2024 officers with the Key West Police
Department responded to a call in
reference to a customer refusing to
leave a mobile phone store upon arrival
officers contacted the suspect later
identified as a 50-year-old woman named
Louisa I've asked this woman to leave
and she was refusing after she was being
extremely to my staff and having an
issue about a price of a phone that she
hasn't
purchased so and she she's refusing you
speak English abolutely all right let's
go excuse me let's
go you need to go outside why cuz the
business wants you to
leave I'm telling you to leave right now
if you don't leave I'm going to make you
leave by force all right I would like to
know what I would like to come on excuse

this the next time an business or one of
us ask you to leave you have to leave
that's not that's not the time for

because she wanted one phone a certain
color they didn't have it in stock so
she started they offered her a different
phone they offered her payment plans she
thought they were trying to oversell her
you know or make her spend more money
than she wanted to spend after she
argued and got loud they asked her to
leave that's absolutely not true you
have a GU cameras there you should check
before putting people treating me like
it doesn't matter when when the police
come in to a business I didn't do
nothing and somebody wants someone to
leave look they have a right to ask you
to leave Let Me Explain the law to you
cuz I know the Law Arrested a million
people when the business wants you to
leave and they call the police you have
to listen to the police I went in there
I asked you to leave you refuse may I
speak now no and then that's power of I
told you I told you I would use Force if
you didn't leave you still refus to
leave so I had to force you out of the
place okay so you're going to jail for
resisting they don't want to press
charges for trespassing no problem but
I'm still charging you with resisting
but you are getting a trespass warning
from the store come back they never want
you in that store ever again if you can

sure I came and they had I was
interesting in two particular facts they
told me that they don't have white one
they have they have a next one one
whatever they keep me 2 hours in the
store they told me I need to have um
transfer number from cricket to at0
stuff like
this two hours okay um I asked them um
if they can give me the white one they
say they have it in blue or in Black I
say then please give me in blue I
supposed to pay $50 two hours later they
didn't want to open a package and they
sell me something when when I pay them I
say like it's not 50 it's
$80 so they say they we don't have
nothing more I say well then please can
I talk to the manager because I would
like to complain and when a manager say
came I say look I am K here for 2 hours
they told me that the phone is um blue
or black I I I I asked for blue and they
give me something completely they didn't
inform that they give me even more
expensive one they didn't when I asked
them open box they didn't okay and I
only want I that's all I told her I
didn't go loud you can check the
comments I didn't say nothing and say
you told me she told me you being a
difficult and now I want you to leave
and don't and if you won't leave I will
call police she was the loud one but I
didn't I mean it's Democratic country I
think I have right to to call manager if
you keep me 2 hours and say they ask you
to leave and I and I complain did they
tell you to leave the store um let me
think uh she
say I think she has she said that you
need to leave and don't come back but I
didn't do nothing wrong it do that me
that doesn't matter you have to wait and
then when he asked you to leave twice
you still refuse to leave but but that's
he's not charging you with staying
inside the store he's asking he's
charging with resisting because when he
asked you to leave he refused to leave
okay now let me ask that's the thing but
but let me ask it is private property
they are in charge of that property
what's your question cuz you should
understand the law so you don't do this
again you know you you don't I don't
think you get it my point I am a
customer and I am sitting there for 2
hours I didn't do nothing wrong okay if
you will check your please maybe the
judge will explain it to you step out so
we can search you
resisting I didn't do nothing wrong I
complained for being there for 2 hours
that's it you're not listening to the
whole thing no I don't understand your
laws that's
crazy read up on the law so you can
understand better well then once you
were asked to leave either by the
manager or by us you are required to
leave regardless really regardless even
if I didn't do nothing please don't be
aggressive me not I need you to turn you
are he's hurting
me that's abuse hurting or cameras are
recording oh that's good actually you
guys should do some um adjustment in
your you know all right she not very
much so yeah right that's a problem you
don't you don't you don't like the way I
look like hang on back no I'm saying
that there's not a lot to search there's
no baggy Pockets there's no coats
there's no purses there's no that was
what I'm
indicating all right step back
in going to jail I deserve to go to jail
wow I cannot believe this T who ID did

audio in the end she was charged with
trespassing and resisting an officer
