[laughter] [screaming] >> We have a brand new video angle for you where the large men of the Wausau, Wisconsin Police Department threw some petite teenage girls around like rag dolls. Like I said in a previous video on this very incident, without our brave heroes and warriors in blue, who in society would be psychopathic enough to dare grab little kids, slam their faces under the tile floor until they're bleeding, and then shove their knees into their backs after the kids had been restrained and handcuffed? The answer? The Wausau, Wisconsin Police Department, of course. Now, you and I, and most normal people, want to see this entire incident from August 5th, 2026. You know, so we can decide for ourselves what exactly happened in context. And according to Police Chief Matthew Barnes from the Wausau, Wisconsin Police Department, they have access to the entire incident from beginning to end, but he refuses to release the footage stating he doesn't want to publicly shame the teenagers. How nice of Police Chief Barnes. He doesn't mind his badge thugs pummeling and beating teenagers, but publicly shaming them? Not on his watch. We have a new video for you that lends more perspective. The first video I showed you was from the camera angle of this young man in the blue shirt. I'll play his video along with the new camera angle on the left. With this newly released camera angle, we can see that Officer John Shoemaker didn't have his knee on this 15-year-old girl for 1 minute and 23 seconds like we first thought. Turns out it was a full 1 minute and 50 seconds, which is a direct violation of common sense and common decency, not to mention a violation of Wasatch PD's own policy. Here's the new video clip played alongside the old one in their entirety just AS A REFRESHER. >> [screaming] [screaming] [screaming] >> SHE'S [ __ ] BLEEDING. She's [ __ ] bleeding. Are you guys serious right now? >> Again, Officer Shoemaker and the other officer slammed these two girls to the ground. Shoemaker kept his knee on her back after she was restrained for 1 minute and 50 seconds. And it was all done with the approval and support of Police Chief Matthew Barnes. Here's how the local news reported on this incident. >> Wausau Police Chief Matthew Barnes is sharing a statement in response to online criticism over a recent incident involving Wausau police officers and a group of teenagers. Barnes says a video shared on social media shows Wausau police officers using force while arresting several teenage girls. In the statement posted to Facebook, Chief Chief Barnes explains the video shows a small portion of the interaction between the officers and a group of intoxicated teenagers. The chief says the entire incident, which involved 11 intoxicated teens lasted about 90 minutes. He says some of those teens were quote disrespectful, argumentative, vulgar, physically resisted arrest, and assaulted an officer, and quote. Chief Barnes writes officers made numerous attempts to de-escalate the situation and gave the group opportunities to cooperate. He states quote the Wausau police officers acted appropriately within policy and according to their training, and quote. The chief says he reviewed the officer's body camera footage in its entirety and that he supports the officer's actions. In response to the incident, a change.org petition was started calling for enhanced de-escalation and restraint training for Wausau police. The petition page reads in part quote in a deeply disturbing incident in our community, a member of the Wausau Police Department used excessive force against a young girl, 15 years old, causing serious physical injuries, and quote. As of Sunday night, over 200 people have signed that petition. NewsChannel 7 is working to learn more about the situation. >> Now, here are a couple questions for those who are willing to take a look at this objectively. What would Wausau police have done if they saw a parent in their front yard or in a grocery store treating their own daughter exactly like these cops were treating these teens? Slamming her head into the ground, tackling, tying up, and leaning their weight on their own child. In what world would it ever be considered acceptable for grown men to gang up on and manhandle and harm little kids like this. Police Chief Matthew Barnes makes the claim in his Facebook statement that 11 teenagers were intoxicated. Where is the proof? Did his men run breath or drug tests? Was there even a subjective field sobriety test conducted? Police Chief Matthew Barnes claims to have, quote, reviewed the officer's body camera footage in their entirety, and he still supports his officer's actions. And those would include the actions of Officer Shoemakers continuous knee pressure on the back of a teen for nearly 2 minutes after she was restrained and cuffed. And in that case, Police Chief Barnes will have to explain why standard training dictates that once a suspect is safely cuffed and under control, any prone body weight pressure should be removed or shifted immediately. Because it does seem that continuous heavy pressure on a restrained person's back, let alone a little teenager who doesn't even weigh 90 lb, contradicts standard de-escalation and safe custody practices. With this newly released camera footage, does this change your perspective or opinion on what happened during this incident on August 5th, 2026 in Wausau, Wisconsin? If you want to help with the legal battle that this teen's mom is facing in pursuit of justice against the Wausau Police Department, the GoFundMe link will be posted in the description under this video. And leave your thoughts in the comment section below. Is it really okay for these large men to be ganging up on and throwing around little girls like rag dolls?
