Anyways, 30-year-old Khisa was charged
with driving under the influence,
resisting without violence, and assault
on a law enforcement officer. She plead
guilty to the resisting and assault
charges, and the DUI charge was dropped.
She was sentenced to two days in jail
with credit for two days served, 12
months of probation, and 80 community
service hours. She was also ordered to
pay a total of $98.50,
50 cents which was paid 8 months after
