He got pulled over because these cops, I think they've had somebody out in that area impersonating a police officer. They saw an unusual car with a tag that came back not on file, dark tinted windows. They pulled it over. While he was sitting there, he flashed his blue lights at them, thinking, "Okay, they should just let him go."
