do a little housekeeping i absolutely love you people that watch my videos i'm so grateful um on all the platforms good evening angel i'm glad you're with us tonight i have had some comments about last night's video and i wanted to address those i um showed a video last night of senator cunningham out of um oh my where was she from san francisco she's a senator and she got arrested in jersey city for uh suspicion of dui or they call it dwi there we call it dui here in tennessee driving under the influence and i was you know i'm critical sometimes of people and i don't mean that in a disrespectful way but she was wearing the mask over her chin okay and i'm just like if you're gonna wear the mask which by the way we have this we have some merch available at stand against dark blue you go to our shop page and uh i have these masks that say i still have breath so you know you i don't mean that as a disrespect to the i can't breathe movement but i can't breathe talks about the past talks about george floyd and what happened i still have breath just means that i still have breath and i'm not wasting it stand uh speak for the speechless stand for those who are oppressed so that they may receive justice that's our mission statement so i was just critical of the mask when she's not wearing it if you're not wearing it right if you're wearing a mask like this it's not working it's not stop and covet if you've got your mask on like this so i just said wear the mask correctly or don't wear it all for and i said for christ's sake i should have said for crying out loud or something like that but i said for christ's sake put put the mask on appropriately or don't put it on so i was highly criticized by a couple of people who said well they're i don't know if they're here tonight they probably are not here tonight because then i won't watch your channel anymore because you used the lord's name in vain and you're wearing a jesus shirt i had a shirt last night on that said jesus actually says jesus is king but all you guys could see was jesus is and people are just looking for a reason to be offended okay in this day and age our society um has our media and big tech and people on facebook and people on youtube commenting and you know you get really emboldened behind the keyboard and you like to criticize other people and you like to be offended and they just said you're wearing a jesus shirt and you know proclaiming to be a christian and you're using the lord's name in vain well first of all i've done some studying in in my day and actually taking the lord's name in vain i used to think it was just that what they criticized me of like saying gd or for christ's sake or something like that or you know when you when you stub your tongue you go jesus or whatever i don't think that is biblically taking the lord's name in vain i don't think saying g did it uh gd or gd it or whatever i don't think that is what's meant by taking the lord's name in vain now it is cussing and cussing is something that the the bible teaches you not to do or encourages you not to do and i'm not perfect okay god knows david writings has made his share of mistakes and and continues to be um immortal a we mortal in this in this world of broken man so i'm not perfect and i should have said for crying out loud but it just came out i get passionate about the people wearing the virtue signaling wearing the mask and trying to be trying to be um holier than now and wearing the mask and and and pretending that everybody that doesn't wear the mask or doesn't get the shot is somehow hurting society and and then you wear the mask and you don't wear it right so i just got a little passionate about that and so i said wear the mask right or don't wear it all for christ's sake so i apologize if i offended anybody by saying for christ's sake i don't think that's taken the lord's name in vain the early text of the bible um i've done some research on and i just learned this actually this last year and several months ago during coven i actually during the last year i've read more of the bible uh during 2020 in the shutdown when i've been home than i have in my whole life which was you know a good thing of course shut down but taking the lord's name in vain actually means that the commandment against thou shalt not take the lord's name in vain means you shall not take up the lord's name in vain in other words you don't take up the name of the lord and carry it with you like you're a christian you don't profess to be a christian while you're secretly sinning or walking in the world or for example if i were you know if i were committing secret sin on a regular basis on a daily basis but i professed to be a christian and i continued my secret sin while professing to be a christian and preaching or whatever if i was a preacher or if i was a teacher of the word or whatever then i'm taking up the name of the lord in vain while i'm still walking in sin in the world that's what taking the names lord in vain means it doesn't mean cussing and it doesn't mean saying gd and it doesn't mean saying for christ's sake so um i just um apologize even though i don't think that's taken the lord's name in vain um i want one based on christ's sake okay i don't i won't want one based on christ's sake i don't know what that means um yes we are all human and i appreciate you joining me rick i want to wear it right yep you got to wear it right and so i apologize for saying for christ's sake and wearing my jesus shirt because everybody was real quick to pounce on they're real quick to pounce on you if you wear a jesus shirt you can't do anything without somebody being offended and they'll sure tell you about it so i did post a reply in the comment section that said hey i don't think that's what the text means in the early text of the bible but thank you for bringing it to my attention one person brought it to my attention a little more respectfully than the first guy the first guy just basically called me a hypocrite and said he wasn't never watching my channel again but you know greg's probably not on here tonight because he's never watching my channel again i encouraged them to give me another shot [Music] because it was a slip of the tongue although i still don't think that's taken the lord's name in vain now on with the show let's get to [Music] a couple of things that i wanted to talk about tonight remember a few weeks ago we played you the video of the 13 year old boy in chicago that was being chased by the police officer and he threw the um he threw the handgun down at the same time he was turning around and he turned around in such a motion that the cop thought he was turning around with the gun and he shot him and 13 year old was shot and killed by the police after a foot chase and it was really quick it was a split second the police officer had a millisecond to determine if he was swinging around with the gun or if he was swinging around to raise his hands turns out he was swinging around he threw the gun behind the fence and he raised his hands all in that same motion and the cop shot him now in chicago um the mayor in her infinite wisdom a brilliant mayor and i am absolutely being sarcastic because she's an idiot has come up with a new law that says actually it's a policy that the police can't um that the police cannot chase you for anything less than an a misdemeanor and there are you know that doesn't give them the right to chase you for most crimes that you commit but if you haven't committed an a misdemeanor or above and you take off running um then they can't chase you for example if you steal a woman's purse right in front of him right in front of the police officer and it has less than i think there it's 400 if it has 400 or less in the purse then it's a be misdemeanor and the cop can't chase you you could have snatched the purse right in front of the cop um and the lady's looking at you like aren't you going to get him no well wait a minute how much did you have in your purse i had 410 yeah i'll go get him then he's you know he's allowed to chase him 390 sorry can't chase him anybody else out there think that's as stupid as i think that is i think that's really really really stupid um you cannot you cannot put that kind of limitations on the police i i admit here that we have a problem in policing and i don't necessarily think that cop in chicago that shot 13 year old did anything wrong he chased a boy um he didn't know how old he was didn't matter how old he was the boy had a gun and he was shooting the gun there was some shooting earlier and i say he was shooting the gun i don't know that for a fact but he came from the area of a shooting where there was about 10 shots fired and he had the gun and so you can you can reasonably deduct that he was shooting the gun but the cop chased him and saw him with the gun as he was running and when he stopped at the fence to turn around the cop didn't know if he had the gun or not and shot him i don't think he did anything wrong so certainly in my opinion i don't think that police officer did anything wrong and i don't think that they should be putting those kinds of restrictions on the police about chasing suspects so comment below let me know what you think about the the rule for police can only chase you for an a misdemeanor or above and let me know what you think about that i want to show you a couple of crimes that are being committed in the united states now that are um something that you need to be aware of the first one more so than the second but the second one is equally important um this first one is a catalytic converter thief now you might not even know what a catalytic converter is if i ask my wife what a catalytic converter is well she probably would know because i think she's had some work done on one and that's the only reason that she does know but they're valuable i i think for what's in them um or i mean honestly honest to goodness i really don't know why people are stealing them but it's because of their value so i'll just leave it at that i don't know why they're so valuable but they're valuable and because mainly because they're expensive to put on your car but they're torching these things off so this young man caught somebody torching his grandmother's catalytic converter off the prius and and watch what happens here if i can click play actually i was on the wrong let's get out of here i am shoot dramatic video tonight showing catalytic converter thieves confronted then chasing a witness away with a blowtorch a group of neighbors in south sacramento tried to stop them in their tracks as cbs 13's ryan hill explains they were only partially successful it's the wake-up call some south sacramento neighbors never imagined well it was early 5am somewhere there cellphone video catching two thieves in action sunday morning trying to steal a catalytic converter it was my grandma's prius grabbed my clothes and just ran out trying to scare him off daniel bernard and other neighbors catching these thieves and now look at this guy the guy right here with a t-shirt on his head he's trying obviously to mask his identity and he apparently didn't have his coveted mass because the coveted mask restrictions have been lifted so dead gummy i just forgot my covet mask but the guy on the ground is eagerly trying to pry off this catalytic converter early morning hours before somebody discovers him and he doesn't quite make it yeah you can see the two men scrambling to use their tools underneath the prius trying to strip the piece from the car now that's a sawzall that you see him get out from one guy has a torch and the other guy has a sawzall neighbors trying to ward off the men when all of a sudden one walks back to their van and then one of the guys threatens a neighbor recording with a blow torch it was kind of scary but i mean what can you do you guys see the video i mean it was just chaos despite the hectic morning bernard tells me the thieves didn't make off with the converter from his grandma's prius some weren't as lucky my jacket my jack my jack he wants to get his jack because he thought he was this car that's an expensive jack i'm not gonna lie i don't blame him for wanting to get his jack back out from underneath the car but these kinds of crimes are going on more and more and people don't know it and you might just get out and get up one morning get in your car and it sounds awful funny when you start it and lo and behold somebody's taking your catalytic converter the police can chase people i just will not answer any of their questions without a lawyer there you go debra you're learning you've been watching this channel that is correct if the police catch you after they chase you for the a misdemeanor or above then you are not to talk to them without an attorney don't answer any questions good for you you understand your where is it miranda writes everybody here should understand what the miranda rights are and even though a cop is not required to read them to you and in certain situations they're always available to you whether he's required to read them to you or not the constitution gives you these rights and the constitution basically gives you our god-given rights our rights are not given to us by government for some of you out there that think the government gives you your rights and fouchy that you know fauci doesn't give you your right to walk around america without a mask or two mask or three mask you have the right not to walk around with a mask on because god has given you that right to walk around and breathe freely without government intervention the constitution just protects you from the government it doesn't give you rights through the government that's that's the subject for another video let's um let me show you this other quick video this is going to be a quick video tonight i'm not going to i'm not going to be long i'm already 17 18 minutes in but i wanted to show you another crime that some people don't know happens more often than you realize and this will downright make you angry if you've got children even if you don't have children i don't mean just if you have children watch this without you even knowing it detectives say that's what a polk county man was doing but it turns out he was also being watched a surveillance camera caught him in the act fox 13's ken suarez live tonight the polk county sheriff's office with the rest of the story and the video ken hey pretty creepy stuff but just put yourself in the shoes of this lady and her 17 year old daughter bottom line is that they're in the house in the bathroom in the bedroom and someone is watching their every single move from outside the house if that happened to us well i think most of us would be pretty darn freaked out detectives say santos pantoja an ex-con is a voyage who preyed on a mom and her 17-year-old daughter in this auburndale neighborhood he's got a hitch in this giddy up to be trying to look into a child's window the first incident he's got a hitch in his giddyup i like this sheriff he's on the news quite a bit here lately apparently polk county has a lot of crime in it but um this guy is he's he's the real deal he's a no-nonsense sheriff he he calls him like he sees them it was a little more than a week ago i was in my bathroom getting ready for work in the morning and through the reflection of my mirror i saw a man's face looking into my bathroom window a few days later investigators say pantoja came back this time a neighbor surveillance video captured him peeping through martinez's daughter's bedroom window there's a point where he reaches up and pushes on my daughter's window to see if it's unlocked i'm presuming when pantoja took off he drove away in a very conspicuous vehicle a work truck with a company's name on it santos is not smart he's got five brain cells only two of them are working yes he's he just um he's a straight talker that sheriff i like him a lot and um they're gonna i think i don't know if they've arrested this guy they certainly know who he is i believe he has been arrested for this crime i didn't uh read the following story i apologize i'm bringing you that because i want you to be aware that that kind of thing does still happen there are voyeurs out there that will walk right up to your home or condo or apartment especially if you're on a first floor or you've got a low hanging window um and you just need to be aware of it just be aware that there are a people in this world that um that don't think like you and and me or like the sheriff said he's got a hitch in his giddy up um angel says she likes him too so at any rate i didn't want this to be a long video tonight but i did want to bring a couple of things to your attention and you know apologize for saying for christ's sake last night i um i try not to respond to the negative comments but sometimes um sometimes i just have to i mean it's hard for me it's hard for me to to see a critical comment and and not comment on it my son tells me all the time just don't talk to the haters let the haters be haters and you just ignore them and he said you know there's one video that we had that went viral and then got i don't know 70 000 or 80 000 views which is kind of fun to watch but then it gets hundreds of comments and some of them are not some of them are not very nice and um all is forgiving in my book you're sweet um i asked these people for forgiveness i did reach out to them and say forgive me for you know for offending you uh i didn't mean you know i didn't mean that as an offensive statement and i don't think most people took it that way honestly have several people that watch this show nobody only two people said something about me saying for christ's sake so there's that but anyway let me know what you think i uh it is wednesday or thursday sorry getting off track here it's wednesday so i've got two more days of videos and we will try to come up with a really good body a bully cam for tomorrow i'm looking for the bully cam of the week if you have anything out there that you've seen or that you want me to break down or comment on as far as the policing goes because we police the police here so i'm critical of police when they do something wrong i'm also supportive of them when they do things right and i always say if the police do something wrong we're going to shine light on it and if they do something right we're going to shine a light on it either way it goes we just call them like we see them here but
