Hey, welcome back to the channel. I really appreciate you joining me on this live stream. I'm doing this because I got a lot of messages and emails claiming, you know, hey, you haven't covered this donkey story, which I have talked a little bit about it, but I haven't delved deeply into it. I was waiting for the body cam, and then I noticed that a news station and civil rights lawyer have released the video. We're going to take a look at that video right now, but I just want to I mean how many police-related injuries how many police-related lies, how many outright fabrications, how many uh false reports, how many bogus DUI arrests, how many tasings of innocent individuals on roadside extortion rings, how many doors do we have to see broken in, how many old ladies and old men do we need to see knocked down and and abused before we wake up and realize, you know, it's probably not a good idea to give people who want the ring of power the ring of power. Power does corrupt, guys. You can have You can be the most moral, upright individual, and power is going to have some kind of negative influence on your life. And we have to be honest. In our sphere and zone of influence, we each have a measure of power. We all have a voice. That is That is power. We all have a position. You know, there are people who have a political position, which is a crazy amount of power. Some people have police or law enforcement positions. That's a lot of power. If you're a teacher, you have a lot of power. If you're a parent, you have a lot of power because you have power to mold a life. When you have power to mold a life, you have a great, great responsibility. You can create a really good life for somebody or a really bad life. So, we all have energy. We all have power to put but to put somebody in a position of power and authority over other people where will a will or wills can be violated and a person can do whatever they want to and then give them this shield of qualified immunity, you are that's just a recipe for a very sure disaster. And we're going to go over this, but I want to I want to key key in on the six words that formulated the lie. I had to kill a donkey. You had to kill a donkey? Let's listen. >> 25 County beavers, I have to shoot a donkey. >> I had to shoot a donkey. >> I apologize, and I'm >> Firearm discharge at a donkey. >> It was trying to attack us in the pasture on the track. >> I had to shoot a donkey. It was trying to attack us. Those are the words of a coward. Let me just show you I'm going to play this whole thing like for the first I think 27 seconds there's no audio, but I just to give you perspective, look how small this donkey is. Just take a look at this this picture this this freeze frame. Not only is this a miniature donkey, this is a miniature baby 1-year-old donkey. His name is Heehaw. He's a 1-year-old bottle-raised miniature donkey. Fatally shot by Cedartown police officer Trenton Garner. Look how small this donkey is. Probably at the waistline of this other law enforcement officer right here. Even if this donkey was on the attack, which you can clearly tell it is not, and this is a highly socialized creature. This is the kind of creature they would take this donkey I'm talking about, hee haw, they would take this donkey to petting zoos and let little kids pet this thing. The owner, um, I can't remember what her last name is, Israel, she claims that this donkey's never shown aggression a day in its life. You they would take this donkey to old folks homes, you know, cuz there's a healing process when you touch an animal and you interact with this animal. There's there's mental uh cool mental and physiological things that happen in the human body. It gives somebody a sense of purpose, a sense of belonging. And this cop, Trenton Garner from the Cedartown Police Department, took this away from hundreds, maybe thousands of people who could have been blessed by this donkey. But isn't that the trajectory of political parasites and law enforcement parasites? And they are parasites cuz they are feeding off the rest of us in more ways than one. So let's let's just go over I'm going to play this whole thing without interruption. Let me just put it full screen. We'll play it all the way through. There's no sound on this first part. By the way, they're on property without permission. They're looking for a a missing 12-year-old girl, they claim. But they jumped a fence, went over a barrier. And they can clearly see this is a donkey. There's no audio right now. It's going to turn on here in a second. Now, I'm going to just pause it right here. This is right before he pulls the trigger of his Glock 17 9-mm handgun. I think he only pulls the trigger once, but it was it was the fatal shot. This donkey was clearly not on the attack. I don't see how anybody could possibly be scared. It would almost invoke laughter watching this thing come at you. Unbelievable. Well, it's kind of not unbelievable because we know the the characteristics and the actions of people who call themselves heroes and warriors but act like cowards. This this really If you're an animal lover, even if you're not an animal lover, you're just a moral human being, this kind of thing just pisses you off. Now he haws is going to run away. And he's just going to he's going to fall over, he's going to collapse, and he's going to expire. >> Recording. >> Who shot it up? >> I don't know. 25 count of beer bottles have shot a donkey. >> Had to. I had to. I had no choice. It was him or us. So hard for me to play this without stopping it. >> I apologize, and I'm Firearm discharged at a donkey. It was trying to attack us in fast gear on the track. >> What a freaking joke. I don't know how >> [music] >> I don't know how this happened. Hold on a second. Let me try to get back. Let's see. Let me go back to this right here. I just want to show you again how ridiculous this looks. >> Recording. >> Just how small this donkey is. The ears aren't back. If you've ever had a donkey, they put their ears back if they are being aggressive, their ears go back and they're charging. This This donkey was walking up to him, but was by no means charging. Let's look at it again. Unfreaking Look at this little guy. Just look at this little guy. This happened around 12:45 a.m. on August 30th, and we just now, on October 9th, got the body cam footage. So for the better part of a month, all the months of September, they were sitting on this body cam footage. For 9 days into October, that's what uh So, you got September 30, that's 9 days. So, you got 39 days. It happened on August 30th, I think. So, it's 10, 11. So, about 110 day I mean, sorry. Uh 30 39 40 days they were sitting on this video. Because they realized, "God, this is going to be a public relations zoo. This is going to be a nightmare. We can't release this. This is going to make our fellow boy in blue, Trenton Ryan Garner, look really, really bad." So, this happened on August 30th, 2026. In this these owners' own pasture at Ellsberry Riding and Farm near Rockmart and Cedartown in Polk County, Georgia, Hee Haw was this small male miniature donkey owned by Hannah Israel, who operates this farm. This little guy was bottle-raised from birth, treated as a family pet. Israel even called this donkey "my son." And the donkey was highly socialized. He participated in petting zoos, interacted with children and nursing home residents, and was well known to approach people affectionately by running or trotting up while braying. So, I I want to tell you that this is something that you can expect from a coward. And you can also expect the coward to lie. And the coward did lie. He initially lied on his report saying that he thought, you know, you know, basically, "My life was flashing before my eyes because of this charging miniature bottle-fed donkey." I I just there's really nothing else to say here because on its face it's what you would expect from a an Austin hop or a Daria Jolali mistreating a 72-year-old dementia patient Karen Garner. This is what you would expect of a Philip Brailsford killing a Daniel Shaver. This is what you can expect from the Arvada Police Department shooting Johnny Hurley in the back after he just completely saved the Arvada Police Department from a roving gunman who was looking to off a bunch of police officers. This is what you can expect from a Matt Schneider, an officer Matt Schneider from Schneider from the Glendale Police Department who is highlighted by the TV show Cops before he mercilessly tased a a passenger Johnny Wheatcroft in front of his screaming children and Johnny Wheatcroft hadn't even committed a vehicle infraction, let alone committing a crime against somebody else. This is what you can expect from the Minnesota Police Department and what they did to Philip, I mean Philando Castile. This is what you can expect from the California Police Department, what was it Glenwood or wherever it was and what they did when they pummeled Kelly Thomas and this is what you can you can expect from an entire fleet of cowards, 376 cowards from five different agencies showing up at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas and cowardly sitting outside of a door while they knowingly heard gunshots from the guy who is summarily picking off little kids in an unlocked classroom. This is This is not This is not a shock. What's What's going on right here in the next half a second where he discharges his service weapon on this innocent little friendly donkey who's actually expecting to encounter what he's always encountered, friendly human beings who just want to give him a little rub on the nose, a little scratch behind the ears. This little donkey is completely trusting these humans in costumes. And that's the big thing that that's the takeaway of this livestream right here is one of the worst crimes you can commit against another human being is betrayal because they completely trust you. Their guard is totally down. They're not trying to defend themselves against you. They're with open arms wanting to embrace you while the guy that you're embracing, the gal that you're embracing, the person that you trust and that you've placed your trust in has a dagger and is about to plunge it into your kidneys or your heart. This is This is This is Heehaw the donkey. Totally trusting these guys. Hey, humans. I love humans. I love little kid humans. I love old humans in the old folks home and I love costumed humans. Hey, it must be Halloween. Let's have a costume party. This little guy just wants to play and boom. Right there. Boom. Goodbye Heehaw. No more trusting humans for you. So, you guys wanted me to deal with this video. There you go. I dealt with it. There's really nothing else to be said. This is what you can expect from a coward. And we see this time and time again. I mean, pets just die around cops, don't they? But then if you do something to their dog when they unleashed their dog on you and the dog is actually attacking you, if you try to defend yourself, well, you're going to get you might might as well call you Brian Swiss Cheese Young cuz you're going to get riddled with bullets, man. You dare defend yourself against our attack dog after we sicked them on you? They know what an attack animal looks like. As a matter of fact, one of the guys in the field right here was a canine handler. I think it was this guy. Or was it Maybe it was Maybe it was the guy who actually shot Heehaw. Was he the canine handler? One of them was. It may have been Trenton Gardner who was the canine handler. But they know what an attack animal looks like, and this donkey is absolutely not in any kind of attack mode. There were two very bright what, at least 10,000 lumen flashlights on him. And even even when the cop got on the radio, Trenton Gardner, when he got on the radio, he actually admitted, "Hey, I had to shoot a donkey." >> Recording. >> When did you shoot it at? >> I don't know. 25 count of beavers I had to shoot a donkey. >> Had to. Had to. >> I apologize to them. >> Firearm discharged at a donkey. It was trying to attack us on the pasture on the track. >> Just a lie. Number one, it's a lie that he had to shoot a donkey. And number two, it was a lie that the dog donkey was trying to do attack him. Just a lie. So this cop gets put on paid administrative leave. They're still conducting an internal review that hasn't come back yet, and he will probably get to keep his job. I don't even You know, you always ask the question, and it's because you're sane. We ask the question, how can you sleep at night? Well, psychopaths can sleep soundly at night because they're they're somehow a switch was flipped sometime in their life, and they no longer feel that weight of conscience. They no longer feel that that pressure of um hey, you did something wrong here. You shouldn't have done that. This was absolutely wrong, and I dare say this was evil. You doing this to this donkey right here was absolutely evil. That that part that makes us human has been somehow, for some reason, turned off in these guys. They no longer possess that human trait of compassion and empathy and care and concern and sensitivity to conscience. And that's what's scary. Cuz this is not rare. This is not an isolated event. This is not something that rarely happens in the realm of law enforcement. When you're talking about law enforcement, you you just what's about to happen in the next week as far as law enforcement abuse of power, people being killed that shouldn't have been killed, people being victimized by the thin blue line gang members who shouldn't be victimized. The what's going to happen in the next week could take up two or three years. If you were able to cover all the cases, two or three years putting out multiple videos a day, and you would never get to the bottom of the stack because power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. And these corruptible human beings who wanted the ring of power are always going to abuse other human beings under the color of law. And that's why 18 US I'm I'm actually surprised that this country has two laws like 18 USC 241 conspiracy against rights and 18 USC 242 deprivation of rights under color of law. I'm surprised we have that kind of law. But you know what? In the final analysis, it doesn't even matter if we have that kind of law because the prescription of somebody who would deprive somebody of their rights under the color of law. And I'm talking about any law. I'm talking about a gun law, gun safety regulation law, a drug war law, a traffic corporate traffic law. Your rights are being deprived under these laws every single day. Or we need to keep the we need to keep society safe and secure, so we got to have your ID. Like it look at my last video. It's so convoluted, it's so hypocritical, it's so ironic that a guy standing on a street corner videoing what he's his eyes can see and in perfect concert with your first amendment right to freedom of press and record whatever you want to see. Uh he's exercising right that the cops are supposed to be protecting, but he has got he's got a mask on. So, he's freaking people out. He's causing concern. Causing concern should never Trump unalienable rights. We got a call should never Trump unalienable rights, but it does. So, what they do is, "Hey, we we have a law saying that you can't wear a ritualistic shame muzzle. You cannot wear a mask." 48 days later, because this happened on I think it was July uh sorry, January 23rd, 2020. 48 days later on March 1st, 2020. Did I say 2023? It was January 23rd, 2020. 48 days later on March 11th, 2020, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus from the World Health Organization declared that we got us a full-fledged planned organized partial down in the US economy in the second quarter, according to James Bullard from St. Louis Federal Reserve. He called it a pandemic. 48 days later, those same officers who arrested that guy for wearing a mask on a public sidewalk would have arrested you for not wearing a mask on a public sidewalk. So, the problem is that we have all of these laws that run contrary to individual freedoms and rights, and the cops just are completely on board with it. If they declared martial law today, and they made a law saying, "Hey, you can kick in anybody's door." The cops would do it. If if the politicians made the made a law today saying that any baby under 1 year old, you can pick them out of their crib, out of a car seat, and throw them into the nearest dumpster, the cops would do it, because it would be a law. Try try I want all you law enforcement agents who watch my videos to prove to me that that's not true. Cuz if there's a law, they are going to enforce it. Why? They're called law enforcers. So, if they make the most vile, evil, hideous, horrendous law, the law enforcers will just follow orders and obey that law. And if you question me on that, just look at what happened at at right after Hurricane Katrina in the early 2000s. The cops and the Army National Guard and the Reserve went door-to-door breaking indoors, taking guns from people who stayed back to protect their property from looters. It was It was basically a martial law scenario in the state of Louisiana where the hurricane hit. That's what they do. They will They will uphold the Patriot Act. They will uphold the National Defense Author- Authorization Act. They will uphold the National Defense um Resources Preparedness Act, which means you can commandeer and take all the food out of somebody's refrigerator or out of their field that they're growing. And for instances of national security, we have a law saying that we can do this evil act against innocent people who have not wronged anybody else. I don't care what the law is. Oh my god, Karen Garner stole $12.43 worth of uh items from Walmart. Yeah. Austin Hopp and Daria Jalali put their hands on a 72-year-old frail old woman woman where you can look at her, you can tell there is something wrong. We need to handle this woman with kid gloves. I We need to call somebody who's a mental health professional or something. No. No. They grabbed her. They threw her to the ground, dislocated her shoulder. Uh Daria Jalali got blood splattered on her. Sergeant Metzler came by and said, "Hey, is that your blood?" No, no. It's that It's her blood. Just comes with the territory. That's just kind of what we do. And to this day, Austin Hopp and Jerry Jalali spent limited time in uh in jail. They're They're now out, free to live their lives the way they want to. And that is the system. That's not uh that's not some kind of flaw, it's a feature of the system. It was designed it that way. It was designed to keep us in check. It was designed to steamroll over your li- rights under the color of drug laws or gun laws or in you know, any kind of law that would be unconstitutional. And then we get gaslit by the black-robed tyrants of the Supreme Court saying, "Well, you know that gun law right there? That's perfectly constitutional. Yeah, you can't have fully automatic assault rifles. That's against the law." When there is no such qualification or a requirement built into the Second Amendment. It just says right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. There's no limitation, there's no qualification, but the black-robed tyrants gaslighting us tell us, "No, this is in perfect uh harmony with the Second Amendment." No, it's not because it's a regulation, it's a restriction, it's an infringement. And the very Second Amendment that you're saying okay's and approves that says shall not be infringed. You can't even get more direct than those four words. Same with the Fourth Amendment. No, no. This uh this traffic stop is ordinary and reasonable. And it's not at all a violation of your right to be um you know, secure in your person. It absolutely Every traffic law is a violation of your right to be secure in your person's houses, papers, and effects. And yet, here we are living in this psychological operations nightmare, this this land of idiocracy where these men wearing these black dresses in the Supreme Court say, "No, it you know, traffic law is perfectly consistent with your right to be secure in your person. It's just a lie. We live in a lie. We live in a vortex. We live in a matrix. This is insane. And we live in a land where unfortunately, when this cop right here dies, guess what they're going to do for him? They're going to do 21 gun salute. The fire trucks are going to come out. They're going to hoist this big massive flag across the town. They're going to shut down roads. Everybody's going to turn their headlights on. It's going to to be a 2-mi long parade. They're going to tell everybody in the world how much of a hero Officer Trenton Garner was. And all the thin blue line gang members are going to look at Trenton Garner as a hero and a warrior. And he will be sadly missed. He served his community well. He died with honor. He protected and he died protecting and serving. Do you realize if he somehow tripped and you know shot himself with his own firearm, they'd be blaming the donkey and then they would call Trenton Garner a hero worthy of respect and honor, the respect and honor of every human being that breathes on this planet. That's how disgusting it is. And they wonder why oh And they wonder why cops are getting ambushed. I don't know. Leave your thoughts about this. Let me know what you guys think about this donkey situation. Let me know what you think about Officer Trenton Garner of the Cedartown Police Department over there in Georgia. If you think that I missed anything on this, I want you to let me know. Let me know in the comments section. Just let me have it. Cuz the way I view it is he's not a hero. He's not a warrior. He's a psychopathic coward and he knew full well that this donkey was not on the attack and their lives weren't in jeopardy and they should have never been on that property in the first place. By the way, this 12-year-old girl that was missing apparently they ended up finding her down the street at some church somewhere. I don't even know what the girl's name was. But, they should have never been on this property. They hopped the fence. They were trespassing, and they killed a 1-year-old bottle-raised miniature donkey. Now, as for what I was talking about, I just saw I just saw a news story. Let me know if you guys want me to keep going. Yeah, hero says rebel. There was a Let me see. If you If you want me to keep going just for a couple more minutes, I saw something that happened in Philly. Seemed like it was Philadelphia. Seemed like one They Somebody called the police, and one cop got shot three times, and one cop got shot 12 times. They both went to the hospital. One of them ended up dying. Let me see if I can find that. There was a press briefing on it. Oh, here's There's one. Oh, yeah, here it is. Philadelphia officer killed in ambush. Now, why would they Why in the world would they ambush a police officer? Here, let's look at this. Turn the volume up. Thanks for joining, guys. Yeah, let's take a look at this. >> Apologize. We're bouncing around here quite a bit, but we actually do have some breaking news that we need to take you out to here right now. And this is a live look coming out of Philadelphia at Penn Presbyterian >> see this right here? This This What happened with the donkey hee-haw the donkey is why I always question all this right here. First of all, how much overtime are the people in that area paying for these cops to not work, but to stand in line as they hail their fellow hero. And the cop who did end up perishing, how many how many people are sitting in jail? How many innocent people are sitting in jail because of his tyrannical actions? >> A hospital as we're learning one Philadelphia police officer has died, another in critical condition after an on-scene officer said they were ambushed and shot multiple times while responding to a call early this morning in West Philadelphia. And we just >> Ambushed and shot multiple times. You know all these cops are sitting here going, "I didn't even know this guy." Uh I've heard his name once or twice, or maybe I haven't heard his name at all, but I all I know is I'm getting some major overtime for this. >> Got an update there from Mayor Cherelle Parker as well as other officials. We wanted to bring you that press conference here now from moments ago on live now from Fox. >> All right. >> And all of the support we received when we left out of here this morning, um we had an immense amount of hope. I'm grateful to the staff of Presbyterian. Um they worked valiantly. Uh but fortunately, his wife was able to be by his side before uh he passed, as well as his family. Um and and we're grateful for that. Um and so, I continue to ask the community to keep uh him and his family in his prayers. Uh this will be a period of mourning >> I guarantee you this about this officer. I don't even know anything about him. I guarantee you this. Number one, he was a parasite to the community. He didn't produce anything. He was a consumer. He was paid, I don't know I don't know what the pay for Philadelphia police officers are, 70 to maybe $100,000 depending on his position. And if he does something wrong and he's got a bunch of complaints in his file, they'll get a promotion, a plaque on the wall, maybe a pat on the back from Mothers Against Drunk Driving, you know, an additional increase because, you know, they he put so many people behind bars for DUIs. We saw it happen with WSMV Channel 4 over there in Nashville. What are they up to, like 25, 2,800 people now that they arrested for DUI when their toxicology report came back 3 months later, zero alcohol, zero drugs in their system. It's very difficult to feel sorry for these people when they're constantly messing with us, harassing us, interfering with our life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, killing our animals, roughing up our old people. >> for us. Um but we will stand tall as a as a department and get through this together. >> Uh we're somehow I mean I just I just see mafia members or Gestapo soldiers, you know, putting out a press press briefing going, "You know, we we only knocked in 1,500 doors last month and uh the time we do knock in this door, this guy, you know, our fellow thin blue line member, he lost his life, but thank you for your support." That the community would continue to support these costume clowns just testifies to the power of Stockholm Syndrome. >> I'll now pass it over to uh Mayor Parker uh for her remarks. >> Thank you. Commissioner Bethea. Um Philadelphia, uh there is nothing uh that I can say or do to stop what has happened here in >> This chick right here says something about tightening laws. I I did I was half listening to her and I was eating breakfast this morning. Let's see. >> self safe. I don't >> Wait, wait, wait, what did >> Governor Shapiro and the Pennsyl- >> Okay, here we go. >> Piro uh been in in constant communication with him. Thank you, Governor. Uh state uh police uh Colonel Bivens, thank you. Attorney General uh Sunday uh I want to thank you. But, I also need to affirm this, and I want to state this for the record because Philadelphia, I want you to hear this directly from me. I appreciated all of that outpouring of support. >> Okay, here we go. >> But, I also need Governor Shapiro and the Pennsylvania General Assembly >> Mhm. >> and AG Sunday to know >> Yeah. >> that I, along with our Police Commissioner Bethel, our City Solicitor Monique Galloway, >> on. Yeah, get to it. >> Safety Director Adam Geer, we are coming to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and seek legislation that >> Okay. We need more laws. Okay, this cop died, so we need more laws. And we know that laws serve two two things. It makes us less free and takes more money out of our pocket. So, if there's a wealth transfer, which is what a law does, it transfers wealth. It might be well-intentioned, but good intentions will always be pleaded for every assumption of authority. It's hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be your masters. So, laws serve two purposes. Number one, they take away our rights. The more laws you have, the less freedoms we have, and it's a wealth transfer. So, to maintain those laws, you got to spend the money, and to get that money, you got to steal more money from the people. So, she wants more legislation. Okay, let's hear it. >> Commonwealth of Pennsylvania >> Mhm. >> and seek legislation that will expand involuntary commitment laws >> Expand voluntary commitment laws. What are we talking about here? >> to cover not only severe mental illness but substance use disorder and any kind of mental and or behavioral challenge that could interfere with Philadelphia's ability to keep itself safe. >> So we need to we need to make more laws that will release more funds which means an increase of taxes on the people. We're going to We're going to burden people even more because this happened to these police officers so that we can ensure the mental health and stability of people in Philadelphia. What? >> I don't apologize or for it. I want you to know we are not alone. Now each of these instances and we have to let you all do your job Commissioner Betancourt because I know each of these incidences they're all still being investigated. Each of them in their own right. But I also want you to know that this is not just about Philadelphia. I don't know what happened but in Erie, Pennsylvania I think just yesterday nine people in Erie, Pennsylvania in one house are dead. Now that matter is still being investigated. I don't know if it's mental >> Wow, something like that happened in uh Houston. Who was it? Uh uh Denison Regina Tuttle. Remember they were summarily executed by the uh Houston Police Department on wrong information? I wonder if the cops had anything to do with these nine people who were dead in Philadelphia. So she wants to make more laws, more legislation. We need more legal activity in order to protect Philadelphia and so that this kind of thing won't happen again. Clonzilla says, "Did you contract with the DMV to commit commerce on the public roadway? Did you enforce your rights through contracts? You have no rights unless enforced through contracts. He also says silence is acquiescence. Cops program InfraGard are never neighborhood across America work with the DOJ and sheriffs. I'm not sure what we're talking about there. I think I saw Oh, man. See, I Oh my gosh. I I want to bring people on and and talk about this, but gosh, if you're going to type something so unreasonable, it's just so hard. Voters put her in charge. It's probably the powers that shouldn't be. I don't know. You know how many millions and millions of dollars they pour into these political elections? How come they never ambush a fire department? Have you ever noticed that? Cuz the fire department, for the most part, isn't out there harassing you and collecting money from you and economically terrorizing you and shooting your pets and threatening your family members. I wanted to show you this, too. This is a This is a small clip from Somebody sent this to me from TikTok, I think it is. Yeah, this is from FIRE. FIRE is that um group of attorneys who represented Jeff Gray. Listen to this. >> This is 25 ft. >> 25 ft. >> Hunter Dempster was recording law enforcement when officers ordered him to I didn't read the rest. Ordered him to back up. Why watch what these cops do. These cops are not interested in upholding your rights. They're only interested in pulling you away from your rights. >> This is my spot, so you got to go 25 ft back from me. >> From you? Till right now? So, every time you walk towards me, I got to go back 25 ft. >> Yes, sir. That's the law. >> It's not the [ __ ] law. Under normal free market circumstances, there's no way a guy this out of shape would try to intimidate anybody. He's just doing it cuz he knows he can, cuz he has qualified immunity. He's got the resources of the state. He's got the thin blue line members behind him who are going to back him up. So, put up a [ __ ] tape. >> We don't have to. >> I am more than 25 ft back. You can go [ __ ] yourself. >> 25 ft >> Arrest me, then. I'm not breaking the [ __ ] law. Y'all are breaking the law. Go read it. What's your name? >> That is what they just did is called prior restraint. They're actually hindering the ability of an American to collect a record of of a public interest story. >> Is that how you spell your name? Dayhoff? I am more than 25 ft back from the scene. >> I just told you you got to be 25 ft back from the mean dude that I was standing next to. >> I am more than 25 ft back. You can put up a [ __ ] tape. >> I said you got to be 25 ft from >> I am filming. I am not impeding. I am not doing anything. I am 25 ft I'm standing right here. I am more than 25 ft back. I'm standing right here. I have a right to [ __ ] film. >> We can arrest you. >> Okay. You got to do what you got TO DO. I AM MORE THAN 40 ft back. >> 25 ft from the last officer. You are not going to ask me to get 25 ft from the last officer. Eric! Sorry, I don't want to arrest you. >> I have a right to film. >> 25 FT BACK. >> YOU PUSHED ME BACK 25 FT FROM THERE. I WAS 25 ft back. You walked up to me and you keep PUSHING ME BACK, VIOLATING MY FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS. YES. >> 25 ft. Goodbye. All right. Go. We're done. We're not done. >> Even if Even if there was a Halo law, I don't I'm not sure what state this is. Let's see. I'm moving buffer zone to prevent you from filming. Let's see what state this is. So, he goes back 25 ft. The officer follows him 25 ft. Then he has to go 25 ft again and repeat and repeat. Anybody know what state this is? I'm not sure what state this is. The only state that I know with a Halo law, and I didn't they overturn it, was in Florida. I don't know if this is Florida or not, but if there was a Halo law and it was a 25-ft safety buffer zone for cops because they're always scared of losing their lives or getting attacked in some way, you can't keep moving the 25 ft. You can't say, "Okay, it's this from this epicenter right here." and then move the epicenter out. Clearly, these people don't care about freedom. Their job is not to uphold your rights. Their job is to regulate commerce. Public and general public mean two different things. Their job is to protect the public, not the general public. Their job is really not even to protect the public. It's not really to protect the public. Even they said in their own And I'm not I'm not saying that I give any weight to um Supreme Court law, but Deshaney versus Winnebago County and Gonzales versus Castle Rock, a cop is not obligated in any way, shape, or form to protect any member of the public. And in Gonzales versus Castle Rock, it was all in the context of Mrs. Gonzales getting a restraining order against Mr. Gonzales. Mr. Gonzales ends up driving to the police station with his expired children in his car, getting in a shootout with police. He ended up dying, but that protective order didn't save those kids. And based on on the heels of that, it went to the you know, it became a a case law that cops are just not obligated to protect you in any way, shape or form with their what the government is supposed to be there to do is protect your right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. So, if somebody comes in I guess I guess from from the not the constitutional perspective, but from the Declaration of Independence perspective, they're supposed to guard you against attackers. And yet, what do we see? They are the attackers. Supposed to protect you from the domestic terrorists. So, I take that back. You're right, Clownzilla. They're supposed to be protecting your life. Nobody's supposed to come near you or your property or your freedoms. And yet, who comes near you, your property, and your freedoms? The guys who are supposed to be protecting your life, your property, and your freedoms. It's it's just all upside down on its head. You're So, you're right, Clownzilla. In in essence, the Declaration of Independence kind of isn't outline on what government is supposed to be. They're supposed to be there to secure your life, liberty, you know, insert property cuz that's part of your liberty. That's the product of your time and laboring energies is your property and your pursuit of happiness. But, then the Supreme Court comes along and goes, "Oh, guess what? Cops are not under any obligation. Government servants aren't under any obligation to secure your life or protect your life in any way." What a what a messed up world we live in. Okay, guys.
