It depends on how aggressive he's gotten. >> Okay. >> If he puts his hands on you, absolutely you're entitled to punch him. >> Okay. >> You don't have to wait for him to hit you before the self-defense statute is triggered. >> Okay. >> Like if he gets in your face and basically threatens you with his behavior, that might be enough for you to push him or hit him.
