reaction on Anthony Brian Logan's reaction to this quote unquote gang member who walked out of this convenience store and bumped into this cop but the reason I want to do this is because it's interesting it's educational and it's complex and the reason it's complex is because if you're a logical sane or rational individual you don't want gang members out on the street running roughshod over the public who just want to live in peace you don't want people breaking into cars you don't want gang activity in your neighborhood because it really puts everybody in Jeopardy and we have a mixture of street gang members and law enforcement Thin Blue Line gang members we know that both of them are criminal elements one of them is far more dangerous than the other and I'll leave that to you to decide which one it is now about Anthony Brian Logan the guy seems like a friendly guy and all that I'm not trying to rag on him he is part of the lepers is Right Paradigm lie he's on the right side of the Paradigm and just keep in mind Paradigm comes from the Greek word which means pattern so he's in a pattern of thinking because he's been indoctrinated to be in the pattern of thinking that says yes team red it's got to be about team red and we're against team blue and then the team blue side says we're against the team red side and now we're divided and the what we really should be is United against the banksters the the international the Zio International banking cartel that that has the funny money that funds all the crap that we see today that funds because we have an easy cheap credit system from the Federal Reserve we have wars we have funding the military-industrial complex we have the funds for law enforcement officials to take away our rights and to respond positively to politicians laws which take away our rights and our money so I want to I want to respond to this reaction I want to react to the reaction video because it's very important that we delineate right from wrong even though I can understand why the conservative crowd would root for what the cops doing name is Anthony Brown Logan and today we got to talk about a crazy story coming out of Atlanta Georgia now this footage is from earlier in the year like January and it came out a month ago but it's just now reaching my social media timeline and people are kind of arguing about hey that's a legal search engine seizure he can't do that all he did was XYZ it is not warrant that response this is harassment he should sue the officer all those claims are totally bogus and before this is this is his conclusion of this entire matter that all of these claims that this is illegal search seizure this is a violation of Fourth Amendment rights he didn't say this but is this a violation of second amendment rights he goes all that's bogus all it's all of it's thrown out the window and you're going to see why he's saying that in a second which adds to the complexity of this whole thing go any corresponding article on the website but without further Ado let's go ahead and roll it and this caption right here says on January 30th 2023 at around 8 30 p.m an Atlanta police officer responded to a dispute with a weapon at a convenience store located at 12 Atlanta Avenue he's responding to a call about a middle of the firearm in a dispute at his store okay he wasn't just going to the store to get a a cup of water let's continue here as they just press forward now he didn't read this part I've got this video pulled up while attempting to enter the business an unknown mail can you see this right here while attempting to enter the business an unknown mail on his way out deliberately bumps into the officer we'll see that bump in a second but he's this officer is supposedly responding to a call of a person there's a dispute with a weapon involved that's why he's walking into this store he doesn't know if the guy who's about to bump into him is the reason for the call he may or may not be we still don't even know I mean he could be it's a possibility there's a likelihood but this officer doesn't know that so watch this guy bump into him that's I didn't catch this the first time I watched it but Anthony Brian Logan did not read that an unknown male on his way out deliberately bumps into the officer boom so right there which you just saw and what you made right at the bottom as the officers opening the door the guy's coming out and bumps the officer you shoulder bumps the officer intentionally okay that right there is where it started this whole situation it's what sparked everything going downhill and that is dumb that is absolutely dumb we're gonna learn later that this guy had a warrant against him for a robbery that he was supposedly involved in if you've committed a felony you don't want to commit a misdemeanor and draw attention to yourself This everything this guy does that bumped into the car this cop is absolutely dumb he you know you know even if you're looking at your peripheral vision and you can look here let's look at him coming out the door let's just slow this down a little bit there he is right there he he had eyes on the cop he knows that this is a cop and he deliberately bumped into him how dumb how dumb can you get even if you didn't have a warrant issued for you for your arrest you wouldn't want to do that because you know how fragile the egos of cops are they are not going to take that sitting down so remember in this cop's mind he's still thinking there's somebody in this store that needs to be dealt with because there was an argument and there was a gun involved he doesn't know it was this guy but now he's going to get distracted with this guy what's wrong with you man why are you shoving me like that for me no no that's fine well almost see me walking in the store bro my bad are you just gonna walk into me like that bro anything so now he's going to recover a few items some say this point right here is the illegal search and seizure but what I was told is that this is a pat down okay not a search which is a different thing so so he's being fed that this is Terryville Ohio this is a pat down this is not it's not a violation of your Fourth Amendment right to be secure in your person this is a pat down because Terry B Ohio says that it's okay for officers to do that if they feel like there's a gun involved or their life's in Jeopardy Terry V Ohio remember you can boil it down by saying this officer safety trumps individual rights and that's where we get Razz a reasonable articulable suspicion basically guess what reasonable articulable suspicion is not the probable cause standard in the Fourth Amendment so in in truth if if the Constitution is the supreme law of the land then Terry D Ohio is a violation of the Fourth Amendment you can call it a pat hey this isn't a violation of your rights they're just patting down the outside of your clothing to make sure that you don't have a weapon that's going to endanger the cop that is a violation of the Fourth Amendment but Anthony Brian Logan doesn't see it like that because while he claims with his lips and a lot of people do this while he claims with his lips that the Constitution and the fort which includes the Fourth Amendment and the Second Amendment is the supreme law of the land hey Pat Downs are okay in other words screw the Fourth Amendment go ahead and Pat him down and remember all the cop has at this point is he was bumped into by this guy now maybe the cop read this guy's you know body language maybe he saw how he was dressed maybe gangs dressed like that apparently he was he's a part of the gang and a gang in the Atlanta area but speaking about this guy right here everything that he's doing is absolutely idiotic you got a warrant against you you probably know you gotta warn against you you bumped into a cop you got tats all over yourself and you're dressing like this with your pants down to your ankles dum dum dum I'm not just just for clarification I'm not on this guy's side and I'm not on the cop side I am interested in Liberty so all that this cop has so far is this guy bumped into him he has no right under his oath under the Constitution of the United States to start searching this guy right there that is a a window punch a lot of these young guys in Atlanta like if you if you go to Atlanta like especially in the city you see a lot of broken car windows this is very typical these um these hood rats game bangers they'll come up to your car when you are in some restaurant somewhere you're in the mall maybe you're at home they'll Bush your window out and steal stuff man stop playing Ben what you got on here now this whole time this cop doesn't know that this guy has a gun in mags and he didn't know that he had a window punch this whole time for all this cop knows there's a gunman inside that convenience store still arguing somebody with this gun out and now he's getting distracted with this guy and that guy could come out of the convenience store and take you know off the cop and off everybody else in the parking lot so this cop is totally distracted he has no idea if this is the guy or not likely it is and to Anthony Bryan's Logan's point if this guy has a window punch he there's no telling how many cars he broke into that now night if if he did so you're dealing with possibly a criminal element here oh there it is magazine don't move so now he says well I didn't have anything but I got a gun on me bit bro that's what he said right there and you can see this right here at the bottom the officer recovered a firearm that was later found out to be stolen out of Sandy Springs so you saw that that window punch that's what they do they'll punch a window out of a car usually the bat window the driver's side window to jump in there and then they'll take things like guns out of cars yeah and that sucks and that's a reality this really happens especially in places like Atlanta or Chicago or in New York this does happen there are criminals going around breaking into cars stealing stuff out of those cars and sometimes they'll steal guns but this cop doesn't know that and I would rather have dangerous Freedom this is where dangerous Freedom over peaceful slavery comes in if you're not free if you're not free if you're not free to have a punch in your back pocket you're not free if you're not free to walk around with a firearm and magazines extended magazines or otherwise you're not free don't move oh there it is so it says the firearm was altered with a switch which changed the firearm from a semiata Matic to a fully automatic weapon see that right there on the back that is a switch that's super illegal uh what I wonder what kind of gun law would stop this guy from having that type of thing different story no that's a good point that's a really good point no gun law nothing a politician can write down will keep a criminal from doing whatever a criminal wants to do not the Firearms Act of 1934 not the Brady Bill nothing you can write down on pieces fancy pieces of paper you can make it as wordy as you want to criminals do not care but the law abiders will so the law-abiders won't have this but criminals will and that gives those policies and those laws and those ordinances and those unconstitutional edicts are what empowers criminals and victimizes the the law abiding class so this this this matters right here if you're not free to have semi-auto and fully auto you are not free and shall not be infringed means nothing it doesn't matter from the from the perspective of the Second Amendment it does not matter if this guy's walking around with a full auto does not matter all right Grace but if you have that on the back of your gun it's a wrap from the perspective of the government from the perspective of The Thin Blue Line because they're going to be order followers the order followers should say hey you know what we got those everybody you know you can have those it says shall not be infringed I put up my hand I swore the oath and I'm gonna uphold it [Music] alive so he asked him how old he is at 17 who's going to hit is my game so now he admits to um that gun being his which is not necessarily true because it's stolen but I digress tightening the Cuffs up just to make sure that you're not going to try to do nothing crazy with the gun right there now the cops said you're done buddy in the context of oh you're carrying a weapon that has a device on it that causes it to be full auto and maybe in Atlanta I'm not really sure if in Atlanta there's uh some kind of law against high capacity magazines as far as I know the uh there's no prohibition for caring unless you're a quote unquote criminal which is totally unconstitutional I don't think there's licensing requirements in Georgia at all you can conceal as far as I know you can conceal and you can open carry without a license as long as you don't have in their words a criminal record so why is he done according to the Second Amendment he should be have every right not not be permitted not allowed he should have every right he does have every right to carry whatever he wants to you heard that you're dumb boy because again switch on the bat you saw that right away and the magazine appeared to be kind of extended it didn't really fit flush so send it magazine switch there's they send a magazine is not illegal but the switches and he had one in their head so he was ready to let it go at any moment illegal boom one in the head so there's window punch right there like I said earlier which is what they typically do they push out your windows in your car to steal things like guns so that's the mail um 17 year old Trayvon Shelton a confirmed gang member who had a warrant for failure to appear on the robbery charged out of DeKalb County right there in Atlanta and I kind of want to go back a little bit when they when they review the gun when they put it up on the screen okay maybe you guys can see this maybe you can't I'm gonna try to zoom in a little bit much as I can do you see this right here right up under the slide right by the sugar guard like on the actual grip or like right above the grip you see this right here it's kind of hard to see but I think this says g-l-o-c-c and if this is a Glock firearm looks like it um it's spelled g-l-o-c-k normally right g-o-o-c-c that's like some gang stuff where you don't have the C and the K together you put two C's so you get everything you got stolen gun gang inscriptions on it a switch on the back a warrant for their arrest a window punch right in your pocket shoving the officer and the officer had to get caught down there because you were involved with a dispute with the gun in your pocket I mean everything right here says hey please arrest me please send me to the penitentiary that's true this guy with this gun was being totally stupid if you have a warrant out for your arrest you are going to cross your t's dot your eyes not look like a thug not look like a gang member and definitely not bump into a cop as he's entering a convenience store I don't even know how you could get stupider this was not a legal search and seizure the guy's in jail right now it actually was it actually was just because the cop happened to be right and happened to get a guy who had a warrant and happened to get a guy who uh was a part of a gang there is no and and I am telling you this is from the perspective of the Second Amendment from the perspective if you look through the spectacles of the Second Amendment you can look at any firearm you want there's no Prohibition in the Second Amendment for the people to keep and bear a certain kind of arms to keep them from bearing a certain kind of arms this is not a Second Amendment violation therefore is not a constitutional violation therefore it's something that the cops should not have gotten him on but they will because you know they they subscribe to the concept the mental construct of legality versus illegality but this stop this initial stop just because you happen to write be right is irrelevant am I glad that a criminal was taken off the streets of Atlanta yes but another criminal was allowed to go free and that's the guy in the costume what's the balance here you anybody could do what that cop did anybody there's no magic to wearing a uniform and a Cracker Jacks badge there's no magic to it all and pretending that you have the blessing of the state I have the authority of the state to execute judgment against you anybody could do this um happy that a thug was taken off the street but there's still another Thug that Society has to deal with Shelton is now a custody charge this was earlier in the year he's now in custody charged with possessional tools for the commission of a crime the window punch simple assault which is a serve obstruction theft by receiving a lawful possession of an automatic weapon which is what this switch does right a regular Glock handgun is not automatic it's semi-automatic you pull the trigger one time one bullet comes out but that switch you can press the trigger keep it depressed and the bullets will spray that is called a machine gun that is totally illegal and the other charge possession of a firearm by a person under the don't don't look at that under the age of 18. so yeah let's talk about this real quick he's in custody charged with possession of tools for the commission of a crime simple assault and that's the I think that's the bumping into the police officer they're going to charge this guy for bumping into a police officer obstruction just just this General blanket obstruction let's get him on something theft by receiving okay that's the that's that's about the only legitimate reason if if you if the guy has in his possession a gun that belonged to somebody else and if that's true because we know cops lie the cops could have made this entire thing up so they can fill the prison industrial complex with another body but if that's true that he stole this gun he should be the Justice should visit him unlawful possession of automatic weapons is that against the Second Amendment possession of a firearmed by a person under the age of 18. oh is there an age stipulation in the Second Amendment I'm not aware of that so is that a violation of the Second Amendment absolutely not just because somebody said something's illegal or illegal or you're allowed to have it or you're not allowed to have it it's irrelevant from the perspective of the Second Amendment he's pretty much toast up the creek without a paddle as he should be for having such Firearms such Firepower like that stolen switches just did you hear what he just said he should be up the creek for having Firepower like that the stolen issue is a side issue that he should be penalized for if you stole that gun if it's not yours you should be penalized but the caring of these firearms that he doesn't want you to carry that even Anthony Bryan Logan who's supposed to be pro-second Amendment second amendment rights versus gun control he's advocating for gun control and I can see why they do it and here's the complexity of this is the cop was actually right this guy looks like he was a criminal and he should be taken off the streets he should be separated from society because obviously he's there to do Society harm but they're this is getting this gets so convoluted and complex that people like this go so far to the extreme that they actually let go of their own rights and when they let go of their own rights then they don't have a problem letting go of your rights and that's why this is so important it's good to take the criminals off the street but violating he they would have that cop would have done the same thing to you if you accidentally bumped into him a general pain a general minutes upon Society it was not illegal to do that you you you you you're shoving them um he was already down there okay I pat you down right quick see what's going on oh here go extended magazine oop here go uh Glock stolen switch he did window punch a Glock stolen the cop didn't know that at the time this is a classic conflation he's conflating this pretty much done it's pretty much open this shirt and as I close I want to say this shout out to the law enforcement out there for being proactive for uh walking into dangerous environments and taking gang members violent people people that already got warrants off the street because when these guys are allowed to just Roam and be menaces you're going to have a bad environment you don't want that you want to have these guys off the street and you don't want to have anybody try to copy what they do so hopefully when this guy goes before a judge and he gets found guilty or whatever they give him a substantial sentence rather than a slap on the wrist because if that happens he'll be right back on the street right back in that same store with the same kind of gun doing the exact same things that he did before and I think I'll leave that right there for now so shout out to law enforcement when I hear that I hear shout out to The Thin Blue Line gang members the real menaces to society was the did the cop happen to be right here on certain things yes he did are we glad am I glad that the criminal is taking off the streets yes I am but there was a clear violation of Rights and a clear assumption that you don't have the right to carry certain kinds of weapons and that's what I wanted to unearth here that's the complexity that really needs to be unraveled in these these cases that seem to confuse people and they're confused because they're so for The Thin Blue Line and they're so against gang activity that they don't realize that everything that needs to be dealt with in between is them actually saying yeah go ahead and trample on my rights and Injustice that happens to one man anywhere happens to all men everywhere when you say it's okay for you to commit that Injustice against that person this time then you're basically saying it's okay for you to commit
