It wasn't It wasn't my [snorts] choice. >> Mhm, so are you doing like online school right now or >> Well, I'm kind of homeless right now so I've been like working on like programs to get me into housing and then once I get into housing then I can get like you know be focused back on school and stuff. >> Have a seat. >> Okay, so she going through some issues at home. Okay, cuz at first I'm like I thought she dropped out. That's initially I'm like shocker. But she was pulled out. You know, not by choice but still you should be doing some you know, an alternative online classes or you know, something like that whatever but Ah, sounds like she going through it man but hey, it is what it is, you know. Stealing still ain't the way. Should have been in there getting a job application. >> Uh-oh. >> Uh-oh. >> Oops, found more stuff. I'm scared. >> Get the uh >> I am >> I'm going to steal some stuff. >> Girl, you're not going to be able to bail us out. >> We respect your time so we remove the small talk. Subscribe to Crime Scrutiny for fast, no-nonsense body cam. >> I just stole some [snorts] stuff. >> Oh, this is a scale. >> Her [ __ ] >> Oh, she got All right. >> So, the pills though and then the powder? So, both heavy then? >> I'm scared, Ellie. I'm thinking this is like most likely like my backpack. I swear I don't give a [ __ ] no. I don't give a [ __ ] What's in there? Like in my money dude, like they're going to think that that money's from other things like dude, I have a transaction from my bank. >> So, what happens when you get there? Tell me everything they do. >> Yeah, I really don't want to get in my [ __ ] [ __ ] mixed up. Maybe it's for the for the best like I don't know. But I like at least we're together in the end, you know? >> But now, like in in a minute we're going to be put in cells and then we're going to be released like on the same days. >> No, we're not. >> But >> We have legit >> Don't say anything. There's a camera right there. >> Alison, go ahead and look this way for me. He's got to get a picture for the trespass. Also, just you know, I'm adding in a charge for these Okay? >> Shouldn't have done this. I feel like my fault. >> Only what they do when you get there. Like they like they strip you down. You sit there and >> butt naked. >> You mean you will sit in the same holding cell for a long time together? >> Well, he promised >> until they move us to booking now. >> Um can you just kind of tell me like what like what's going to happen? Like like I don't know. Like walk me through the steps cuz I've never been there before. >> Okay, well, so you're going to be going to the squally. You're going to get booked, okay? >> Yes. >> Then you get your phone call. Parents, someone you can call to bail you out. I think it's a thousand, okay? But it is a thousand. >> of you. >> I know. I know. I and hey, I get it. Like you're young, okay? But hopefully take this is the time where you can make right this [ __ ] okay? >> Okay. >> Okay? All right. >> I've never even been to juvie and I'm going to freaking jail. Like what? >> Well, I mean like I'm homeless. I don't have a job and I'm nothing. Like obviously this thing is not right. Like I can see that and I'm not going to do it again, but >> It's just like the way that I was grew up. So it's like I don't know. Being in the dark and by myself, I cannot do that, bro. It's going to be dark and I don't have anything. Like what do I do? Just stare at the wall? Like they don't give you no books. They don't give you no pen and paper. Is it like what I see in the freaking movies and stuff? >> That's that's like prison. This is This is a misdemeanor jail. You said you left your dog with your mom. Are you staying with your mom right now? >> [snorts] >> Well, we're just She's out with her paperwork. >> I don't know and I'll put that. So we'll be going from there, okay? >> How much did he bail you out for last time? >> A thousand. >> What were you in for? Were you 18? >> Assault. >> No, malicious mischief. >> Were you 18? >> Mhm, just turned 18. >> But I went to court every like and got his thousand dollars back because I had to. Like he would have not let me miss the court date. If I missed the court date, he would have dragged my ass right in there like >> I'm feeling the most humiliating part is like when you have to strip naked. >> Don't they watch you pee and everything? >> No, but they watch you strip and >> Well, obviously I know that that they are like that. >> Do you have to bend over and cough? >> No, unless you've been caught like smuggling, but I've never, you know, been >> a body scan? They do a kind of scan so they like >> Kind of like a x-ray thingy? >> Yeah, sort of like that. My mom's been to jail a couple of times and my dad just recently got out of prison, but he was in prison for selling drugs. Is that a felony? >> It depends on how much you stole. >> I think that they were like watching him for a long time. I don't even tell people that I'm homeless. You know how [ __ ] embarrassing that [ __ ] is, bro? And then they're just like, "Oh, Angie, just go get a job." I've been applying to jobs for over a [ __ ] year. I've been to three different housing programs and each time >> You know what? Hey, that's what I said. I ain't going to lie to you. That's right. I said that earlier in the show. Earlier in the video. [ __ ] you should have been in there getting a job application, you know? I That's That's what I said. That was my exact words. But she has been trying, but still >> [laughter] >> I think a couple of videos ago I was like a lady stand She stole like some shampoo or something like that, right? And she was pregnant. And I said, "You know, there's a difference between you stealing like uh Either way, it's wrong, but it's more understandable, right? If, you know, if you're homeless or something like that and, you know, you're stealing for needs, like, you know, you you have no food, you know, you don't know where your next meal is going to come from. You have no other option but to try to steal a uh a thing of what like what do they call Chef Boy RDs or something? You know what I mean? Just to see if you could a can or something, you know, a can of beans or something, you know, that that to me I think is a lot more understandable. Um But the stuff that they were stealing was clothes, you know, and I'm like Yeah, do you need new clothes? But uh no, like now if they had a whole bunch of food you know, I could understand that. I could I could you know, you still going to be in trouble, of course, but a judge would be able to understand that a little bit better, like, you know what I mean? I am homeless, I don't know what's going on, you know, yada yada, I'm I got a rough background, my parents and this and that, I'm out on the streets, but you got caught stealing some ramen noodles and and Chef Boy RDs and stuff like that, you know, some cereal or something, you know, I think a judge would be a lot more understanding on that. Versus you know, like the other lady, she was pregnant. If she was stealing diapers or something, I'll be like, oh, you know, it's still wrong, but I could understand that. But you sitting there stealing shampoo. Like, what the Nah. No, you know. And this girl, she's hanging around the wrong crowd cuz the other girl to the right um you know she's been through this multiple times, she's she you know she was hitting on people and you know, that's why this one is looking to her like, yo, so what goes on? Like, I don't know, I never been in this situation. Well, hanging around this crowd is not going to is not going to enhance your life any better. And she talking about, well, at least we'll be together. Like, what? No. The one on the right is headed down the wrong path and you know, and now And now, so are you. >> None of them have like actually helped me in this >> Exactly. >> I like can see myself. I've got a big old head. >> Where? >> Look at her screen. You can see it's right there. >> [laughter] >> Is it like live? >> Yeah. >> And does it like record everything? >> It does. >> Why is it Can we get the video after? >> Yeah, if you want it. >> Oh, yeah. >> I'm dead ass. >> Yeah, you can just request it. >> [snorts] >> Hey, what's up, y'all? Being held here for the rest of the day. This is my first time. >> So, feel free to not answer, but did I hear that one of the accused thefts was for a blanket? The reason I ask is I got some blankets that are brand new that I am waiting to give out to people who need them. So, if you guys want a blanket >> Oh, I would love a blanket. It gets so cold outside, you know. >> You want a blanket, Allison? All right, I got two blankets. >> Thank you. >> Olivia was arrested on charges of theft after allegedly shoplifting $117 in merchandise, while Allison was arrested on charges including theft and after allegedly shoplifting $50 in merchandise. No court records confirming the final disposition of either case are publicly available. >> Mhm, okay. So, she was stealing a blanket, too? Cuz I thought it was just clothes, but okay. A blanket, too? That See, like stuff like that is more understandable. You know, everybody could feel that. You know, even the officer, she's like, well You know, I'm homeless, yada yada. Like, the girl keeps, you know, she's homeless. And one of the things she stole was a blanket. Which that makes sense if you if you trying to find parks and different stuff like that to sleep outside. That makes sense, you know? Damn, man. Hopefully, she could turn it around, man. But, she got to get rid of the other girl, though. I ain't going to lie. Got to get rid of her. She already been going down this path. And yo, you you kind of got a chance, but if you keep this one on the side, nah, it ain't it ain't going to work. It ain't going to work. >> [music]
