Department responded to a call for a
woman later identified as a 29-year-old
named Ali
according to a Starbucks employee Alia
was causing a disturbance attempting to
take drinks from other customers and did
not pay for her order Alia contends that
she was only going to the restroom and
was a guest at the
motel ma'am can I talk to you for a
minute yeah come here no come here for a

over there started talking again going

two she was trying to take other

witnessed it after arriving at the jail
she engaged a supervisor to voice her

then put all of her weight sat down went
refus to get up we picked her up tried
to put her in the seat she sat down
again she kept pining her legs under the
car uh we told her several times to get
up she refused I said get up on the
draft stun you she refused I pulled it

refused to get up and and this is when
you calling it out on the radio correct
and then uh so I I drop Thunder in the
left shoulder try and get a picture of

charge was for the initial contact the
second was for attempting to get away
while in the back of the cop car and the
third was for failing to provide her
