don't you go around and get the police I don't answer questions sir made a reference that you may or may not have a weapon they may or may not have a weapon so it's a simple question I just need to know if you do or do not I don't answer questions sir four of the most powerful words in the English language I don't answer questions let's examine the sheer power roll the intro here's the deal but example you're not free if you're not free to be silent you're not free this video serves as a compelling example of the power of Silence Acura Amanda is freely filming in a public place on publicly owned and accessible property that's no doubt littered with taxpayer funded surveillance cameras people in this current technologically advanced age know that when they step out of their homes they are being filmed so it's kind of strange to see people acting paranoid with the addition of one more camera aimed in their general direction so let's break down the Constitutional consistency or inconsistency and the psychological display of each player in in this video so I'm not too far from the Palm Beach County Courthouse where we were all at yesterday I wanted to show you guys the DMV rights Trump feelings yes they sure do and this is where we're at again guys all right yes why are you photographing us who are you back up back up or I'll Stand My Ground stand your ground I Will Stand My Ground sir why are you photographing us I don't answer questions mind your own business I know this is basic but rarely verbalized that there's a mentality a characteristic attitude that governs the mind of every human being it's this capacity for intelligent or unintelligent thought that ignites action and provokes the utterance of words and expressions our world is filled with billions of cameras recording at all times from nearly every angle and we're all being recorded by people we don't know and have never met and probably never will meet so when someone expresses alarm at an additional stranger recording it highlights the unreasonable disposition of the person making this an issue what is it that bothers them about a person holding up in cell phone and why does this bother them so badly that they want to tie up an emergency number to call an armed agent of the state to make that additional camera person go away by force when you give it some thought it's very peculiar the number is 9-1-1 I am going to call 9-1-1 then call 9-1-1 you guys see this see why I'm blind see what you why are you taking our photo [ __ ] we're trying to find out why you're photographing us so you're gonna actually shoot me as I get close hey old broad I know the news a bunch of Karen's what are you a veteran sir en so you should be more than grateful for me exercising My First Amendment right to film in public to take a photo of us so they went out of their way to object to being filmed are willing to call 9-1-1 to have this perpetrator taken care of but they themselves pull out their own cameras to do their own recording some people have some serious issues they're just gonna have to start overcoming all right we're done we're done here we're done taking a photo of us we're done so why are you harassing us maybe you should call the cops call the police we haven't done anything to you we don't even know who you are who are you have a nice day sir I will I am photograph us I guess we're just gonna have a cam back six feet sir stay six feet away I am six feet away my camera's not I am six feet away why are you harassing us who are you you have you're not amending you're not doing your First Amendment right you're harassing us who are you huh you know maybe maybe we should call 9-1-1 the number is 9-1-1 exactly Terry excuse me like who are you why are you photographing us for that we are you working with this building over here so you're just somebody that's an oddball exactly for a few huh do you have a thing for me or something definitely not why are you photographing this you know what I've always found it strange that people who object to being photographed in public are the very ones who go out of their way to put their faces in front of the cameraman for an extended period of time Acura Amanda was live streaming a snapshot of her daily life not trying to film these people they just happen to be in her shot now they make themselves internet Famous by objecting to being filmed if they said nothing zero people would have even acknowledged their existence but now they've unwittingly embedded themselves in the collective conscious of the viewing masses why don't you go around and get the police go to police station where is that you know this person comes by here she's photographing us but won't tell us she's videotaping us back up Jody who she is back up I am back up you hear that guys on the terrorist all right guys so there you go I knew this was gonna be good guys this is so juicy nah all right I will defend myself guys if I have to I have backup with me over here too um I have another person with me paranoia will destroy you yes absolutely all they have to do is walk away I mean then I wouldn't have a story she thinks I'm a terrorist guys wow that's nice I'm calling 9-1-1 so I guess I'm gonna wait for the cops guys you guys want to wait with me exactly yes thank you ma'am thank you ma'am she said if you don't want to be recorded walk away yes yes that woman knows how to do her job who are you I know right guys making false police report is a crime it absolutely is oh is he a pirate oh see guys he's walking up to me he's engaging me I'm not engaged I'm glad that you guys are my oh let me pose for you hold on you like this what about this I'm very photogenic sir I don't there's cameras everywhere I don't know why he has a problem with my camera he's saying something about trespass but I'm sure we all know that we cannot be trespassed on public property oh I guess I'll wait for the cops I don't want them to be looking for me I think their appointment is over I don't know why they just don't go home I wasn't even filming them what would you categorize this couple as they called me a terrorist and they said I have a backpack on my back all right guys the cops have arrived they came really fast guys for filming in public what a waste of tax dollars as a veteran he should be ashamed of himself to waste tax dollars like that clearer picture so can you tell me what happened I don't answer questions sir I'm in stating my Fourth Amendment right to remain silent what's your name in your badge number sir thank you sir have a wonderful man I just I got screwed up for a second sorry walk of shame a gun call did you hear that guys there's they're making a false police reporter a false 9-1-1 call that's crazy oh hi how are you someone made a reference that you may or may not have a weapon a reference or a false 9-1-1 call because that's a that's two different things we get a set of information someone calls us and they say hey we have a person that looks like you and they may or may not have a weapon so it's a simple question I just need to know if you do or do not I don't answer questions sir I'm in stating my Fifth Amendment right am I detainer am I free to go thank you that I'm free to stay it's not it's just a question I don't answer questions sir have a nice day what's your name in your badge number Peterson 5407 have a wonderful day Peterson there are a few things more powerful and potent and irritating to Cops than silence they really want you to interact with them and they can't stand when you don't they can say it's just a question all day long but as soon as you start answering their questions they've dragged you onto their Turf an unfair Turf where they're now starting to build a case against you not for you against you they'll freely admit through their Miranda warning that anything that spills out of your mouth they'll pick up and construct as evidence against you personally put your name and badge number is can I have it so it's sir Sir with the hand on your light oh that's not his gun he's a righty any further contact with me is not consensual sir so have a nice day thank you sir what's your name and your badge number thank you sir you did a wonderful job sergeant very professional see the sergeant
