I always teach people when you're in a traffic stop, the only thing you should say to a police officer is I don't answer questions. Obviously, I wrote a book about it. But in this case, I can't fault him for denying the fact that he was holding a phone and pointing out the fact I've got a dash cam, a frontward and reverse dash cam that's going to show everything in court. So, don't antagonize the police officer. Certainly, you can point out the dash cam and say, "I didn't have a phone in my hand." Just be respectful.
