Yeah, step out of the bus. Hold on. >> Are you really seriously you're going to open my door? >> Honey, grab your phone. Hey, no, hey, GRAB YOUR PHONE. HEY, stop touching my wife's phone, homie. >> In this video, we're going to discover exactly what the deal is. >> Here's the deal, bro. Here's the deal. >> One of the things we're going to discover is that cops have more questions than a yard dog has fleas. >> What's your name? You guys married? You got insurance on the car? What's this Friday? Have you been stopped recently? What was the exhaust? What's up with that? Where are we going today? Man, where are you coming from? Man, why did we stop at McDonald's? Anything in the vehicle that's illegal? Any weapons? Any any drugs? Anything like that? Were you wearing seat belts when when I stopped you? >> Hey, buddy, you want to step out? You want to step out for a minute? I just want to chat, my man. >> No, no, no. We can chat right here. >> Am I in trouble? Did I do something wrong? >> Cuz we have every right to ask people to step out on every traffic stop, man. >> I can refuse to. >> Then why won't you step out with us today? >> Well, he's going to tell you why he won't step out, which leads us to our third discovery in this video. Americans are sick and tired of cops wiping their feet on their unalienable rights. Today, we're in the village of Allouez, Wisconsin, just south of Green Bay. Population 14,156. Now, the village of Allouez doesn't have its own independent police department. Instead, it contracts with the Brown County Sheriff's Office for its law enforcement needs. And Brown County has about 115 sworn employees within its patrol division, which includes lieutenants, sergeants, and deputies. Let's take a look at this video. We'll make some comments along the way, and you tell me if you think the law enforcers are there protecting and serving unalienable rights. >> What's that? >> Jeremy Smith with the Sheriff's Department. >> What is that? >> Well, so we got you for the exhaust and then the top lit center brake light. >> For what? >> Means top center brake light. >> What's that? >> Yeah, you got two brake lights. You got one on the left, you got one on the right, and there's one on the top, too. I think you had one. I mean, look at every car going by, they all got one. Okay, okay. Your driver's license? >> No. >> Is this the latest one? >> No, I got a blood clot. >> You don't need it. Yeah, yeah. >> It's It's a stopping light by statute, but it's essentially, you know, when you put your foot on the brake, the light that comes on. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Your driver's license, too, boss? >> Nope. >> No. What's your name? >> My name is Jeffrey Mcintosh. >> Jeffrey Mcintosh. You guys married? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Why would I need a driver's license? >> You don't need one. Just asking. >> Okay. >> Most people got one. That's just the easiest way to ask for an ID. >> No, I don't I don't have one. >> All right. You got insurance on the car? >> Not yet. Nope, not yet. We We were in the mix of getting one. >> Okay. >> This Friday. Oh, this is this Friday. >> What's this Friday? >> Payday. >> Payday. >> Every My My payday. >> I got you. >> Have you been stopped recently? Sherice? Sherice, is that how you say it? >> Yes, Sherice. >> Have you been stopped recently? >> No. >> Okay. And then, uh, as far as the exhaust, what's up with that? >> This is the way we got the car. We've had this thing for almost a year now. >> Got it. Got it. All right. >> We bought it just like this. It's the first time we've ever been stopped for that noise. >> Sure, sure. And then, as far as, uh, where where are going today? >> Walmart. >> Walmart? Okay, and where are you coming from? >> Uh the place that you see the same lot of up at the motel. >> Right. And why did we stop at McDonald's? >> I had to >> I had to pee. Okay. >> Why did we stop at McDonald's? Well, you didn't stop at McDonald's, officer. We did. Thank you for surveilling us. Are you treating us like criminals for a reason? Inquiring minds want to know. >> So we didn't do that at Walmart or at the hotel that we left? >> We ran out of We ran out of We ran out of the house real quick. You said you had to pee. The closest one is a diabetic. You're not supposed to hold your pee in when you're diabetic, so >> Okay. >> Instead of driving 15 minutes to Walmart, I pulled into McDonald's to pee. >> Just I got you. Anything in the vehicle that's illegal? >> Nope, just my freedom. That's the only illegal thing here. Are you about to trample our rights? Just let us know. Give us a four warning. >> Okay. Any any drugs? Anything like that? >> No. >> All right. Were you wearing seat belts when when I stopped you? >> No, I I I wasn't. >> Okay. Therese, were you? >> I was. >> Okay. I got you. You guys stay in the vehicle for me. I'll be back with you in a minute, all right? >> All right. >> Thanks. >> Stop answering questions. Just stop. >> Uh both seat belts. >> Now he's going to conspire with his other officers and he's going to admit that he has no probable cause. >> Some suspicious stuff here. >> As the gloves go on. >> They came out of St. Joseph. I pulled up behind them. A little bit behind them. They turned left turning into McDonald's as soon as they saw me. I hung out there. I did a lap around the block and then they left. They didn't get any McDonald's. They're saying they went in there to pee, but they just left. They just left. Hawthorne. And they're going to Walmart, so it's not like they're going for a long ride. Uh she's also got like weed stickers on the bumper. And he's sweating like crazy. He's getting real irritated now. >> He's sweating like crazy. Gosh, I wonder why. Why would he be sweating like crazy? Let's see, his window's rolled down, and it's August 13th, one of the hottest months of the year. I wonder why he's sweating like crazy. Oh, and there's an armed bandit who just approached his vehicle. I don't know why he's sweating, though. This is an example of you are guilty until you prove yourself innocent. They already think that these people are up to something. >> So. That's kind of what we got. So. Nothing. No probable cause for anything. So. >> Nothing. No probable cause for anything. So. >> I'll pull her out. I'll pull both of them out cuz he's getting irritated. See if he'll go to the station. What do you want to do? Uh you deal with the driver right now cuz he's getting irritated. >> Gosh, I don't know why anybody would be irritated when a road pirate who works for the state, whose job it is to harass and extort the people they're supposed to be protecting and serving, why in the hell would you ever be irritated? >> I'll pull her out. We'll do uh this dude's car in a second. Yeah. We'll take him out first. Hey buddy, you want to step out? >> Can I ask for what? >> Can I ask for what? >> We just want to chat. >> For what? We can chat right here. >> You want to step out, fine. >> What? Why? Why am I Why? Why do I need to step out? >> Uh officer, am I making you feel unsafe? Is that why you want me out of the car? Just checking. Oh, you don't feel unsafe? Okay, I'll just stay right here, then. >> Cuz you guys >> me You pulled me over for a taillight? >> Right. >> And noise. Why do I need to step out of the car? >> Right, cuz I I just want to chat, my man. >> No, no, no. We can chat right here. This is what I don't understand. Why do you need to chat with me? Am I in trouble? Did I do something wrong? >> Uh I don't know yet, man. You weren't wearing your seat belt, for one. >> Okay, well, that's a ticket. >> Okay. >> So, why do we got to talk about me stepping out of my car? >> Okay. Cuz we have every right to ask people to step out on every traffic stop we do. >> can refuse to. Cuz I didn't do nothing wrong besides a ticket. It's a ticket, right? Just for a seat belt, it's a ticket, right? >> Okay. Yeah. >> Okay, well, then >> Well, if we feel for whatever reason, man, you were just reaching around doing all kinds of stuff. You were wiggling around and you were reaching and >> and I picked them up. >> Okay. >> And then I dropped my phone >> Okay. >> and I reached right here to pick it up cuz I was wondering >> be reaching, my man. >> Okay, cool. I was reaching then. I'm sorry. >> You want to step out for me? >> Once again, why though? >> You want to at least identify yourself for me? >> What? >> You want to at least identify yourself for me? >> I did already. The one is to have him to tell to have him seat belted, $10, okay? And then the other one is for the insurance. >> Okay. >> And that was me cutting you guys a break. >> Even if it was a dollar, this is still extortion. If you're not free to not wear a seat belt in America, you are not free. >> Right, cuz that was before he started arguing and everything, okay? I wasn't going to cut you a whole bunch of money in tickets if y'all just would have complied. You know what I mean? >> We complied. >> I know. I'm just We're having a chat cuz uh you know, it's your car, your husband, right? >> Right. >> kind of make sense? I didn't want to cut you a whole bunch of money in tickets. Cuz I know you I want you guys to get ahead, you know what I mean? >> We're trying. >> But we can't >> If you want people to get ahead, stop stopping them and harassing them and ticketing them. If you really want people to get ahead, you would stop interfering with their freedoms and you'd be protecting those freedoms. >> You know what I mean? >> We're trying. >> But we can't work with you if that's how he's going to act. >> Right. And unfortunately, I can't control how he acts. >> Yeah. I got you. I got you. I got >> He'd rather he gets mad at me and I >> Yeah. We'll do our best though. I'm going to release him. I'll bring him back up and take him out of cuffs and >> Stop talking negatively about your spouse or your friend in the presence of cops. That never ever works out for people. >> All right. Let's get you out of here anyway, okay? >> All right. Thank you. >> Yep. >> That's why I wish you would have called me out. >> All right, buddy. We're going to be releasing you with some tickets, okay? You going to comply when we take the handcuffs off? >> Yeah. >> All right. You pop on out, my man? I'm not I'm not I don't know. I just got to check. I can't have you falling or anything, you know? Did you Did you do the whole test yet? >> Uh up until right where my [ __ ] package is yet. You know how much that cost me? A balloon. >> Hey, buddy. And on top of the left hand or left hand on top of the head. Keep it there for me. >> Woah. You know. Come on, bro. How in the world did you guys get that stuff in there? Cuz once they kill the mule, >> M&M's. >> So, he's [snorts] asking him, "How do you get stuff into prison?" And he's actually going to tell the cop how he did it. >> You know what I prefer? I used to have my girl open the bag, stick a couple balloons in there, seal it in. There you go, babe. Who is this? >> Yeah. That's how we Hey. >> But actually, I just use the baby powder. >> Just >> I did. >> I don't know if I should say that >> Somebody got fired, yeah. >> Hey, we're going to go through these, okay? This one's going to be >> I love what he does with every single one of these tickets as the cop goes through it with him. >> You're here for possession of marijuana for the THC that was in the car. Read the next one for me. That's That's for the drug paraphernalia. So, essentially the vapes and the the packaging. >> Yep. >> And then this one here is going to be for the resisting and obstructing that we talked about, okay? >> Restricting of obstruct. >> Yep. What is this for? >> For daytime stop left. Citation on top right, buddy. >> Keep your sunny side up, man. >> Yeah, you too. >> Go to court, all right? >> Now, a lot of people out there say, "Bryant, look at that. The cop cut him slack. They cut him loose. They unarrested him. That's a good day. That's a good thing. This cop was being a good cop. Didn't take him to jail." As though the cops are doing you any favors by pulling you over and harassing you and threatening you in the first place. This should not be in the land of the free, home of the brave.
