foreign [Music] hey I'm David ridings Nashville DUI attorney I get this all the time I have people come into my office and say I was arrested for DUI I passed the field sobriety test and they arrested me anyway no you didn't you didn't pass the field sobriety test I don't care how well you think you did on the field sobriety test there is no standard objective standard by which you pass or fail a field sobriety test police officer won't even say that you failed it even if you did poorly he won't say you failed it and he won't say you passed it he'll say you showed indicators of impairment that lead me to believe that you're driving Under the Influence so I'm going to arrest you that's why I advocate never take these field sobriety tests nothing good comes from you taking these fields sobriety tests on the side of the road without a lawyer always invoke your right to an attorney early and often don't answer questions and don't take tests without an attorney I hope this has helped somebody I'm David ridings and I'll see you next time
