Well, as a former police officer and a defense attorney now for over 27 years, I never advocate talking to the police or consenting to any kind of test. The best thing to tell a police officer is, "I don't answer questions without a lawyer." You have the right to refuse these tests. They're voluntary and you're never going to pass them. So don't take them.
