it happened Sunday night along Clay
Street the victims are 26 20 and 17 one
victim has serious injuries police would
not confirm though which one that
was yeah Trish a total people four
people were shot here at the
intersection of 13 and Clay last night
police tell us one of the victims is in
critical condition uh two are expected
to survive and one victim was grazed by
a board they also tell us that during
the investigation here on the scene
someone approached a female officer and
allegedly assaulted her it was about
9:30 Saturday night when since night
police say someone opened fire at 13th
and clay in over the r once again on the
city streets we had people being shot
numerous people being shot with numerous
rounds fired at least one bullet
shattered the back window of an SUV that
was parked on the street during the
investigation a person approached a
female officer and clearly shoved her
the officers were uh you can obviously
see from the video just trying to
communicate to the person of what was
what was happening and they had a crime
scene and all of a sudden uh this
subject assaulted the officer it's no
longer safe for police officers to you

respectful then it's it's not a good

anybody 63-year-old Marquita an Hill has
been charged with felonius assault
misconduct at an emergency and a
possession of drug abuse instrument
Cincinnati Police say it took several
officers uh had to take control of her
in order to get her into
