video to more people. Make sure you're subscribed, follow the channel for more updates. I'll see y'all later. So, subscribers, I need your honest opinion, uh followers. What do y'all think about that video? Do y'all think it was justifiable? You think the officer should have punched him? I mean, he wasn't listening. We do see he wasn't listening. I mean, I'm just going to keep it real here. No, I'm not trying to be on the cop's side or anything like that, but if he just would have listened, he probably still would have been here. Even though the officer probably was a butt. Probably was. That's neither here nor there. But, if you would have just listened, man, it it would have been justified It would have been um you would have still been here, brother. Um Obviously, the officer made him very upset for some reason. Uh I wish we could have got the body cam. Matter of fact, let's just go read the comments here, man. Um you want to know where the video came from? This is where we just watched it from on Facebook, man. Harvey Freebird, man. He got a 209k followers. He's a free press police accountability uh first amendment civil rights activist, you know, stuff like that. You know already know the type of stuff. But, let's find the post and read comments. Let's see what comments we got here, man. See You see what I'm saying? Look, first comment, "I would love to see the body cam and see why they stopped him first." I just said that. Look at that. "Where's the body cam?" I mean, it does look like murder. Um Let's see. "Was a weapon recovered?" No, a weapon was not recovered. Where he got shot? "Drugs not weapon. Okay. Dude only pointed out he threw something. Okay. Cop did run a stop sign. We did witness cop run four stop signs. Yeah, he did start cranking on his arm. After that punch in his face, a person has the right to defend themselves. Wrong. Police are allowed to use strikes like that. Not really, but yeah. Yeah, man, they are. They are. Um Short man syndrome. I don't think he was a short cop. I just think that guy was real tall. >> [laughter] >> Then you got someone saying, "I'm I think I'm with the cop on this one." Let's see what the reply is on that one, man. Such a brown loser, noser, noodle, whatever that is. What did he throw? Auto. When you reach for the officer weapon, you are likely not going to make it home that day. All you had to do was comply. Man, where did you see him reaching for the officer weapon? Nah, man, I ain't going to read that. They on they on they on some [ __ ] on that one. Man, we we know [clears throat] we didn't see that. Yeah, we need the audio of them talking. Damn, someone said he didn't render aid cuz he was going to plant something in his car. Wow, that is That's crazy. >> Definitely a bad shoot. I'm sure the claim will be he was resisting and once done that she being that far up. >> Yeah. Let me see. >> So why handcuff a man down? He actually been a little aggressive and call for backup before going to this extreme. >> I mean, I agree. But backup was right down the street. We clearly saw them get there in in under 2 minutes, man. They got there pretty quick. >> Someone said sure look like he was resisting. One of his first actions with his right hand was downwards which reached towards the officer's weapon. Therefore, 50 he could have backed off without shooting, but the dude was resisting. We're long lost cousins. Let's see. Oh, they handcuff a dead man. Yes, come to Arkansas. >> [laughter] >> Yes. Um This is a Back to reality here, people. This is a little different for me. Um Just comply. I know a lot of people say just comply. But we would like to hear what the body cam had to say. You know, we we we would like to hear what the body cam had to say. But nine times out of 10 when I go back to this video >> Welcome back to the channel, everybody. >> Hold on, let me just go back to this part. Here. All right. When I go When I go right here, I'm already knowing, man. This is was about to be a drug deal. This right here was about to be. It was about to be. This right here. No, he he was about to get he he he was about to serve him. He He was about to, you know, take care of business with him. But, Officer Nino pulls up. Boom. Man, I got to keep driving. [ __ ] I'm going to come back around. But, he got pulled over. That just what I'm thinking. I could be wrong, man. But, yeah. Let me know what you guys think in the comments, man. It's your boy Hood News Cask. Be sure to go check out my guy Harvey, uh Free Bird, man.
